Chapter 27 S2. Gathering In The Cafe

Two years later.

The relationship between Gafi and Dita is getting closer, although there is no love between the two. They're like lovers.

Today Gafi is seducing Dita to want to meet with her friend tomorrow at a cafe. He wanted to introduce the girl to his other best friend. They are gathered together because they will soon be separated.

"Later there will also be Elfa and Rio," said Gafi still seducing Dita.

"But I'm ashamed, brother. I only know Elfa and Rio." Dita still refuses.

"There's me too. Don't forget that" said Gafi.

"Yes, Brother. But ...."

"Come, Dit. This time only. We want to get together before we go our separate ways after graduation next month" Gafi said.

Dita was silent for a moment before finally nodding. He thought it would not hurt if he accompanied the man. Gafi smiled as he watched the reaction of the girl.

At that time Gafi invited Dita to gather with his college friends. Dita was initially hesitant to join because she was afraid of not being known by other Gafi friends. But after being encouraged by Gafi who stated that his friends were very friendly, Dita finally agreed to the invitation.

They agreed to meet at a famous cafe in the city center at noon. Gafi was already waiting there, his smile brightly welcoming Dita's arrival. When Dita entered the cafe, Gafi stood up and greeted her, "I thought you cancelled the plan here" Gafi said

"There was an additional course, so it was a bit late," Dita replied with a smile.

"You're not late, really. Come join my other friends," Gafi asked.

As they were talking, a man approached and greeted Gafi. "Hi, Gafi, why are you still here. The others had gathered inside" said Adam.

Gafi introduces the man to Dita, his name is Adam. Adam then explains that his friends are already inside the cafe and they immediately enter to join.

They found a large table in the corner of the cafe, and there were already five other people sitting. Gafi introduces Dita to his friends, namely Mia, Rendy, and Jaka. Elfa and Rendi had also joined together.

Mia greeted Dita warmly, "Hi, Dita! I'm glad to see you. Gafi used to tell me about you."

"I'm glad to see you too, sister" Dita replied smilingly.

When they sat down and ordered a drink, they started talking about everything. Gafi and his friends took Dita in a chat about movies and music, and Dita felt very happy to join them.

"You are very beautiful, it is not wrong Gafi often praised you," said Mia.

"You just introduced us, surely out of fear that we're going to tax and take it?" ask Rendi.

Elfa and Rio also teased the two. So that Dita's face reddened with embarrassment.

Dita's face flushed to hear Mia's words. Rendi also said that Gafi often talked about himself. Gafi could only laugh as his friend teased him and Dita. If Elfa, has often gathered with them, so it is not foreign to all.

As they were engrossed in the story, Rendy exclaimed, "How about we play a funny game? I got a cartoon card we can play."

They all agreed and Rendy immediately brought the cards. Everyone at the table should draw a predetermined cartoon. Dita initially felt less confident because he considered not too good at drawing. However, Gafi assures him that there is nothing wrong with the results of someone's picture and invites him to monitor the game.

Mia becomes one of the people who can create the funniest images, turning all the attention to her. Not long after, Mia decided to go home because she had to meet with other friends.

After Mia left, the chatter at the table started to widen. They talk about college and plans for the future. Jaka told me about his plan to go abroad for a year in the summer next year.

Gafi asked, "What is the reason you want to go abroad, Jaka?"

"In an effort to broaden my horizons and improve my language skills I want to learn a foreign language in another country. Besides, I want to see and feel a new culture" Jaka replied.

"I sometimes reflect on this as well" said Dita. “I hope to travel to different parts of the world and feel different cultures.”

"We hope you can make it happen, Dita," said Adam. "Maybe we can go with you someday."

Their chatter continued until their table was filled with empty glasses and new plans. After hours of chatting and playing games, they decided to go home to each other.

Gafi and Dita go home together, they are still engrossed in telling her about the day at the cafe. When they got to Dita's boarding house, Gafi said, "I'm so happy to have you meet my friends, Dita."

"I also feel so, Brother," said Dita. "Thank you so much for inviting me to join Brother's friends. I hope we can get together again soon."

Gafi smiled and replied, "Of course! Anytime you want to join, Dita, don't hesitate to contact me. See you soon!"

Dita smiled and walked into her room with a happy smile on her face. That day was a really nice day for Dita and she hopes to repeat it again someday.

Gafi felt an immeasurable happiness. Two years of their closeness, she felt a perfect match for the girl.

Next month during his graduation, Gafi wants to invite Dita to attend as a companion. Only he had a little doubt if the girl wanted to join because there would be Axel among his extended family coming.
