The Wijaya family was gathering in the dining room for breakfast. There was no joy there, especially Henny who seemed to be carrying a burden of mind that was not light. Alan glanced at his wife who was eating with blank eyes.
"Ma, it's been almost a week that Kevin left home. It's been too long. We better get him home."
"Leave it, Pa. Mama wants to see when she can survive the hard life!"
"But Kevin's drug supply must have run out. Papa's really worried. He lives in a boarding house whose small room does not use AC. Does he sleep well in there?"
"That's better than her gathering kebo with that woman! If his medicine supply runs out there's no way he won't go home, right?" Henny looked at her eldest son. "Marvin, you said your brother now works as a salesman at the mall?"
"Yes, Ma. My man's been looking for info, he said he only worked one week. After that Kevin has to find work again."
Henny thought for a moment. "Let's ask your aunt, who knows where Hansen has vacancies."
Alan and Marvin both shook their heads. They knew Henny was very worried about Kevin, but was too stubborn to want to change his decision. I don't know how long it will take to soften a woman's heart.

As his father suspected, Kevin did have trouble sleeping without air conditioning. Poor air circulation makes it sultry at night. The fan is not able to overcome the problem because he is too accustomed to using air conditioning.
On his seventh day working as a sales promotion boy, Kevin yawned a lot. He had to give himself a lot of encouragement on his last day working there. I feel like I want to sleep all day after this. Unfortunately tomorrow he has to go to college, which starts at half-eight in the morning.
"This is what I bought for you. I think you're so sleepy." Dewi thrust a cold bottled coffee drink at Kevin as the young man walked in to pick up the exhausted brochure.
"Thanks," Kevin replied in surprise.
"Today's a real race, huh?" Dewi is filling out various applications on the phones sold, as an extra service to attract buyers.
"Yes." Yeah."
"We can meet again, right?"
"It looks like it's not." Kevin does not want to give hope, opportunity or whatever the term is to the Goddess who has the potential to damage his relationship with Jeany. Their problems are quite a lot without the need to be coupled with interference from other women.
The woman smiled at Kevin's straightforward reply. "Later I'll WA. Just talking, right?"
Kevin doesn't ignore it. He immediately returned to the front of the booth without answering the Dewi's question. With a smile on his face he handed out brochures to passers-by, hoping they would be interested and buy the products he offered.
"Well, Kevin? You work here now?"
Kevin was surprised to see his cousin. "Sir Hansen?"
"That's why I want to buy my employees HP again. Good but not too expensive?"
"There's dong, Sister ... This one costs just one million already dapet HP 5.5 inch screen, 4 GB RAM, 32 GB internal memory, 13 MP rear camera, 5 MP front camera, already fingerprint again ...." Kevin explained very well.
"Are you serious?" Hansen, who was initially just looking for an excuse to talk to his cousin's sister, actually bought it. Unmitigated, he bought five phones at once.
"Thank you, Brother Cousin Juragan ..." Kevin licks his cousin.
Hansen just smiled wryly, inwardly wondering why he could be so flustered.
Bayu also smiled so widely at Kevin and Hansen. Because the purchase transaction from Hansen made their sales target that day achieved. After picking up his phone, Hansen takes Kevin elsewhere. The young man asked Bayu for permission.
"Udah lo to sono aja used to be gapapa. Fifteen minutes is enough, right?"
"That's enough," Hansen replied.
Kevin and Hansen were looking for a rather quiet place to talk. The man questioned his cousin's sister. "When do you work here, Vin?"
"It's the last day, brother."
"Well, is this work where I want it?"
"At Kak Hansen's printing press? But ...." Kevin still hesitates to.
"Remember, I won't tell you about Alan and Aunt Henny" Hansen said.
Kevin looked down, a little embarrassed his personal problems were known to outsiders although still his own cousin.
"How's your girl doing?" Hansen made small talk to lift Kevin's mood. The way worked enough. The young man who had looked lethargic now flashed a smile on his face.
"Good, Brother. He also trained as a cashier at the restaurant. If the money has been collected we plan to get married."
Hansen let out awe. "Eat soul ... Don't forget my marriage laws."
"Hopefully Mama gave her blessing ...." Kevin's face was sluggish.
"Lo's food should be proof of your seriousness. What makes you hesitant about working at my place? You can use Photoshop, right?"
"Can, Brother. But what are his working hours? I'm morning till noon still have to go to college."
"What's the salary crus, brother?" Kevin asked while grimacing.
"New entry yes as big as UMR first hehehe ...." Hansen replied without hesitation.
"Hmm but it's up fifty percent yes ...."
" You want my printing out of business?"
Be Kevin accept the job offer from his cousin. In addition to working hours that are conducive to his lecture schedule, Hansen's printing is also not far from Kevin's campus. It might be a one-time bus ride, the young man thought.

