One Night's Mistakes (Love's Wrong)

Kevin's face suddenly turned serious. His two eyeballs were also reluctant to look at Jeany, making the woman want to go berserk. Jeany felt the heat radiating from the chest to the crown. It seemed that the heat would not subside even though he gave a punch to the man in front of him.

"Sit down first, Jean," said Kevin after realizing he was making the woman stand long waiting for an answer from him.

Jeany pulled the chair roughly and sat on it. He looked at Kevin with blazing eyes. In his anger, he still hoped the man would deny the question from him. But Kevin's change of attitude makes Jeany's hopes thin.

"Who said it to you?" asked the man with a very serious face.

"Lisa's."

Kevin nodded in understanding. He immediately contacted his secretary. "Take Lisa into my room right now!"

After that, the two kept quiet. Jeany doesn't understand why Kevin is so angry with her. He should be angry, he thought.

Not long after, Lisa walked in with a defiant face. He knows what to call.

"What did you say to Jeany?" asked Kevin coldly. He let Lisa stand.

"I told you I'm pregnant with your child."

"Don't lie!" Kevin's breaking the table. Later that poor desk was often the target of Kevin's anger. "We never do anything. If you're pregnant, it's not my son!"

Lisa looked at Kevin with a disappointed face. "You don't want to admit, Vin? After everything I've done for you? I don't care if you don't love me, but this kid is innocent!" he said while touching his flat stomach.

Jeany felt herself watching the soap opera on television. The difference is, now he became one of the actors in the soap opera, the role of a woman who betrayed a lover. He bit his lips to hold back tears that were almost flowing.

Seeing Jeany's suffering face, Kevin decided to immediately end the ridiculous talk. "OK if you say we do often. Now I'm asking where do we usually do it?"

"In Singapore we often do in your apartment" Lisa replied firmly.

"What about in Indonesia?"

"Sometimes in my house, you take me to your apartment, too."

"Where's my apartment?"

"On The Emerald."

Kevin looked at Jeany with a satisfied feeling. "Do you know the answer, right?" ask that woman.

Jeany nodded slowly. He dared not look at Kevin out of shame. The location of the apartment called by Lisa is different from the one he had been to before. Butbut wait. Who knew that man had more than two apartments, right?

"You sure you don't have another apartment, Vin?"

Jeany's question makes Kevin almost angry. "Enough, Jean! The apartment I lived in, you've all been to. And you're the only girl I've ever taken there!"

Lisa's face paled instantly. No way, he thought in panic. Obviously, he had heard Henny mention the name of the apartment building that Kevin lived in if he did not return home.

"The name of the apartment you heard from my mother is not true. I lied so that no one would know the location of my new apartment." Kevin seemed to understand what Lisa was thinking.

The man bought the apartment shortly after reuniting with Jeany. Perhaps without realizing it, he had a wish that one day he would bring her there, unbeknownst to anyone.

Lisa doesn't want to give up.

"I lied about the place. But that doesn't mean we never do, Vin! Tega you threw me away after enjoying my body so many times!"

Kevin grinned showing disgust. "Dear, Lisa. Why do you humble yourself like this?"

"I have indeed been low since I handed my body over to you! That's because I love you so much!" Lisa replied with a hysterical cry accompanied by tears.

Instead of feeling pity, Kevin smiled mockingly. "If we do that a lot, you'll know where my birthmark is."

Lisa couldn't answer. "That's .. that's ...."

Kevin looked at Jeany. "Tell him, Jean."

"Eh?!"

Jeany's face immediately met with red. Kevin said it as if they were having frequent body intercourse.

"Where's my birthmark, Jean?" press Kevin again.

"In ... on the left hip ...."

Oh my God, what a shame it feels .... Jeany screamed in her heart. His brain turned the scene one morning towards noon, when he found himself waking up without a single piece of clothing next to a man. Hearing Jeany's reply, Lisa's body trembled withstanding her shame as well as anger. Plans to damage Kevin's relationship with Jeany failed miserably, instead he was heard the fact that the relationship between the two had been so intimate. Of course, he thought bitterly after recalling another important fact that he had not originally trusted. The father of Jeany's son was Kevin.

"From tomorrow, you don't have to come to the office. You're fired."

The words were spoken by Kevin without feeling. He doesn't care anymore even though Lisa used to be his best friend. The woman's behavior severely jeopardizes her relationship with Jeany. His presence in the office would in turn be a thorn in the flesh. Better get rid of it immediately.

Lisa stared at Kevin for a while, but there was nothing she could do. Her actions just now were indeed very embarrassing. He walked out of Kevin's room without saying anything.

After Lisa's departure, Kevin silences Jeany. Feeling bad, the woman ventured to apologize. "Sorry, I didn't believe you, Vin."

"Actually yes, Jean, even if it's true you don't have the right to be angry. At that time we had nothing to do with it anymore," Kevin replied with emphasis.

