Chapters 27. The Andin Household

All eyes were on Mia at this moment. He was talking to Andin. Without them noticing Rachel's presence. Not that she wanted to eavesdrop on their conversation, but it felt like Rachel's body was weak, her legs were hard to move.

Mia closed her phone connection with Andin. Yuni directly close the body to her female friend. It seems enthusiastic to know the news.

"Why did Andin contact you?" ask Yuni.

Before answering Yuni's question, Mia's gaze was fixed on Farhan. Their friends do the same.

"Tell me. Why look at me?" farhan.

Mia took a breath. He played his finger, as if it were hard to speak.

"I hope that what I'm about to say won't disturb your household. I don't want to be blamed anymore" Mia said.

"If you think it's going to hurt Farhan's wife, and it can disrupt their household, you better not say, just keep it to yourself" Reno said.

Farhan looked at Reno, from the look of his eyes it would seem that the man did not like the answer. Reno just ignored.

"Tell me. I'm not a kid who can't tell right from wrong. Me and Andin have a family. What else to fear" said Farhan.

Reno laughed at Farhan's words. Made the man speechless and the look on his face stiffened in anger. He knew his friend was laughing at him.

"If you knew what was right and wrong, you wouldn't hurt your wife! Sometimes blind love doesn't use logic!" reno.

"Today Andin is in the same town as you, Farhan. He wanted to stay with me for a while while looking for a job that would accept him and his son. She couldn't have left her one-year-old son behind" Mia said slowly.

"Where is her husband? Why would you want to stay with you?" ask Yuni.

"It looks like Andin has a problem with her husband!" mia said again.

Farhan looked uneasy after hearing Mia's words. He changed his seat. It was then that she realized Rachel's presence. Their eyes meet. Without saying anything, Rachel stepped back into the kitchen.

Hearing Rachel's footsteps all eyes were on the woman. Rachel wanted to eat. However, his appetite was lost hearing Andin's story. Whatever freshness and seikhlas he is with his household at this time, still also tucked away the pain of hearing all that.

She had indeed fortified herself not to wish Farhan any more, but her chest remained tight in imagining what would happen in her household if Andin were present among them.

Rachel took a drink, sitting pensively at the dining table. He did not realize that Farhan and his friend's eyes were staring at him.

Rachel rubbed her face covered in a veil. Take a deep breath.

"Sometimes, there are many things that you can't force to defend or own. God presents him in your life just to test how persistent you struggle, and how airy your heart will be to let go and let him go. Because believe that God loves you more than he loves you" Rachel muttered to herself.

He then stood back up and walked into the room, without caring about the eyes that kept watching him.
