One Night's Mistakes (Love's Wrong)

One Night's Mistakes (Love's Wrong)
Here I'm Sick

The half-open gate was just closed by the man who opened it. Jeany still stood there feeling nervous. The girl did not understand why Kevin was looking at her with a look as if he had made a huge mistake.

"Would it be a habit to not go alone?"

Now Jeany knew the cause of the young man looking to pounce on her alive. Kevin's voice sounded low and terrifying. Jeany did not answer. Not because he wanted to ignore the young man, but the fear that had appeared made him unable to open his mouth to speak.

"What do you consider this house person, go and go home as you please?"

"Sorry." Jeany finally answered with her head bowed, aware of her mistake.

"Why not pick up my phone?"

"My HP's left in the room."

"So impatient ya go ama Randy until forget to bring HP? Don't-don't yesterday also go with Randy until he forgets time!" Kevin's voice began to rise.

Jeany frowning. Why would Kevin give him such a bizarre accusation? He almost thought that the young man was jealous, making him have a glimmer of hope that the young man he loved had the same feelings for him as well.

"Who's I going to go to, isn't it your business, is it?" Jeany deliberately answered so, wanting to dig into Kevin's heart.

"Obviously business. Don't forget you're working at my house."

It was like being flown to the seventh sky and instantly being thrown back into the deepest abyss, just like that Jeany's current feelings were. Not only did not reciprocate his feelings, Kevin even reminded him of their unequal status.

"Yes, I don't forget you are my master."

"Jean, that's not what I meant ...." Kevin wants to explain his mistake, but Jeany has left him inside the house.

"Blog*n!"

I don't know who Kevin was referring to. Maybe for himself who has been excessive to issue sentences that should not be said. He rushed to Jeany. The two young men completely forgot the house guards who had been in the guard post earlier to watch the free spectacle they were presenting.

Kevin ran as fast as he could to get to Jeany before the girl went into his room. Because if the girl is already in the room, it will be difficult to force her to open the door without waking the other room occupants. He might have to wait until morning to talk to the girl.

Just as Jeany was about to close the door of her room, Kevin held back with his hand before the door was completely shut. He should talk to the girl tonight too.

"Wait, Jean! I'm gonna talk!"

"I don't want to talk anymore."

"Bent aja. It matters!"

"Sorry, I'm tired of sleeping."

Jeany pushed the door held by Kevin at full force, but the door was unwilling to close as well. A second later, he knew the cause.

"Oh, Jean, my legs!" kevin's shriek made the girl set her gaze down. Kevin's right leg poked out from behind the door, squeezed hard enough.

"God! Sorry sorry I didn't mean ...."

The girl quickly pulled the door of her room so that Kevin's feet would be free from the crush of the door. He saw the young man's face grimacing in pain. There was guilt in him. He observed Kevin's legs which are now reddish in the pinched part earlier.

"You got a gapapa's foot?"

As quickly as lightning Kevin took the opportunity to barge in, forcing Jeany to retreat from her original standing position. The young man then closed the door.

"What are you doing?" jeany asked worriedly while looking at the door that was now blocked by Kevin's body.

"I told you I wanted to talk to you."

"By the way outside. Not good in the gini room."

Jeany walked forward to open the door of her room. But his hand had not yet reached the doorknob, Kevin had gripped his wrist and pulled the girl away from the door.

"Kevin, leila!" Jeany tried to escape.

"Don't be noisy! You want everyone to wake up?"

The young man continued to pull Jeany and just let go after being right next to the bed. Jeany's cell phone was lying on the middle-sized bed.

Jeany's body complies, but her heart does not. He raised his head to look at Kevin standing before him, demanding an explanation.

"Why are you kayak gini?"

"You must beat me. That was a misunderstanding. I never considered myself your employer. I'm just an emotion because you're not going to say anything, and because of my phone you're not picking up."

"Yes," Jeany said coldly. "You're done talking, please come out."

Kevin was silent for a moment to ease the rumble in his heart. Ever since seeing Jeany get off Randy's car, he had to stem the emotions he knew were ready to explode. Moreover, Jeany's attitude towards him is very unfriendly. Driven by anger, he holds Jeany's arm and squeezes it before pulling the girl to his feet.

"Aw! What the hell are you?" jeany asked, feeling pain in her arm because of Kevin's strong hand.

"Why? I should have asked you that! Why is your attitude these few days strange?"

Jeany immediately threw away her sight. "I think it's the best" he replied in a soft voice.

"Best?"

"Yes. We better not get too close."

"Oh. Is it because you're so close now that Randy doesn't want to be close to me anymore?" Kevin asked while looking at Jeany cynically.

"It has nothing to do with Randy."

"Then why? Answer me!"

"Because we shouldn't be close."

Kevin's patience begins to run out with Jeany's answer that he doesn't understand at all. Plus the girl now doesn't want to see her face. His left hand held Jeany's chin and made her raise her head, forcing the girl to look into both eyes.

"Look at me again. And please speak plainly so that I may understand."

Slowly Jeany looked at Kevin right in both eyes as the young man wanted. They looked at each other for a while, well aware of each other's existence which made the two's heartbeats irregular.

"If nothing happened that night, would you like to be close to me?" Jeany asked still looking at Kevin.

"Now. But we were not close."

"Trus why should it be close now?"

"I want to take responsibility for you."

"In charge? By making me always depend on you?"

"I-i"

"From now on please don't be so good with me. After my work in this house is done, let's just say we don't know each other, assume that the night never happened."

The girl then broke away from Kevin and walked towards the door, about to let the young man out of her room. But Kevin pulled her back. This time Jeany did not remain silent, with all her might she tried to get away from Kevin.

If Kevin does not want to go out, he must go out, because he is afraid he can no longer hold back the tears that are about to spill. He did not want to cry in front of the man who had broken his heart.

Frustrated, Kevin shove Jeany's shoulders until the girl is squeezed into the wall right next to the door. Kevin did not let go of his hand holding Jeany's shoulder as he spoke.

"Can't I account for what I've done? You know I'm always haunted by guilt!"

"You're selfish. You just want to tell me your guilt. But I'm ... here I'm sick, Vin!" Jeany pointed to her chest, where she felt tightness and sadness every time she saw Kevin with Stevi.

Kevin stared at Jeany who looked so sad. He did not expect his desire to take care of Jeany instead made the girl feel pain.

"Why?" whispers lirih.

"You want to know why?"

"Yes." Yeah."

Kevin can feel Jeany holding both cheeks, making his gaze locked on the face of the increasingly distant ayu. He widened his eyes when the girl brought their lips together.
