Alhamdullillahilladzi ahyaanaa ba'da maa amaatanaa wa ilaihin
It means: Praise be to Allah, who has awakened us after we have put us to sleep, and to Him we have been resurrected.
In addition to praying, Rasuallah shallahu'alaihi wa sallam also recommends Muslims read dhikr after the morning wake-up prayer. This is done as a practice in the morning.