Jeany's blood boiled again. "What right to be angry? I don't like you sharing your body with other women!"

Kevin stood up and walked over to Jeany. He held onto both of the woman's shoulders, shaking her tiny body as she spoke.

"What about you?! I tried so hard to forget the fact that you were touched by my best friend! Your question made me have to remember it again!"

For a while Jeany was stunned. Apparently among them there was still this kind of misunderstanding. He held both cheeks of the lover. His heart was filled with love.

Jeany's words make Kevin peck for a few seconds. But then he shook his head in disbelief.

"You don't have to lie, Jean. I am also a man. There's no way Randy didn't touch you after being his wife. That night I caught you together at your boarding house!"

"I'm not lying. Randy's pain keeps him from touching me."

"You mean?"

"Wait for him to come to Jakarta. He said he himself would explain it to you."

"So you're still in touch today?" Kevin began to show his thief nature.

"Just through WA, Vin ...."

"I don't like it."

"Not to start. Don't forget he helped me and Kenny a lot. Yeah, I've been back, yeah, I still have a lot of work."

Jeany gave a brief kiss on Kevin's lips before getting up. Then he walked to the door. A pull made his body turn around. He immediately felt a soft and wet touch on his lips.

The softness given by Kevin was only momentary. Afterwards he voraciously kissed Jeany's lips, kissing her hard and deep until she was out of breath.

"You're! Still in the office tau!" Jeany slapped Kevin's chest with a gasp.

"You know, we'll continue in my apartment" whispered Kevin hoarsely in Jeany's ear.

Jeany quickly left the room, making Kevin chuckle at his lover who is still innocent despite having a child. But his laughter disappeared as jealousy re-influenced his senses. She doesn't trust Jeany.

Outside the room, Jeany's trip to her study stalled as Vera called out to her. Kevin's secretary's face is now very friendly.

"Jean, I'm sorry for yesterday's trouble. Mr. Kevin never asked me to give you an invitation. It's just Lisa's idea for your manas-manasin" he admitted with a guilty face. "I don't know if you're his future wife Mr. Kevin" he said again.

Vera's confession makes Jeany convinced that Kevin never did anything out of bounds with Lisa. But that did not justify the woman's attitude towards him. A firm look was given to Vera.

"Even though I'm not Kevin's future wife, you can't play others like that."

Vera lowered her head. "I'm sorry. I promise I won't repeat it again."

"I'm sorry."

Jeany then walked back to her room. While walking, he thought of many things. One is to have Kevin replace his current secretary with a male secretary.

"Jean, tomorrow you have Kenny dinner at my house. Papa and the others can't wait to see Kenny. Can you?" ask Kevin without reducing his concentration on driving. They were on their way home from the office.

"Yes." Yeah." Jeany said she was nervous about meeting Kevin's family again.

"They asked for it today, but I said you can't make brownies."

Jeany smiled at her boyfriend. "Thank you for understanding."

"After this, don't sell brownies anymore? I don't want you to get tired and pass out again" Kevin asked.

"Udah. Today is the last."

Kevin's car stops in front of Mita's house to pick up Kenny. The boy jumped up happy to see his mother's father come home. The three of them went home happy.

After dinner with a simple menu of Jeany cuisine, Kevin invited his son to play basketball on a court near the house. While Jeany is busy in the kitchen finishing a brownie order, aided by an assistant Kevin brought in for her. It wasn't over when it was time for Kenny to fall asleep. Fortunately there was Kevin who took care of the son, read him a fairy tale before going to bed.

"Pa, why would Dad want to get married again?" Kenny was already sleepy but still wanted to chat with his papa.

"His marriage was not celebrated."

"Why not celebrate?"

"Papa wasn't working yet, there wasn't any money to celebrate."

"Now Papa's money is a lot?"

Kevin laughs. "Lumayan many. Kenny wants to buy what? Papa buyin."

"Mom's money, so you don't have to make brownies anymore."

Kevin wails. Kenny turned out to be very sensitive to the condition of his mother. This was all because he was negligent, he thought, making the woman he loved struggle to single-handedly raise their son. He rubbed Kenny's head full of affection.

"Papa gave all the money to Mama. After this Mama does not make brownies anymore, except for Kenny who asked to be made."

"Horeeeee ...." The boy laughed happily on the bed. With his wide eyes he looked at Kevin who was lying next to him. "Pa, why don't you stay with Mama and Kenny?"

"Hmm because Papa there is work that cannot be left behind. Later if it's done we stay together huh?"

"But Kenny wants bobo won by Papa ...."

Kenny's whining makes Kevin heartless. "Yes tonight papa temenin Kenny bobo."

Kevin rubbed Kenny's head until the boy fell asleep. Soon, however, he himself fell asleep. As Jeany walked into the room, she smiled seeing the two men she loved had fallen asleep. He kisses her cheeks before laying down next to Kenny. That night the three of them slept together.
