One Night's Mistakes (Love's Wrong)

See You Again

Randy's car was driving slowly amid the heavy rain that was pouring down on the capital. The young man was currently wearing nearsighted glasses, as his vision power was drastically reduced in a state of minimal lighting. It must reduce its speed as it passes through puddles on some roads, which will soon become flooded if the rain continues for a long time.

Jeany sat next to the driver's bench thinking about Kevin. The girl then notices Randy who looks different because of the glasses he wears. But that's not why the young man looked different. Jeany looked more closely. Why did he realize it now?

Randy smiled and nodded. He rubbed Jeany's head. "Promise you'll be ready for me?"

The young man smiled wryly referred to as a friend. "I'll take an umbrella." Randy turned around to pick up an umbrella in the middle seat of his car.

"I don't have to take an umbrella with me." Jeany took out a small umbrella from her bag. She developed her umbrella before getting off Randy's car.

As usual, the young man waited until Jeany had actually entered the house. He let out a heavy sigh before stomping back on the spicy gas.

Kevin's lecture, which was supposed to start at half-eight in the morning, was suddenly canceled. There is a notice a replacement lecture will be held at three in the afternoon. Kevin passed by leaving the notice board. Of course, he will not attend a substitute lecture. The young man then decided to meet his lover, let go of the longing that has lately always plagued him.

"Jean, can't I go inside?" He asked with a pleading look at his lover who always told him to sit on the porch.

"No way," Jeany replied firmly.

Hearing Kevin's phone ring, Jeany pulled her hand. While rubbing his sore cheek, Kevin looked at the phone screen. He mentioned Stevi's name in surprise before receiving the call.

"Hello, Stev? I'm again ama Jeany at Pizza TA. It's been a long time here. You wanna come over here? Okay okay." Okay."

Kevin and Jeany looked at each other. They waited for Stevi to arrive while eating the ordered dishes. It turns out Stevi came with Devi and Sandra. The five of them were now seated at a larger table.

Kevin and Jeany looked shocked.

Silence then enveloped them. Despite apologizing to each other, the atmosphere remained awkward because basically they were never familiar. Sandra repeatedly elbowed Devi who was sitting next to her.

It didn't feel like a month Kevin was working at his cousin's printing shop. He received his first salary. With a flowery heart the young man took his lover to watch a romantic movie in the cinema. While waiting in line to buy a ticket, Kevin suddenly felt a severe headache. He fell on the floor, making Jeany who was standing next to him cry out in panic.
