Chapter 61. The arrival of Reno

In the afternoon like his friend promised, they came back. They all want to help prepare for the studies that will be held at Farhan's house.

Rachel was busy making cakes. Farhan sat on the chair accompanying his wife. He just kept staring at Rachel who wasn't wearing a veil.

"Beauty ...," said Farhan.

Rachel looked at her husband with a frown. I don't know who her husband said.

"Why look at me like that? Your husband is handsome, no need to be praised" said Farhan.

Rachel finally smiled in response to her husband's narcissistic remark. It was like hugging and spoiling with her husband again, but Rachel still could not. Still remembered Farhan's words that hurt his heart especially about his past.

Farhan stood up from his seat, hugged Rachel's waist and tasted it.

"That's it, why be tired of it yourself. I can order you what kind of cake you want" Farhan said.

"I want to make it with my own hands. So that father and mother are happy" said Rachel.

His words fell into Farhan's heart. How could a daughter-in-law who had just known her father and mother love them so much. As for him, his son who had been born and raised lovingly, he would hurt them by rebutting all their words. His parents only asked him to leave the woman they did not like.

"Mas, you can't let go of his embrace. I'm having a hard time moving" said Rachel. Probably still getting hugged by Farhan.

Dodi laughed at Farhan's words, and a different reaction came from Andin who looked sullen.

Farhan then whispered to his wife to enter the room and return to use the veil. He'll take his friend to the living room. That Farhan did it on purpose so that they wouldn't see when Rachel wanted to go into the room.

At four o'clock after her prayers and well-dressed, Rachel joined her husband's four friends. He did not want to be said to be arrogant anymore.

As they were talking, someone came. He said his regards. All eyes were on the guest. They were shocked to see who was visiting.

"Reno ...," they said in unison.

Rachel did not expect that Reno would come. Yesterday he was so grateful that Reno was not among Farhan's friends.

"Why are you surprised? It's like seeing a ghost" Reno said.

He meets Rachel. The woman then lowered her head not daring to look at Reno. He feels guilty for not having informed him about his departure from Reno's Villa.
