“Est, my loyal followers, are you ready?” ask for a strong and steady feminine voice.
“Yes, My Lady Astrid,” replied Est while kneeling on one knee like a knight.
“This trial will be difficult, so I will allow you to bring some helpers,” said Astrid, Goddess of the Female Knight, with a gentle gaze. “In addition to your two followers, another helper will be waiting for you in the trial field.”
“Thank you for your generosity, Mrs.”
The Goddess nodded her head as she raised the sword in her hand. He then lightly patted Est on the shoulder with the blade of the sword before returning it to its sheath.
“Let go of this ordeal, and I will fulfill the promise I made to your family years before you were born,” Astrid promises. “However, if you fail then the promise I made will be null and void. Do you understand? ”
"Yes, ma'am," replied Est. "I won't let you down."
“I only see the result, Est. not the process.”
"I understand."
“It's time for you to return,” Astrid's orders. “Hopefully the odds are in your favor.”

When Est opened his eyes, he found himself in the inner temple's sacred space. This room is dedicated to the faithful followers of Goddess Astrid.
As Est tremblingly stood up from the prayer mat, the door of the sacred space opened and the High Priestess entered followed by two servants.
"Have you received word from His Majesty?" The High Priestess asked.
"Yes" replied Est.
"good. Is there anything else we can do to help you?”
“I have to go to the trial venue. Can I ask you to send someone to guide me?
“It was just a trivial thing,” replied High Priestess. “Two of my waiters will take you there after you have breakfast. Your followers are waiting for you in the dining room.”
"Thank you."
“This is my duty. No need to thank.”
Est is led by two officers to the next room to change clothes. As he put on his clothes, the boy thought about the discussion he had with the Goddess Astrid. The goddess had explicitly told him that the trial was very difficult.
He should have finished it when he was a little older, but circumstances did not allow the Goddess to wait for him to grow up. The Beast Tide had messed things up, and something had to be done to rebuild the protection of the Kingdom.
For that, Est needs to complete her test so that Goddess Astrid can give her blessing to the Hellan Kingdom. This is also why failure is not an option. His father, and his mother, have given him this mission, and Est is obliged to complete it.
'Dad, Mom, I'll do my best, ' Est thought. 'No matter what it takes, I will succeed.'

“Young Master, are you sure Mr Herman and Bu Nana can't help us settle the trial?” ask Isaac.
“There is an age limit for Trial Field,” replied Est. "Anyone over the age of fifteen will be barred from entering."
“You can count on us, Young Master,” Ian promised. "We'll help you settle this trial with everything we have."
Est was ten years old, while Isaac and Ian were both eleven. The twins have been trained from a young age to become Est's followers and help her unconditionally.
"Thank you," Est said with a smile. "I'm counting on you both."
""Yes, Young Master!""
The three walked towards a cave that would lead them to the experimental site. After ten minutes of walking, they came out of the cave and found themselves in a place that looked like a garden filled with colorful flowers.
The gazes of Est, Isaac, and Ian landed on the herd of goats that was currently standing right in front of the Bronze Gate. They all looked at him with determination. It was as if they were soldiers who would fight for their homeland.
A boy familiar with red hair sits behind the biggest goat among the herd. He carried a wooden stick in his hand and a carefree smile hung on his face.
William waved at the three boys as he watched them walk towards him.
"What are you doing here?" Ian grunting. “This place is off limits for those who are not affiliated with Pantheon of Courage.”
"Say, are you a girl?" ask William. “Why are you always angry? Are you having a menstrual period now? ”
"You're having your period!" Ian replied in anger. His face was dyed in deep red as he glared at William hatefully.
"I don't understand why you always fight with me." William shrugged his shoulders. “Wait, don't tell me you're in love with me? Sorry, but I don't swing like that.”
Black lines appeared on Ian's face as he stepped forward with the intent to bash William's arrogant expression.
Fortunately, Isaac and Est held him on both sides which prevented him from fighting with the arrogant herdsman in front of him.
"William, what are you doing here?" Est asked. Even though he already knew the answer, he still decided to ask this question for confirmation.
"I came here because my Guardian Lord told me to help someone finish the test" William replied. "Are you the one who took the trial?"
"Yes." Yeah." Est nods. "Are you really here to help me clear the trial?"
"Yes. However, because someone insulted me, I no longer want to help,” William replied.
"We don't need your help!" sela Ian's. "My brother and I will be enough to help the Young Master clear this test!"
"Is that so?" William raised an eyebrow. “I heard that this trial was very difficult. If you really don't need my help then I won't force it. Besides, I don't want to be on the same team as boys who are menstruating.”
Ian was about to return William's words when he felt Est's gaze be on him. That gaze made him shudder and the words he was about to say got stuck in his throat.
“Will, this ordeal is important to me,” Est said. “I'll be very happy if you help me finish it. Would it be fine if I formally assigned you to help me complete this quest? I will prepare a sufficient payment once we successfully clear the trial. ”
"certain." William agreed.
She would not reject Est's offer because it was just a free gift for her. Although Ian made things difficult for her, she had no intention of letting Est start her own experiment. This trial was also important to him, as it was a quest Gavin had given him to break through his bottleneck.
William is more than willing to turn a blind eye to the annoying Ian who seems to be his nemesis in his past life.
"Is everyone ready?" ask William.
""Meeeeeeeeeh!"" the goat answered in unison.
"Wait, can the goats get into the experiment as well?" Est asked. He looked at the goats with hope. During the battle, the goats displayed incredible battle prowess and putting them into the trial would definitely increase their chances of success.
"There's only one way to find out" William grinned. He then knocked on the bronze gate with his wooden stick. The door shook for a few seconds before opening wide. A silver portal appeared in the middle of the gate that reminded William of the Portal in the Reincarnation Cycle.
“After you,” William gestured for Est to enter first.
"See you on the other side" Est said upon entering the portal.
Isaac and Ian entered the portal as well. The latter did not forget to give William a hateful look before passing through the portal.
"What's wrong with him?" William frowned. He then shook his head helplessly as he lightly stroked his Mama Ella, urging her to enter the portal.
Soon William and his flock enter the portal. Deep down, William was excited. He was very curious about what kind of Exams he would face. He was also looking forward to the completion of the trial, so that he could inspect the items in the God Shop.
According to Gavin, there were some items for sale in the store that allowed him to obtain an extremely rare Job Class. With such incentives, William was pumped to complete the quest as quickly as possible.
Little did he know that the Trials at the shrine were not only prepared for Est, but for her as well.
