The clock machine used in this monument is a rare item produced only two units by the Vortmann Recklinghausen factory, Germany. The second unit that is similar to it is still used in the legendary clock tower of London, England, namely Big Ben.

The system that works in it moves the clock mechanically through two large pendulum that balance each other. The system keeps the watch functioning for years without any source of energy.

This machine on the third floor moves the clock face to the four corners of the wind. The diameter of each of these clockwise rotation areas is 80 centimeters.

All clock numbers were made using the Roman numbering system, but the number four was written in a way that was beyond the norm, namely with four letters 'I' (IIII) and not with the words 'IV'.
