Not Same Again
What is

Lia's birthday went well. At six o'clock in the morning everyone in the house was up to sing a happy birthday song. But Fanny had woken up even when the clock was still showing at two in the morning, because the girl could not sleep last night. His head was too full of David.

And when they all sang to Lia, it felt like she was watching a scene in the movie. Lia was surrounded by gifts and kisses from her son, Gio, and her husband, Fadi Iskandar. They are a perfect and happy family. Sometimes Fanny feels her presence in the middle of them just spoils it all.

Fanny finally decided to leave their room quietly. And when she almost went to school, Lia bombarded Fanny just to make sure her niece was okay. Fanny had to convince him that he was fine for at least ten minutes. Fanny this morning had an appointment with Rani's doctor before going to school. That fact only made him moody.

Doctor Rani's practice room seemed unchanged, remaining boring as usual. As Fanny sat down, her hands began to twitch playing whatever she could touch. He couldn't wait to get out of the room.

Doker Rani smiled kindly at the girl, the notebook was empty and the pen was ready in her hands. Fanny tried hard to look ordinary.

“Fanny, sit dear.” The woman began her counseling.

“What?” Fanny really is not feeling linger here. He wants this to be over soon.

“Why can you come again now?” tanyakanya.

“I told you, I'm busy.” Fanny hissing. Rani raised her eyebrows.

“Really?” the doctor kept looking for him. Fanny rolled her eyes.

“Do you think I want to be stuck in the counselling room all the time? My friends would think I was crazy! The only reason why I keep going here is just because of Aunt Lia!” Fanny yapping. Doctor Rani could only sigh.

“All things can affect a person mentally. You don't know what really happened back then!” Fanny rebukes. Doctor Rani said nothing more, but she immediately wrote something in her notebook. Fanny's sick of seeing it.

Even though he had only been in the room for four minutes, it felt like he had already been there for hours. Fanny immediately stood up, and the doctor still said nothing when she saw Fanny grab her bag and walk out. He slammed the door of the room shut.

There are still about 30 minutes left before the first class starts. Fanny decides to go to a cafe near her school. He just wants to be alone. The girl immediately took a seat in one corner of the cafe by the window, watching the sun grow brighter.

When a waitress came to him, he immediately ordered matcha tea. The order came five minutes later with a few extra slices of bread. Fanny was about to read her novel when Sara suddenly appeared.

“Wow, I just found out you like to read novels,” comments. Fanny just shrugged her shoulders. Seeing Sara who was about to sit in Fanny's dirty place, the waitress who was serving Sara immediately immediately cleaned the remaining bread that was not eaten and brought Fanny's empty tea cup to the back. Fanny and Sara muttered thanks as the waitress left.

Fanny and Sara then begin discussing about their presentation assignment for later noon. 15 minutes later, they walk together to school. When they get to the parking lot, Fanny realizes something is going on. People are crowding the field.

“What's the matter?” fanny asked Sara as more and more people began to swarm in the field. But Sara did not need to answer him, because those people started muttering, “ada who fight.”

Fanny and Sara compactly rolled their eyes. They should have guessed. Fanny was already about to turn towards the classroom when Sara held her back. “What if it's Demian?” tanyakanya. He looked very worried now. Fanny sneered. Inevitably he followed Sara through the crowd to make sure that the one who was fighting was not Demian. But it turns out that the fight is not Demian.

“Who is it?” fanny Tank. His hand pointed to the figure of a young man who was wrestling with David Albert. His voice vibrates. If he didn't need an answer, he might have already left from there.

“That's Andika Kurniawan,” replied Demian who had somehow stood next to Sara. “Me and him both practice boxing at Hellionz. He's a proud disciple of coach Angga. But that was before David came. Last night Coach Angga made an announcement that he wanted to prepare David for the professional game, not Andika. I should have known that Andika would be angry.” Demian's voice dried up, and Fanny began to not remember how to breathe properly. His eyes were fixed on the figure of David who continued to bleed.
