Chapter 45 S2. Bitter Reality
Alya looked at Axel's face with a smile. Seemingly breathing heavily, he then chose to sit next to his nephew.
"Sir Gafi will marry Dita," Alya replied in a soft voice.
Axel was confused and shocked when he heard the shocking news about his cousin, Gafi, who was soon to be married to Dita. He did not expect that the news would suddenly appear, because all this time he had never heard the news about Gafi will soon marry with whom.
"Dita ... so soon?" axel asked nervously.
Not only Axel was surprised, but also his mother, Rachel. The woman immediately squeezed his hand, not believing his hearing.
"If it's goodwill, shouldn't it be accelerated?" ask Alya again.
"Isn't Dita still in college?" Axel asked back.
"We'll continue with the course, but we'll probably move here" Alya replied.
Axel stood up. It seems he's leaving. He then paid his respects to everyone.
"Sorry Mama Alya, I have to pick up Lisa. I'll go straight to Dita's house" said Axel.
He walked right out. I don't believe what he heard. Axel immediately runs his car to Lisa's boarding house. Since college, the girl decided to leave near the campus so that it was not far away.
When he arrived at the boarding room, Axel who wanted to knock on the door of his lover's room undo his intentions. He heard a conversation that hurt his heart.
"So you want to be Axel's girlfriend just because he's the sole heir to his parents' company?" ask Lisa's roommate Desy.
"of course. I've been patient with him all this time, just to get married. After marriage, I can spend money. Now only, he is so royal in giving money, what else later after becoming CEO. I'm going to take him, " Lisa said with a laugh.
With a slow step, Axel left Lisa's room. She was afraid that her lover knew of her presence.
Axel drove the car to Dita's house. Looks a little crowded. Axel immediately entered after saying his regards.
"Axel, where are the others?" ask Yuni astonished.
"Still at Mama Alya's house, Auntie."
"Oh, Auntie thinks it's all coming. His promise was at eight. It's only seven o'clock. Dita is also not finished," Yuni said again.
"Tante, I'd like permission to meet Dita. What can you do, Auntie?" ask Axel.
"Meet Dita?" Instead of answering Axel's question, Yuni even gave a question.
"Tante, I just want to talk to you for a second. I'm not going to hurt or disturb Dita" Axel said.
Yuni could only nod her head in response. Axel immediately ran towards the top floor. He had memorized where the girl's room was.
Arriving in front of Dita's room, Axel who saw the room open directly entered. He looked at Dita who was putting on her face. Dita looks so pretty. The girl finally realized the presence of her best friend from the glass.
"Did you not consider me anymore, Dita? Until your happy day, don't you tell me. Is that how much you hate me? Didn't you say you forgave me?"
Axel leaned on Dita with many questions. It feels like his heart was broken twice today. After learning the reality that Dita is going to marry her cousin Gafi, she also has to accept the fact that the girl she has been in love with for almost three years, has been lying to her. It felt like Axel's world was collapsing instantly.
