Chapter 41 S2. Contacting Mother

He looked at the ring on his ring finger. He smiled happily. "What a good ring, brother. I like it" said Dita in a cheerful voice.

"I'm happy to hear it," Gafi said with a dazzling smile. "And, I want you to know that I want to spend the rest of my life with you, Dita."

"We, once again listen to this, I want you to be my wife, and we can be together forever."

Dita could not help crying happily. "Yes, Brother. Yep! Of course I want to be your wife."

"I'm so happy!" gafi said with a cheerful smile on his face. He held the hand of the woman he loved.

"I'm happy too, brother," replied Dita.

"You don't care if we get married as soon as possible. Your lecture will then move to Jakarta or take an open university only," said Gafi.

Dita just nodded her head in agreement. He had been convinced to spend time with the man. Because Dita is convinced that Gafi is the right man. The man was very attentive. By getting married, they will be able to live together. It will also reduce slander as they are often both. Shouldn't good intentions be in motion.

After a romantic dinner, Gafi drove Dita home. Actually the man had said his intention to marry Dita to both parents. They agreed and were happy to hear it. Mama Alya said, dating after halal is much more delicious. Instead of being delayed, there can be a lot of temptation. Alya and her husband believe Dita can be a good mother for her grandson later.

Arriving at Dita's boarding yard, the man stopped his car engine. He took the girl's hand.

"Honey, I feel like I want to turn the clock so you and I get married. I can't wait for the day when I open my eyes, your first face I see" Gafi said.

"What's Gafi talking about? I thought it was there" said Dita embarrassed. His face was red like a tomato.

"I want to go to bed every night hugging you" Gafi said, pinching the girl's nose.

"Sister .. why is that his mind" replied Dita.

"Our goal is to get married, not to be able to live together. I want us to get married as soon as I have two more months out of the country, I want us to be married by then. We can have a honeymoon" said Gafi.

"Is that not too fast, brother?"

"That good intention must be quickened!" gafi.

He then kissed the girl. Gafi did not dare to go far. Just touching the forehead is all he does.

Dita again just nodded her head in response. He got out of the car. After Dita entered the room, Gafi left the courtyard.

Dita kept her phone with a happy smile on her face. He couldn't be happier than he is right now. Nothing could beat the feeling of love and happiness she felt after being proposed by Gafi.

He looked around his narrow room and saw a small piece of paper that read a sentence "I will always love you", which was a gift from Gafi for him. It makes Dita happier.

He immediately went to the table and took his cell phone, Dita immediately searched his mother's number and called him.

"Mom, do you want to hear the latest news from me and Gafi?" ask Dita.

"What news, honey? It seems like you are very happy," Yuni replied from across the street.

"Mother, Gafi proposed to me yesterday" said Dita and a happy smile appeared on her face.

The flustered Yuni paused for a moment, "You mean, he proposed to you? Oh, Honey. Mom was very happy. You should come to the house immediately and give this good news to your father."

Dita was delighted to hear her mother's positive reaction, "Dad really come home?"

"Not now, he's still out of town. Are you ready to get married young, honey?" ask Yuni.

"I'm ready, Mom. I want to spend the rest of my life with Brother Gafi. As I often say, Gafi's sister loves me very much" said Dita happily.

Yuni was happy to hear her daughter happy. From every story about Gafi, Yuni was sure the man could make his daughter happy.

Dita nodded in agreement, "I'll leave for Jakarta soon, Mother. See you, my dear mother."

"See you, son," Yuni replied and closed the call.

Dita feels nervous and hopeful to meet the Gafi family and tell them the good news. Can't wait to find the blessing and approval of his family and Gafi's family.
