Chapter 16 S2. The Book Store
"I'm sorry, I didn't interfere this time. Elfa, I borrowed Dita. You two solve your problems. I want to walk alone with Dita," said Gafi.
Gafi then pulled Dita's hand to leave in front of the pair of lovers who were marahan. Dita approached Elfa, to leave.
"El, can I go with Brother Gafi?" ask Dita in a soft voice. She was indeed a very gentle girl in greeting.
Again Rio looked at Dita without a blink. This made Elfa angry and hurt. He hit his girlfriend's arm with the book in his hand.
"Oh, it hurts Elfa," Rio said.
"Everything's in the eye. Don't be too well!" snapped Elfa.
"Elfa, that beauty God created to admire and enjoy, am I wrong?" rio asked without any sense of sin and guilt. Rio's speech again made Elfa angry and hit her lover with a book repeatedly.
"Before the third world war happened, Dita and I said goodbye, yes," said Gafi. He pulled Dita's hand towards the parked car.
"Sister, will Elfa not be angry with me?" dita asked as the new car walked out of the man's boarding yard.
"Why Elfa should be angry, instead she should be grateful because we gave them both time" said Gafi.
Dita smiled in response to Gafi's words. In the past they never chatted this familiar because Dita did not want to. The girl just wants to talk to Axel.
"Aren't you bored today?" tanya Gafi drove her car.
"Bangetpus. Any ideas for entertaining ourselves?" answer Dita.
Gafi thought for a moment, before he exclaimed, "Let's go to the bookstore! I need a new novel."
Dita nodded in agreement, "Okay, but if we go to the bookstore, don't buy it too, sister?"
"Rubber too. How about we get some ice cream too?" tawang Gafi's.
"Sir Gafi knows that ice cream shop on the Roadside? Excited if there," continued Dita.
Gafi stopped the car, "We'll just go there."
"By," answered Dita.
Gafi then turns his car to where they plan to go and on the way they talk about all sorts of things that interest them.
By the time they got to the side of the road, the ice cream shop was already visible from a distance. There were a lot of people in line, it seemed like the ice cream there was delicious.
"We have to wait a long time to be able to buy ice cream," complained Dita.
"That's no problem, we can enjoy the atmosphere while chatting. In addition, later it will look more fresh and delicious," explained Gafi.
Finally, after 15 minutes in line, they managed to order their ice cream.
"I'm sorry you're not allowed to eat in the store. You have to eat out" the cashier said.
"No problem, we'll enjoy our ice cream outside" Gafi said.
They sat on a small park bench located near the bookstore. While enjoying ice cream, they talk about interesting topics such as movies or books they just read.
"Tumbennya weather today was very hot, as if asking us to eat ice cream," said Dita.
Dita smiled and thanked me, "Thank you, brother, for taking me to spend the day. I really like it."
"There's nothing. I also really enjoyed the time we spent together. At least we don't feel bored anymore" replied Gafi.
Dita nodded in agreement. After finishing their ice cream, they decided to set foot into the bookstore.
They walk around the bookstore and eventually Gafi finds the novel he was looking for. Dita chose to buy a book about her cat, her favorite animal.
"Do you like to read novels?" tanya Gafi looked at the book Dita had chosen.
"I'd rather read an Online novel than a mobile phone instead" Dita replied.
"I like it too. Where you read novels online. Who's your favorite author?" ask Gafi.
"I read a lot in the Noveltoon app, Brother. My favorite author is mama reni. Right now I am reading his novel entitled CONTAINING THE SEED OF A FUGITIVE AND A DESIRABLE HONOR," replied Dita enthusiastically.
"Sama, I also like to read novels by mama Reni," said Gafi. He walked towards the cashier followed by Dita.
When they paid at the cashier, they looked at each other and smiled. Dita goes forward to pay, but Gafi forbids. He who wants to pay at once the book that is taken.
"This time I paid" said Gafi.
"Thank you, Brother. But next time I have to pay," said Dita. Gafi only nodded his head in response.
Buying a book and eating ice cream together is a fun experience. Dita really enjoyed it.
"When are we going to do something similar, brother?" ask Dita.
"We can do this every weekend, if you want," Gafi said, extending his hand.
"Wouldn't Kak Gafi's girlfriend be upset if every weekend had to go with me?" ask Dita.
"I'm single, nobody wants to" Gafi laughed.
"No one wants to or Gafi's sister doesn't want to?" ask Dita again.
Gafi smiled and looked at Dita without a blink, making the girl misbehave and look down.
"I'm a bit of a picky guy. Love a woman who speaks softly like you" Gafi said
It made Dita even more embarrassed. His face was red like a tomato. Seeing that Gafi smiled.
