CHAPTER 2: The Search for Malcolm
FLASHBACKS
A few days ago, after Malcolm learned the secret about his father, he tried to hire a private detective he knew from a restricted site.
He asked the person to help find three men of his acquaintance who was then fugitive Lucifer.
As if so familiar with one of them, the private detective immediately recognized one of the men in the photo shown by Malcolm.
“I know him. He was a boss at one of the big nightclubs in the city. He is known by the name ‘Mike'," said the private detective.
From that person, Malcolm also knew information about a man named Mike who was none other than Mac duff, or what they usually refer to as Delta, one of the fiercest dukes in Lucifer's body.
He even easily gave her a mobile phone number on a piece of paper, and handed it to the doctor.
Initially, Malcolm was suspicious of the speed of information obtained by the detective.
Because, there has not been a day, even half a day has not been missed, but he was able to gather important information about Mac duff.
“I will not ask for payment from you, if the number I gave is wrong,” said the detective.
Finally hesitating, Malcolm took the paper, and took out a wad of money from his pocket.
However, the detective refused and instead asked Malcolm to first confirm the number.
The young doctor complied and began to insert number by number into the monitor screen.
He then pressed the green button and let his phone call the number.
Shortly after, the call was raised.
“Alphabet what do you know?” say the man across.
Malcolm looked wide with pupils widened, when he heard the sentence familiar question.
His hand even squeezed the phone in his hand, shocked by what he heard.
With great difficulty, he gulped and stammered answering the question earlier.
“You?” the voice across the clear is Mac Duff.
“Yes, it's me. I want to meet you guys. No... Neither of you is okay,” said Malcolm.
After hearing the young doctor's words, Mac Duff was silent for a moment. Malcolm again spoke up and asked to meet with the former sky night boss.
“Delta, I have to meet you. You have an explanatory debt to me,” persuade Mac duff.
“I don't have time to take care of you anymore. You better live a normal life with normal people,” said Mac Duff.
“Why? Is it because of my father's past that makes you disgusted at me?” terka Malcolm's.
Mac Duff again turned his back to hear the words from the mouth of Morgan's son Andara, the man who had been the target of their quarry all along.
Realizing Mac duff was silent, Malcolm spoke again.
“If you have to report to him first, then do it. I'll wait for news from you. Call me anytime, or I'll come to you uninvited,” Malcolm said.
The doctor also closed the call. He was convinced that the detective's number was correct.
He then gave a fee, which this time was immediately accepted by the detective, and left their secret meeting place.
