A Love To Killer's

A Love To Killer's
CHAPTER 2: Airport

At the airport, a taxi had just stopped in front of the main entrance. A beautiful girl wearing thick padding came out of the taxi, carrying an unused backpack on her back.

The driver helped her take the suitcase from the trunk, and brought it to the girl who was none other than Evangeline.

After paying for the taxi, Ardiaz's wife walked into the scanning area. All his belongings went through a metal detecting machine while he prepared a ticket and also a passport.

Officers asked him to take off his hat and mask, to make sure the photo on the passport was the same as his face.

After that, he went to his airline counter, and checked in. The queue was so long, it made Evangeline sit on her suitcase.

With back wearing masks, blackish blue glasses and baseball caps, making his appearance so closed and mysterious.

Some people look strangely at him, although not infrequently also who do not care about the existence of the girl.

Evangeline was seen several times looking at the watch on her wrist, and did not even see her phone.

It was invisible, or deliberately hidden somewhere. Evangeline knew that her phone could ruin her escape plan.

He looked around several times, making sure that no one was following. This time not from Lucifer, but from his father's men.

Evangeline knew that her father loved her very much, and wanted her daughter to move on.

However, clearly Ardiaz is still alive and he still wants to be his wife. It's just that for everyone's sake, he had to cover up the fact that Ardiaz was still alive.

His mind was deadlocked, and could not find any other solution but to run away from everyone, for a while until the father gave up on his match with someone else.

Evangeline realized it was a selfish act. But according to him, this is only the best for everyone, even though it is actually for the sake of him surviving his current feelings with the husband.

A few moments later, the queue reached the front. All the documents are checked there. There was a sense of nervousness, as it was likely that someone would sabotage his departure.

The father may have realized the escape plan and contacted the airport.

However, it turned out that he could escape and a sigh of relief was heard from the mouth of this girl.

Evangeline pulled out her suitcase and sat in the waiting room. There are still about forty minutes left before checking the last ticket.

From where she sat, the girl could see out, where many planes were moving regularly on the runway.

The flying machine is being prepared to take passengers to a foreign place, one of which will take them flying to another hemisphere.

As his eyes looked at the darkness of the night out there, suddenly something sprinkled in his memory.

The face of a cold man who always wore a flat expression, a brave man who every went home carrying wounds on his body, a figure that had disappeared from his life, and who was a, the last few days have been lying in a coma in the hospital and leaving her heart injured.

Evangeline's chest tightened again, when she remembered that she had to leave her husband here, when their feelings had just grown, in order to escape from her father.

“This is right, Eva. This is correct. This is the only way you're gonna turn down an arranged marriage with Malcolm. You can't possibly tell dad that your husband is alive, and put everyone in danger,” he murmured to himself.

Hemachandra is not a dictatorial father in every way that concerns her daughter. However, if it were to do with Evangeline's future plans, she would act authoritarian and could no longer be denied.

That is what makes Evangeline upset, when the father suddenly match her with Ardiaz a few months ago, without giving her a year first.

He knew that the decision was final, and made him flee immediately to make a revolt.

It's just that at that time, Evangeline was still a spoiled girl who always relied on her father, and did not know to be independent.

But now, with all the events that he experienced to force him to mature instantly, Evangeline decided to run away again to avoid the father's plan, to a place further.

The breath was so heavy, it sounded several times out of the girl's mouth. He repeatedly assured himself that all of this was best for everyone.

At the same time, an announcement from airport officials informed that the overseas-bound plane would take off in a few minutes.

It was an announcement for the plane Evangeline will be boarding tonight.

His chest rumbled back. His heart beat so hard that he inhaled many times a deep breath.

“Alright, Eva. Let's go to a new place, where no one will recognize you,” he murmured reassuringly.

He grabbed his backpack and put it on, standing up from his seat.

Evangeline then grabbed the handle of her suitcase and walked towards the last checking officer in front of the departure gate.

The girl refrained from turning around and looking back, not wanting her determination to weaken again and continued to step forward.

“Where are you going, crybaby girl?” call someone from behind.