"Ran, tomorrow you won't have to pick me up again" Jeany said before getting out of the young man's car. He had just returned from training to become a cashier at Randy's cousin's restaurant.
"Why? I don't have a job, rather than dumbass at home mending cute chick shuttle ...."
"Make from Hong Kong ...."
"Emang lo saucy Hong Kong artist."
"Who?"
"Cecilia Cheung."
I don't want Jeany to laugh. Its resemblance to such artists may be only their hair that is both straight and long black.
"Tomorrow you've started college, Ran. Focus college there."
"Haizz Males is going to college again ...." Randy rolled his eyeballs.
"Thankful that dong can still go to college" replied Jeany sewot.
"Hehe is grateful, Babe ... If not, it would not have been continued. Tomorrow you're going to the afternoon shift, right? I'll pick you up?"
"No need, Ran. I have already paved my way to the restaurant. I can go home by myself."
"I'm just gonna pick you up. You can't refuse."
"Kevin doesn't like you to take me, Ran ...."
"That means he's selfish. Does he want his girl to come home alone at night? He can't pick you up himself, can he?"
"He was busy working. I also used to go home alone. Yes, I entered first, thank you for my anther."
"Gue doesn't want to thank you from you. I want you to open your heart to me."
Jeany stopped the movement of her hand that was about to open the car door. "One day you will definitely find a girl who is better than me, Ran ...." The girl got out of Randy's car and went into his boarding house.
The young man continued to watch from inside the car until Jeany disappeared from his sight. There was a longing that he could not express.
I want the same you, Jean ....

The first day of college turned out Kevin one class with his ex-girlfriend. But the girl ignored Kevin. They are like two people who do not know each other.
Not only with Stevi, the young man was also a class with Giselle who was the daughter of Kevin's parents' best friend and the girl who had once expressed love to him and he refused. Giselle deliberately took a seat right next to Kevin.
"Lo don't want to go home, Vin? Said I'm Aunt Henny stressed thinking of you."
"It's none of your business."
Giselle tries to ignore Kevin's unfriendly attitude towards her. "Gue pity ama nyokap lo. How could you choose Jeany over your own mother?"
"Birth mother isn't always right."
"Don't get to be a filial child."
Kevin paid no heed to Giselle's words. He focused on the material delivered by the lecturer. After college ends, Kevin rushes off campus, chasing the time left to meet Jeany before she leaves for work. Lately they do not have time to meet because they are busy chasing rupiah.
On his way from college to Jeany's boarding house, he sees a girl he knows. Stevie. The girl was seen getting into a red sedan. He could not see the sedan driver because his eyes were blocked by the window film of the car. Could it be Stevi's new boyfriend?
Kevin took his phone and called Stevi. He still knows the phone number of his ex-girlfriend. "Hello. Its me. Who did you just pick up, Stev?"
"Oh are you jealous? But it's too late. I've moved on from you." Stevi's voice sounded piercingly sharp. The girl immediately disconnected the phone.
Kevin really felt a bad feeling. However, she once promised Stevi's mother to look after her daughter while she accompanied her husband to treatment in Malaysia. The young man hopes it is not too late to keep his promise, at least as a friend. He will feel very guilty if something bad happens to the girl because of the heart injury she left behind.
