Chapter 62: The Meeting With the 4 Gods, and the God Points

'Am I happy with my life now?'

William closed his eyes and looked back to the ten years he lived in the city of Lont. Every day was filled with warmth and love that sometimes, she could feel her heart melt. Her Mama Ella would always be by her side to ensure that she would not suffer from any harm.

Her Aunt Anna would sing a song to him while lovingly hugging him. His Uncle Mordred made sure that he did not lack food and clothing. Aunt Helen would always make time to make him dessert which she could bring to the valley while shepherding her goats.

His older brother, Matthew, who likes to read books, would take the time to read stories about the Southern Continent to him. And his grandfather, James, always threw away memories and loved to brag about his adventures during his youth.

Ten years ago, William realized that although this world did not have the comfort of the modern world, even though there was no electricity, television, radio, and internet, he did not feel boring.

In fact, every night as he was about to sleep, he would look forward to seeing the sun rise from the East. Because he knew that another day filled with warmth and happiness was waiting for him.

"I'm so happy" said William softly. He then opened his eyes and looked at the sweet girl in front of him. “Although I don't know what kind of life I might live if I entered the Silver Portal back then, the life I have now is worth it. I'm glad I was born in the world where I live.”

"I see," Lily replied with a beautiful smile. He could see that William was sincere and he was indeed very happy with the life he had now. "That sounds good."

“Mm.” William scratched his cheek in shame.

"Well, I'm glad you lived a happy life in that world, William," Gavin just showed up. He sat down next to Lily, facing William.

"As expected of my sworn brother!" Issei also appeared and sat down beside Gavin.

"You're just like me when I was young," David chuckled as he appeared beside Lily.

The four Gods who had formed a relationship with William had all arrived. They all looked at him with smiling faces as if they were no good!

William felt nothing was wrong and greeted them all with a smile.

"For a long time, Gavin, Brother Issei, Mr. David."

"Indeed. It's been a long time William.” Gavin nodded his head. “I'm glad you're okay.”

Issei and David also nodded their heads as receipts.

“Because everyone is already here, why don't we eat first?” Lily proposed. “This party is prepared for your arrival, so it will be in vain if you are not full.”

“He was right,” comments Issei. “Come eat all!”

William nodded his head and everyone started eating and drinking. After the food was cleared from the table, the Gods began to ask William questions about his current life, which the boy answered as honestly as possible.

"Your teacher is not bad" Issei said with a mischievous grin. “Will, having an older woman as your lover is not a bad thing. They are more mature and you can lean on them when things get tough. Also.Your teacher has grown in all the right places. If you know what I mean."

William gave Issei a smile of understanding. The two perverts stared at each other as a lewd grin appeared on their faces.

Lily clicked her tongue in annoyance, but said nothing more.

David played his beard while looking at William in awe. "Although I gave you my staff, I don't think that you'll actually use it so quickly."

“Mr David, I'm very grateful for the gift you gave me. If not for your staff, I might have re-entered the reincarnation cycle at the age of one year.

“I think you can call this Destiny. When I first saw you, I remembered my youth..”.

“What day is younger?” Lily sneered. “When you were born a God, you were old. How can you shamelessly say that William reminds you of your youth?”

David pretended not to hear Lily's spiteful words and continued to play his beard. “Mama Ella loves you very much. Be sure to take good care of it.”

"I will" William promised. “I consider her my second mother. To me, Mama Ella is family.”

David had a satisfied expression as he nodded his head. He is the Shepherd God and William indirectly became one of his followers when he became the Shepherd in the world where he was born.

Naturally, he also realizes Ella and the other goats whose fate is now tied to William.

"Gavin, do you know why I came to see you?" ask William.

Gavin chuckled while patting William on the shoulder.

"Okay, now let's start a business." Gavin's expression became solemn as he crossed his arms in front of his chest. “In order for your experience barrier to rise to the next level, you must complete quest.”

"A quest?" William asked. “What kind of search? Like an in-game quest I played on Earth? ”

"Something like that." Gavin nodded his head. "After you complete this search, another special feature of CPU Core will be unlocked."

"Special features?"

"Yes.you will start receiving special quests that will give you points called God Points.”

"God's Coin?" William tilted his head in confusion.

Lily coughed lightly while continuing Gavin's explanation. “God Points are points you can use to buy items in God Shop. Our believers, who have received our blessings, can access this store and purchase items that can only be found in the God Realm.”

“All the items in the Gods Store are made by Gods themselves,” Issei said with a smile. “Some of them are expensive, while others ARE VERY EXPENSIVE. By the way, I will give you 50% discount on the first three items you bought from my store.”

"Sister, what are you selling in your shop?"

“Aphrodisiacs, candles, whips, bondage clothes, rabbit costumes.. and many more interesting items that will make your nightlife even more exciting!”.

William gulped while holding Issei's hand. "Do you also have a sailor costume?"

"Of course I know," replied Issei with a lewd grin. “We even have temple girl clothes.”

The two perverts put their hands together which made the other gods look at them with disdain.

Gavin cleared his throat to entice William to continue his explanation.

"Listen, William, now I'm going to tell you what you're looking for" Gavin said. “Right now, you are in Pantheon of Courage. One of our colleagues has asked for help and it just so happens that you are there too.

“Due to this, I decided that your search was to help his followers complete the experiment. You will find more information when your soul returns to your world. Do you have any other questions?”

“A-Can I see you guys again?” ask William.

“When you reach the next jam, you can come and find us again,” Lily replied with a smile. “Sister, even if you miss Lily, you should not push yourself too hard. Take something step by step. We'll have our reunion at the right time. ”

“Do not worry, Brother,” comments Issei. “We will also watch over you from time to time. Even if you can't see us, we can definitely see you.”

“Eh? I can pass the special quest?” ask William.

"Yes. Doing a special search is not mandatory, ” replied Gavin while glancing at Lily and Issei. "Just do the things you think are worth doing."

"Understood." William nodded his head.

Issei and Lily both had mischievous smiles on their faces.

'Sister, let's see if you can refuse the Special Quest I will give you~'

'Don't worry, Brother. Your sister will make sure that you interact with the women as often as possible.'

The two Gods exchanged glances before returning their attention to William. What William did not know was that the people who would give the Special Quest were none other than the Gods themselves.
