Hopeless

...Sean Danial Warner POV's....

I still feel something awkward about Franda. This whole day she looked a little different, her gestures didn't show that she was okay and I'm sure Mia must have said something that bothered her mind. I had persuaded him to tell me about what happened in the hospital yesterday, but Franda with a bitter smile on her lips, said nothing happened even though the look in her eyes said otherwise.

Intending to ask Mia directly, I decided to go to her in the hospital this afternoon. I don't want Franda to go back to messing up considering she was crazy a while ago, and I went crazy when I had to deal with such a difficult situation. I've told you many times that Franda has a problem regulating her, she's a typical woman who overreacts to something, especially when it comes to her and her past.

I stepped inside Mia's treatment room and found her sitting in the hospital bed staring at her cell phone screen while Edward sitting next to her did the same.

I threw a smile as soon as they saw me and came closer. "How are you doing, Mia?" I asked while putting a plastic bag containing fried chicken from a fast food restaurant I brought.

Mia glanced at me. "Well." said cuek and then looked back at his phone.

"Panda?" I turned to Edward who had just asked me.

"He didn't come" I replied as I stepped past Edward to take a seat and sat down next to him.

"Good." My forehead immediately frowned at Mia's words, and I didn't like her loud tone. He even grinned when he glanced at me.

I let out a breath. "What's your problem, Mia?" I asked while looking at her, but Mia did not see me. He didn't take his face off the phone when he answered me.

"Nothing" he said cuek. "Your phone rang." she chirped later.

I just wanted to ask Mia about Franda's arrival yesterday, my phone rang. I grumbled as I grabbed the thing from the inside pocket of the suit, frowning as I saw Mother's name on the screen.

"Sean, where are you?" his voice sounds weird.

"I.." I was restrained because Mom hurriedly cut him off.

"Can you go home now?" his insistence.

My forehead is wrinkled, but I'm sure something's not quite right from the way he talks. "What's up, ma'am?" manya curious.

For a moment, I did not answer. "Franda, he..." His voice suddenly shook, like crying.

I felt the blood receding quickly from my head when I heard his words. Blindly, I ran out into the parking lot, ignoring Edward's screaming voice calling out to me.

Arriving at the parking area, I asked Ameer to come out and immediately stepped into the driver's seat. I drove my car like a madman, driving at full speed towards the building where I live. Clutching his wheel with both hands trembling. I felt my eyes begin to be clouded by tears.

"Please, no..."

Mother did not explain clearly what happened to Franda, but her tone made me very worried. It reminded me of the time when I saw Franda being messed up and crazy.

I parked the car in a hurry when I got to the underground parking area, jumped down from the car and ran straight to the elevator. In the elevator, I was fidgeting and looking back and forth at the indicator lights showing numbers, and my mouth was cursing because the elevator was so slow.

When the elevator doors opened, I ran back to the room and found Miss Diana and Daisy standing anxiously near the kitchen. "Where is he?" I panicked at both of them. The two of them looked at me with scared faces mixed with anxiety that I could hardly understand.

Daisy cleared her throat before answering me. "... in the room, sir."

I left them and immediately ran upstairs to the room. Stepping two to three steps at a time until I arrived in front of our room.

Several people gathered there and they turned their heads as soon as they heard the door of the room open. Instantly I felt my heart stop beating, and my blood froze. What I'm seeing now is the second event I won't be able to forget in my entire life.

Franda, my wife, was lying on Mom's lap with her hands covered in blood while she held something in her stomach. Franda had just stabbed herself with scissors, and the scissors were lying there, filled with blood, next to Franda's blood-soaked body.

I stormed towards them and took over Franda's body. "Hey." he said weakly, barely whispering. The look in his eyes implied a deep despair and it made me in pain.

"What are you doing, Franda?" I heard a trembling sound while my hand replaced Mom's hand to cover her wound.

Franda smiled weakly at me, her lips quivering and her tears flowing down her face. "Let me go, Sean."

I still haven't retaliated because I've been busy closing the puncture scar to stop the blood from flowing. But suddenly one of Franda's hands held my hand and another one of her hands raised touched my cheek. "I love you." That's the last word I heard from his mouth, and then he was shut and his body went straight up.

"Franda," I immediately picked him up and ran like crazy to take him to the hospital. Luckily Darren was in the basement and he drove us to the hospital.

"Franda, baby, hold on." I quivered as I broke down in tears. I tried to wake her up, but Franda would not open her eyes. Franda did not hear me even though I was snapping at her, she remained silent and motionless in my lap. I was desperate, I was angry, I was disappointed, and I was in pain because of it.

I can't imagine what my life would be like if he really left me. I will do the same and follow him. My mind was confused and full of worries, and I consciously cursed Mia because she caused all this mess.

Everything that happened today started with Mia, she and the man had to pay for it if anything happened to Franda. I don't care that even if she's my sister-in-law, I'll make sure Mia gets crushed in my hands. He had to get a lesson for having dared to disturb Franda's composure. I promised myself that I would never forgive her and would break her to pieces if Franda did not open her eyes again.

Unknowingly I hit the back of the driver's seat backrest, making Darren who was sitting in front of him flinch and almost wretched us. "Sorry, Darren." I said hurriedly.

My heart is filled with hatred for the people who caused us to experience this. I swear there is no mercy for them even if they bow down and kiss my feet. I will not forgive them. Not until anytime if I lose Franda after this.

Cursed, you. Humans don't know themselves! I can be nice to anyone, but don't expect to live quietly after you've disturbed my calm. Death is too easy for you and we'll see what happens after this.
