The Man's.

"Mia?"

Mia was still silent with a terrified look on her face, her skin was pale, her lips were trembling, and she gulped many times, which made me even more curious about the man who was impregnating her. I don't really know how Mia's relationship is outside or who she's in a relationship with, because Mia herself isn't open to such personal affairs. She is a typical girl who keeps her privacy area, when she is in a relationship with someone then no one will know their relationship before she is sure of that person.

I was still looking at Mia who was standing in front of me at the moment, because I guess she didn't want anyone else to hear this, I pulled her towards the sofa and sat her there, sitting her there, then my feet galloped again to lock the bedroom door and activate the soundproofing.

Before coming back closer to Mia, I stepped into the dressing room, took the bathrobe from one of the cabinets then attached it to my body, then rolled up my still wet hair with the towel that was previously wrapped around my body.

"Mia, can you trust me?" I asked as soon as I sat next to him. Mia looked hesitantly at me, but then nodded slowly. I clasped his hands tightly to make him more comfortable and declared that whatever he said would not make me hate him.

"Then, tell me. Who's that guy, and why are you covering him up from us?" I muttered softly, lovingly.

Mia looked down, not daring to look at me. His hands are still trembling. For a moment I waited for him to answer my question, then suddenly he cried again.

I let her cry until she felt calm, and then she started talking. "Taka's name."

"Yes, and who is Taka?"

Mia sighed, "You know who she is, and she came to your wedding and Sean." I frowned, trying to remember who Taka was, but I couldn't remember him yet. Then suddenly my neck was goosebumps when my mind guessed the man Mia meant.

"Mia," I was trembling. I swallowed spit. "Don't tell me that he is,"

"Yes, that's it." cut Mia fast. "Jayantaka's Gate."

I squeezed as if my bones were softened like a sponge. This is the craziest surprise I've ever had in my entire life. Mia, my adorable little sister, is in a relationship with an eccentric official whom I know already has a wife and children. It's worth it that she was scared to death when we asked her who the father of the baby was.

Gentala Jayantaka's. One of the most famous mayors of the century, I don't really follow his football in politics, but his name is always heard everywhere. Almost everyone adored him because he was pretty cool. Besides being handsome, he was also the youngest official ever, and he looked very affectionate towards his family. On several occasions, I have watched interviews with him as a guest star, and also one of the television shows that explore the life of his family.

"I'm sorry, Panda." Mia's voice shifted my mind which was now drifting somewhere. Imagine how Ed and Sean would react if they knew this. It was not impossible that the two people would kill him, and it was not something pleasant to watch.

I rubbed my face suddenly numb from the blood that had accumulated in my head, massaging my temple while looking at Mia who was still sobbing. Next to my hand came forward to wipe his arm. "Did she know you were pregnant and now you're losing your baby?" That's all I can ask you right now. Mia nodded.

"Then, how did you respond?"

Mia sighed, deep and long. "He was angry with me, but now we are fine." he muttered softly as he sobbed.

I swallowed the bitter saliva that filled my mouth. Right now it feels like I hit Mia because she's acting so brash by ruining other people's households, I want to nab her because she's one of the most hated female species in my entire life. But watching him feel guilty for consciously doing something bad, made me forget a little bit about my anger. Instead, I pulled him into my arms.

"We have to discuss this matter with Ed." I said slowly, making Mia exhale in despair.

"Panda," he hissed, pointing out the adorable puppy's eyes, pleading through his eyes that I might close Edward's problem.

But I won't, sooner or later Edward will know this, and procrastination won't result in anything. "Listen to me, Mia." My eyes are piercing into his eyes. "It's not a trivial matter. You've gone into a forbidden place and you can't just walk out even if you say you'll split up after this, because I'm sure your relationship isn't that simple." I stopped for a moment to catch my breath.

"I don't know what reason you gave your life to her, but she must have done something to make you accept it. I know you, Mia. And I wouldn't blame you if you loved her, I just couldn't figure out how you'd have a relationship with her."

Mia was still silently looking down while I continued to talk. "Well, think about how his wife feels, what about his son?" Mia opened her mouth to reply, but I immediately shook my head because I knew what she was going to say.

"Don't look for excuses by saying he has a bad relationship with his wife because it's none of your business. If he is a responsible man, then he should have solved the problem with his wife first, then come to you. You won't win against his wife, even if you do the right thing, you're still a thief who sneaks in and steals things from his house."

"You yourself know how broken I was when you found out that Nino had blessed me first. I'm so devastated, Mia. And I'm sure his wife will be as devastated as I am if she finds out about your relationship. Okay if he is strong and can accept everything, but what about his son? You want to make his son live like Ben? Separated from his Mom and Dad?" I closed my words with a belt of disbelief.

Unknowingly my eyes were watering up imagining how difficult my life was when I had to divorce Nino. The only thing I was afraid of was my son, I was afraid he'd grow up to be an unhappy boy, but I was relieved that Ben wasn't. And of course it's all because of my family's support, and Sean's. I myself would never be able to take care of Ben with my chaotic and crazy circumstances.

I felt my head suddenly throb. It's very confusing. "Tell him to see me, I'll talk to him."

"No." sergeant Mia, followed by a quick skirt. "I'm going to end our relationship and you don't have to meet her" she said.

"Mia, uh,"

"Please, Panda. I know my mistakes and I will solve them myself. Please don't tell Ed and Sean anything, I don't want anything to happen to him. They're gonna kill him, Panda. Sure."

My eyes almost jumped, not believing what he said. "Then, what about you? What are you gonna do after this? You think your life's gonna be okay if you take it off?" muttered fiery.

"I can," Mia stopped when someone knocked on my room door from outside. I immediately stood up and was about to step up, but Mia held my hand for a moment.

I turned my head to look at him. "Please don't." he sighed while shaking his head.

I gulped once, my heart ached to see him plead like that, and I finally nodded resignedly, asserting his request. At least for now I'll hold my mouth until I can persuade Sean and Ed to talk about this matter carefully.

Mia smiled in relief then let go of my hand and hurriedly wiped away her tears.
