Chapter 86. Surprise
Mia walks into an elevator with lips that always give a smile. In her hands, Mia has a box of birthday cakes. The woman wanted to give her lover a surprise birthday.
Mia and Lucas have been in a relationship for a long time. Like Yuni, they have also planned a wedding in the next year. All this time the man was working out of town.
Lucas told me yesterday that he was in town to celebrate his birthday. Tomorrow night they'll have dinner together.
Mia who wanted to give a surprise, deliberately did not say her arrival. She wants to be the first person to wish her a birthday.
The clock has shown that at 23:50, 10 minutes are now on Lucas' birthday. Mia quickened her pace to arrive on time.
Mia opened the apartment door by pressing the code button. He saw his girlfriend's apartment was very quiet. Mia thinks her lover must have slept.
The woman placed the tart she was carrying on the dining table. He went straight to Lucas's room, to wake his girlfriend up.
"Lucas must have fallen asleep. Tired, because it just arrived," murmured Mia to herself.
Mia opens the door to Lucas' room slowly, so that his lover does not wake up. He walked in slow steps and turned on the room lights.
When the lights were on, how surprised Mia was to see what was in front of her. His girlfriend Lucas was sleeping with a woman in plain circumstances.
"Bue ...!" mia shouted in disbelief.
Lucas who heard his name called opened his eyes. No less shocked than Mia, her lover immediately woke up.
"Mrs ...." Lucas woke up after seeing his girlfriend.
"What are you doing, Lucas? Who's that woman?" asked Mia in a stammer.
The woman who slept with Lucas opened her eyes. He also got up and pulled a blanket over his innocent body. Mia was shocked when she saw the face of the woman who slept with Lucas.
"You ... basic women jal*ng. Don't you know that Lucas is my fiancee. I can't believe this" Mia said in a trembling voice.
Mia did not believe what she saw. His girlfriend Lucas is having sex with his cousin Dina.
Lucas takes his pants and tries to catch up to Mia. As the woman was about to get into the elevator, her hand restrained Lucas.
"Mia, listen to my explanation." Lucas pulls Mia's hand slowly towards her apartment again.
"What you have to explain again. Everything is clear" said Mia stammered with her tears.
Mia saw Dina, her cousin walking up to them. Guiltlessly hugging her fiance's arm.
"Aren't you able to find another man so you have to get close to Lucas?" mia asked with emotion.
"I could have found another man. But we both fell in love. In my womb right now there is also our baby candidate. Sorry if this has disappointed you so much. Lucas plans to say all this at dinner. Thank goodness you finally found out for yourself" said Dina without any guilt.
Mia raised her hand, wanting to slap Dina's cheek. However, his hand was held by Lucas.
"Sorry, Mia. It's not just Dina's fault. We love each other. I've come to break off our engagement. Dina and I have been living together for six months. He stayed with me in Singapore. We plan to get married next month." Lucas said lightly without any guilt.
Mia could hardly believe what she was hearing. So for these six months Lucas and his cousin Dina have been living together. The man rarely contacted her. Someone seems to be accompanying.
Without saying anything, Mia left the two behind. His body felt weak, but he had to keep walking. Being here would add to his heartache.
Mia got in the car. Cry broke. He slowly drove the car with tears constantly falling down his cheeks.
The woman then increased the speed of her car, because of lack of concentration she did not see any cars that were speeding from the opposite direction. Collisions can no longer be avoided.
