Islam is so perfect, there is no activity that escapes prayer, including when we wake up in the middle of the night there is a prayer that we can read so that the heart becomes calmer.
Like this time Mimi woke up in the middle of the night towards a third of the night because of a dream that always disturbed her sleep.
Every time Mimi woke up, Mimi read prayers and dhikr when she woke up in the middle of the night in accordance with what was taught by the Prophet and the scholars.
From ‘Ubadah bin Ash-Shamit radhiallahu ‘anhu from Rasulullah SAW he said, “Now who woke up from his sleep at night, then he said, ,
لا إله إلا الله, وحده لا شريك له, له الملك وله الحمد, وهو على كل شيء قدير, الحمد لله, وسبحان الله, ولا إله إلا الله, والله أكبر, ولا حول ولا قوة إلا بالله
La ilaha illallah wahdahu la syarika lahu, lahul mulku wa lahul hamdu wa huwa ‘ala kulli syay-in qadri, alhamdulillah wa subhanallah wa la ilaha illallah wallahu akbar, wa la hawla wa la quwwata.
It means: "O Allah, forgive me or he says a prayer, it (the idigfar and the prayer) will be granted. Then if he abides and establishes the prayer, the prayer will be accepted (on the side of Allah)." (HR Al-Bukhari, Abu Daud, At-Tirmidhi, An-Nasa’i, and Ibn Majah; see Shahih At-Targhib wa At-Tarhib).

Lalha illa anta. Subhnakallhumma, daghfiruka li dzanbi, wa as’aluka rahmataka. Allhumma zidni ‘ilma, wa la tuzigh qalb rd idz hadaitani, wa hab li min ladunka rahmatan innaka antal wahhab.
Means: "There is no god but You. Most Holy of You. I ask for Your forgiveness for my sins. I expect Your mercy. My Lord, add my knowledge. Don't mislead me after you give me a clue. Give me mercy from Your side. Truly, You are the Giver."
From Abu Abdillah al-farabri rahimahullah, one of the men who narrated the hadith of Imam al-Bukhari, he said, "I read this dhikr when I woke up, then after that I slept. In that sleep, I was approached by someone and recited a verse:
And they are guided to good words and guided (after all) to the way (God) is praised. (Al-Hajj/22:2).
