A Plan's.

...Sean Danial Warner POV's....

I was chatting with my friends in the backyard when Sam and Maggie suddenly came in with an anxious look. Both of them were pale and they looked trembling. I looked back and suddenly I was electrocuted by thousands of volts. All over my body stiffened, my chest rumbled violently, and my heart seemed to be leaping out.

"Frand." I immediately got out of my place, running blindly past Sam and Maggie who were standing in the doorway, no matter what else I accidentally bumped into.

Arriving at the door of the room, I took a slow breath, calming myself down first so that Franda would not be surprised by my voice which might be a little high. I don't want him to get any more scared when he hears my call. After feeling a little calm I let out a voice from the throat. "Frand,"

No answer for a moment. Then I knocked on the door. "Franda, are you okay?" call me again with a trembling voice. My heart was filled with fear that he would do something bad in there.

I turned around, looking at everyone who looked anxious. My eyes are sharpened on Sam and Maggie. "What are you guys doing?" I snapped, unable to hold back from getting angry at them.

Sam and Maggie jumped in shock, their mouths wide open, but no words escaped. Sam squeezed the two hands dangling from his side with a cotton-white face, while Maggie's expression was not much different from Sam's. She cried in fear in Matthew's arms.

I turned again to the door, knocked and called Franda a few times, and suddenly I gasped when I heard her shout from inside.

Not wasting any time, I pushed the door as hard as I could. One push had not produced anything but pain in my arm and it made me groan. My second push was helped by Jason and Taylor kicking the door with their feet. The door is not open yet. And at the third push, I retreated further to take a swing, then sped as fast as I could against the door with all my might.

My body almost fell down when the door opened completely.

The first sight I saw was Franda standing near the nightstand with a trembling body while her hand reached for something invisible from where I was standing, then she turned around and ran straight towards me. "Help me, Sean. Please, I don't want to do it, he told me to, Sean. Help me... Save me, Sean. Save me." He hugged me very strongly, his arms even gripped my back.

I lowered my head, kissing her head repeatedly while hugging her back. "Calm down, Franda. You're gonna be fine. I'm here with you." I murmured, trying to sound calm so she felt comfortable.

I threw a glance back, glanced at my friends and asked them to come out with a head gesture. Franda's state is not something worth watching, although I doubt my friends will enjoy this spectacle. They are all civilized people who are good at keeping the rules and know how to respect others.

I was shocked when Franda suddenly broke away from me. His eyes pierced into my eyes. He looked like he was angry, yet there was a very obvious fear from the highlight. I grabbed her hand again but she brushed off my grip. "Take me off."

I sighed and took a heavy breath. "Franda, I know you're worried right now, you're afraid of something you don't know where it came from. But I'm here, Franda. I'll keep you company, keep you out of anything." I grabbed his arm again. Pull her gently until she faces me again. My heart crumpled to witness his desperate expression. "Trust me, hm? I won't let anyone or anything bother you. I'm sorry if I let you down, I just want you to feel better as long as we're here. I want you to succeed in fighting your anxiety. You need help, Franda. Sam and the others are the good guys who will help us deal with this, they're not your enemies."

Franda paused for a moment, she glared at me. My hands were so eager to grab her fragile body and comfort her with a hug like I always did all this time. "Franda," called me again in a pleading tone. "I know what you're up against, I've told you many times that I'm not leaving you, Franda. You're never alone, there's always me and the people who love you."

"You're a great woman. Better than anything. You can't be defeated by your fear, it's nothing compared to the power that's within you. You're so much stronger than you think, everything you have is something magical, something special, that nothing can make you look bad. Neither is your PTSD."

Franda softened, her shoulders relaxed, and she lowered her head while closing her eyes. I quickly pulled her into my arms, kissing her head until she was calm. I can't believe he's changed this fast. Not long ago I heard him laughing in the kitchen with Sam and Maggie, then a few minutes later he was devastated. I don't know what they're talking about, but whatever it is, there must be something provoking his reaction.

Franda. Highlight his eyes remained moody, showing how crumbling he felt at the moment. My mouth was so high in him, with all my body I showed through a smile that I really loved him. "Calm down, okay? I'm always with you." He nodded weakly.

I laid her body on the bed, kissed her forehead again several times, and waited until she fell asleep. Then I went out of the room to see Sam and the others.

"What's going on?" ask Sam as soon as I close the door. They were all sitting in the middle room. There was no cool atmosphere like before, their faces were moody and looked worried.

Sam sighed. "The conditions are so bad, Sean. You need to take her to a psychiatrist."

I was shocked to hear Sam say. He didn't answer my question, but instead said something that didn't make sense, but I was well aware that what Sam said was true. "Sam, I know how severe the condition is, but Franda doesn't want to be in touch with a psychiatrist and stuff. Did you tell him about your work?"

Sam was silent for quite a while, then nodded slowly. In that instant my body also relaxed, my bones seemed to melt. Assuming Sam explains why Franda suddenly turned dazed and chaotic. I can't believe she said that to Franda, but I reminded her not to reveal anything about her work. "Sam," I was desperate.

"You can't face it alone, Sean. You need someone else who's good at this. Your wife won't get well if you take care of her yourself, and your ability isn't as good at helping her either."

"No." sergeant. "I wouldn't do that. Franda doesn't want it and I won't force it. After all, aren't you willing to help me? You promised me, Sam. Please keep your promise." Sam rolled his eyeballs.

"Please, Sam..."

Sam's down. He wasn't sure of my request that it might be too much for him. But that's the only way I can try right now. I don't know how good he is with his job, but still Sam must understand how to deal with Franda, and that's enough to help me. I just want Sam to talk to Franda like he's talking to his patients.

Sam breathed a heavy breath. "All right." he sighed, making me feel relieved. "I'll help you. But don't set me up or ban me if I do anything to her. I mean, I'd probably give him medicine once in a while when he's in the most messed up state. Aren't you in trouble with that?"

I was silent for a moment. I wonder if I should let it go or not. Another worry popped into my head when I imagined how Franda would react if she knew of this new plan. But soon I got rid of all those fears just as I wanted her to be completely healed. "alright. Just do everything you feel you need to. I believe you."

I spread my eyes to the others. "I'm sorry I surprised you" I said.

"Look down, man. We understand your situation right now. Just tell me if you need anything, me and the others will be here to help you." Matt said.

"Yes. We'll accompany you here." Taylor quickly snatched.

I nodded and smiled. "Thank you."
