Isaac and Ian used their short swords to cut through the bushes that were in front of them, to make way. They pay extra attention to their surroundings as they move carefully.
Est had a frown on his face as he walked behind their formation. They had already walked for an hour, and they still had not found any living beasts inside the Dark Forest. He could not even hear the sound of birds or the hum of insects.
The forest seemed to have no life, but it only made him more vigilant.
Suddenly, he heard some snapping sounds around them. Isaac and Ian immediately rushed to his side and formed a protective line.
It was at that moment that something emerged from the ground and held Isaac's ankle. The boy immediately looked down and saw a hand made of bone holding his ankle firmly.
Ian immediately stepped on that hand, smashing it to pieces and freeing his twin brother in the process. To his dismay, more hands emerged from the ground and clung to him.
“Hah!” Est, Ian, and Isaac released shouts and powerful shock waves blew the skeletal arms off their bodies.
"Climb the tree, quick!" Est yells.
The three children hurriedly ran towards a nearby tree and climbed as high as possible. Not long after their ascent, the ground began to tremble.
"Earthquake?" ask Isaac.
"No" replied Est. "It's not an earthquake."
"It's something worse," Ian's face paled as he watched hundreds of skeletal warriors rise from the ground. Some of them wore light armor and carried steel weapons in their hands.
The sound of broken bones resounded in the forest as more Skeletons rose from the ground. The forest that used to have no life was now filled with undead.

William clicked his tongue as he watched the events that appeared before his eyes. He was currently on top of a tree and watching the three children from afar. Due to his skills of Eagle Eyes and Vulture Eyes, he was able to see up to 1,100 meters in front of him.

He could clearly see over a thousand skeletons surrounding the tree where the three children were perched. The bad news is that the number of skeletons is still increasing at an alarming rate.
'Should I help them?' thought William. Although he could not fight against the skeleton, he could easily help Est and the twins to break free from the siege.
While William is still thinking about what to do, Est and the twins are already on the move.
'Um 'Um? Why are they. oh shit! it's headed my way!' William cursed in his heart. 'Hahl! The skeleton is also heading towards me!'
William's eyes widened in shock upon seeing the sudden turn of events. His eyes involuntarily shot to Ian's unkind face. The red-haired boy could see a demonic grin plastered on the hateful boy's face that made his heart itch.
Their movements were quite fast and, within a minute, they landed on a tree across from William.
William ignored the three children and focused his attention on the skeletal army. He estimated that it would still take fifteen minutes for the skeletal troops to arrive at their location. That was more than enough time to talk.
"It's nice to meet you here," Ian said with a sneer. "What's the problem?”
"It's nice to meet you here" William replied in disgust. "What's the problem? Have you come here to beg this Master to help you? ”
Ian's face darkened, but he could not find the words to refute William's claim. Previously, he had secretly used his ability to tag William by using his anger as a medium. As long as his anger at the boy remained, he would be able to find him no matter where he was.
This was an ability he had built up a few years ago. It was an ability meant to track down his enemies, giving them nowhere to escape his pursuit. Never in her wildest dreams did she think that she should use her abilities to seek help from the person she hated the most.
William leaned against the bark of the tree casually. He was the one who had the advantage in this negotiation and he would be foolish not to use it to his advantage.
An internal struggle was currently going on inside Est's mind. Although they had managed to escape the pursuit of the skeleton, it was only a matter of time before they caught up with them. The burst of power they showed some time ago had a time limit and they could not keep their Sword Aura active for a long time.
Even now, they only had five minutes before the effects dissipated. Est knew that with each passing minute, the danger they would face would grow exponentially.
With ******* resigned, he looked at the carefree shepherd in front of him and admitted defeat. If he wanted to succeed then he had no choice but to compromise. It was at that moment that he remembered the words of the Goddess in the temple.
“I only see the result, Est. not the process.”
For the first time in her life, Est was forced to take a step back and swallow her pride. He even had to compromise and bow his head to someone who was not on par with him. Since he had made the decision, he no longer hesitated and took the initiative to ask William for help.
“I agree with you,” Est said. “Please, lend us your strength. I have to complete this quest at any cost. Whole fate..”.
A hand covered Est's lips as Isaac stood beside her.
"Sorry, Young Master," whispered Isaac. “Please forgive me for my violation, but we cannot let anyone know about our mission. This is the warning the oracle gave us before we left the capital. ”
Est's eyes widened in shock when she realized that she had almost told William the reason for the trial. The sudden attack from the skeleton had clouded his mind and made him lose a bit of his composure.
After taking a few deep breaths to calm down, he clapped Isaac's hand to convince him that he was now in control of his emotions.
Isaac removed his hand from Est's lips and lowered his head to apologize.
“You are innocent,” Est said as she spoke to Isaac. "I promise that I will be more careful in the future."
"As long as Young Master understands, this servant is willing to be punished."
“There will be no penalty. Just focus on the task at hand.”
"Yes, Young Master!"
William watched the conversation with an amused expression. He didn't really want to pry, and he really wasn't interested in knowing more about their mission. All he cared about was the completion of the trials so that his own mission would be completed.
"Let's go" William ordered as he jumped onto another tree.
The three children followed behind him and they returned to the outskirts of the forest where Ella and the other goats were waiting for them.
It may take some time, but William eventually achieves his goal of taking command of this party. Even that annoying Ian covered his mouth and just followed behind him.
Half an hour later, a flock of goats sped across the forest floor. The skeletal army had long been left in their dust. William kept his attention focused on the map as he gave the goats a brief command.
Est, Isaac, and Ian are currently riding Aslan, Chronos, and Echo. After careful consideration, William decided to maintain the fighting strength of the three children. This will help them deal with any unexpected surprises they may encounter along the way.
"Stop!" William commanded and the goats soon stopped in their tracks.
They were only two thousand meters away from the golden dot that was flashing on the map, but they could not advance any further.
Regardless of what path they chose, they would be forced to fight with one of the five purple dots guarding each of the five entrances leading to their destination. William has used his ability to look forward and find no other way forward, except direct confrontation.
