One Night's Mistakes (Love's Wrong)

One Night's Mistakes (Love's Wrong)
It's Not Equal

On stage there was a big screen showing papa and mama Kevin giving birthday wishes to their first grandchild. Jeany watched without blinking. Papa and mama Kevin looked so harmonious and happy, who would have thought both of them had been hit by a storm that almost destroyed their households.

"Sister Kevin is very old. I thought I was on the street." Jovina's voice grumbled at her sister.

"It's important that it's not too late for the main event" Kevin replied in self-defense.

"What's the main event?"

"Eat."

Tania and Jeany laughed at Kevin's reply, but inwardly confirmed it. Moreover, Jeany who was empty stomach due to vomiting earlier, he was looking forward to the meal time arrived. Tania silently looked towards Jeany who looked so beautiful with a feeling of admiration mixed with envy.

"My sister is shy, yes" Jovina whispered to Tania, but the friend shook her head quickly in disapproval.

Basic bucin, Jovina satin while rolling her eyeballs.

Because this is a child's birthday party, Marvin and Winda also invited their friends' children. Two clowns have been standing on stage to entertain the children's guests. Every child present is invited to come forward to play with the clown. Not a few children are afraid, so they must be accompanied by their parents to advance to the stage.

Jeany noticed the children's funny behavior with a feeling of anxiety. Some desperately did not want to go forward to cry out in a deafening voice. The child's parents finally can only resign and not force him to move forward again. But there are also those who actually with their spirit run forward, as if they are following the race with the first one who became the champion.

While the clown was playing a magic attraction, Jeany turned her head around to look for the toilet. But he didn't get a clue.

"Vin, which toilet is it?" Jeany spoke right in Kevin's ear so that his voice could be heard clearly in the midst of the sound from the stage.

Kevin was tickled. This was really the first time the girl had spoken this close to him. He can even smell Jeany's body, a delicate fragrance that he secretly likes. But soon the young man's face showed concern. "You sick again?" whispers in Jeany's ears.

Their activities whispered to each other witnessed by Jovina and Tania. Kevin's sister immediately patted the friend's shoulder, giving him comfort.

"Haha Engga, just pee," Jeany replied grimacingly. The sweet tea he had been drinking seemed to be the cause he now wanted to urinate.

Kevin nodded in relief. "You walk straight down the hallway on the right there, there's a toilet paper on it." The young man pointed towards the hallway to their right.

Jeany gulped her saliva. To get to the hallway he had to pass through several tables. Amidst this crowd, his confidence was at its lowest. He is afraid of being the center of attention. His chest was now rumbling violently due to the nervousness and fear of becoming one. He wanted to ask Kevin to take him to the toilet, but he knew it would make him look even stranger.

Come, Jeany. Cook you lose as a child who dares to walk to the stage, he said in his heart to encourage himself.

After performing the ritual of pulling and exhaling, Jeany ventured to get up from her seat and walked in as quiet a step as possible. As he walked, he felt that everyone in the room was looking at him. The girl hoped it was just her feelings.

Jeany just really felt relieved after being in the toilet. He immediately finished his business. While washing her hands in the sink, a beautiful girl greeted her.

"Hello. Lo UPJ's kid, right?" UPJ stands for the name of the university where Kevin and Jeany are enrolled as students.

Jeany turns and sees Giselle, the girl whom Kevin once loved. "Oh hello. Yes, UPJ's son," he replied briefly.

"It turns out you're the same kevin ya."

"It's a habit."

"Don't lie. I saw you guys walking around holding hands. Does Stevi know?"

Jeany sighed in heart. I don't know if Giselle's gonna ask her to talk like this.

"Lo's clothes are really nice. Buy at which boutique?" Giselle kept talking to him.

"This .... Sis Winda the minjemin." Despite hesitating for a moment, Jeany decided to answer honestly.

It seemed that Giselle was raising her perfectly formed eyebrows. Her pretty face looked at Jeany with a strange look. "Oh? Pinjeman's shirt?"

"Yes. I'm going first." Jeany wants to get away from Giselle. He could see the girl looking down on him.

"Gue don't know."

"What do you have in common with Kevin?"

Hearing Giselle's presumptuous question, Jeany was eager to answer her in a stern manner. But he held himself back, not wanting to make a noise and humiliate Kevin and his family.

"Friend."

A pal? Giselle snorted in the heart. Even with the close relationship between their parents, Kevin never gave him a chance to be close even as a friend. That's why he believes Kevin and Jeany's relationship is more than a friendship. He really doesn't accept.

I lost to this girl? Her heartache grew in a man whose rejection had caused her to become a subject of ridicule on campus.

"Oh, it's just a friend. I was wondering if Om Alan could agree with Aunt Henny about your relationship" Giselle said with a cynical smile.

"What do you mean?" Jeany started to get hooked.

"I mean, how could they possibly approve of their son dating a girl who doesn't match his status?"

Jeany clenched her fingers. "Why am I not equal to Kevin?"

"Ckl ... Don't you know Kevin's family has a company? Kevin was even prepared for the company that is now still held by Om Alan. While lo?"

Jeany surprised. All this time it was thought that Papa Kevin worked in a company with a high position. He did not expect Kevin's family to own the company. But he did not want to look weak in front of Giselle.

"Lo can't judge a person by treasure" Jeany said firmly.

Suddenly Giselle laughed scornfully. "Gue Bosen knows not to see the arrogant poor. Hypocritical. Even though if you get a lot of money, do not refuse!" he said it was full of revenge.

Giselle remembered one of her former lovers who only wanted to make her fortune. Let's just say today Jeany is being unlucky because it became a place to vent all the heartache of Giselle.

"As far as lo. I'm tired of seeing rich people snob."

Jeany walks away from Giselle, though the girl's last words insult her.

"Lo must have cheated on Kevin for wanting the money, right? If you are a good girl you should be aware of your status! Don't tease anyone's girlfriend!"

Although in front of Giselle he behaved as if he was unaffected, Jeany felt broken in her heart. He realized that Giselle's words were not entirely wrong. It's not worth it with Kevin.

Jeany walked back to the table with lethargic steps. It was like losing half his life. He didn't even feel nervous anymore despite having to walk past so many people. Giselle's words kept ringing in her mind. From a distance he could see Kevin watching the clown laugh, revealing white teeth that made him look even more charming.

When Jeany had sat down next to her, Kevin immediately interrogated her. "Jean, what are you doing, right? Was it vomiting again?"

"What the hell is that."

"Why not vomit so long? Stomach pain?" Kevin half teased Jeany.

Jeany who was heartless to joke around just stared at Kevin flat. "So I met Giselle in the toilet. So chatter a little."

"Giselle?" Kevin's forehead creased, trying to remember who the owner of the name was.

"You refused."

"Oh. I almost forgot. Yes, he's my mom's son. His family must have been invited as well. But you know each other, right?"

Jeany just shook her head then pretended to be busy looking up at the stage so Kevin wouldn't question her again. He is lazy to talk. That way worked.

Without them noticing, Jovina secretly took photos of them while talking so closely. At first he just wanted to show his friends who had been a secret admirer of Kevin. Just imagining the reaction of her friends' broken heart made her want to laugh. Suddenly he gave me another idea.
