A few days had passed, and Ardiaz's condition had improved. Evangeline is still coming every day pretending to be a nurse.
With the condition of Ardiaz as it is today, Evangeline can accompany her husband to take a walk around the park and enjoy the fresh air.
Now, both appear to be in the back garden of the hospital, where many beautiful flowers bloom in the middle of this spring.
“Doctor has allowed me to go home. Looks like I'll be out of the hospital tomorrow,” Ardiaz said.
The man was sitting on one of the park benches there, while Evangeline was standing next to him. Several bodyguards were seen standing guard around the area to ensure the safety of the fake King.
Mac Duff was there and made sure Evangeline was completely safe while she was near Ardiaz.
“Have you really recovered?” ask Evangeline.
Ardiaz turned his head and looked at the face of the wife who had been looking ahead.
“Didn't you take care of me every day. Can't you see my body's healing ability?” sahut Ardiaz's.
Evangeline looked down at him. His feet kicked the dust so smooth and invisible in front of his shoes.
“Are you not happy that I'm okay? Do you want me to keep getting sick, huh?” ask Ardiaz.
“I'm not that cruel. I was just thinking, since you were in the hospital, we could see each other every day. Then, once you're out, how are we gonna meet? Are we going to have a hard time communicating again like we used to?” ask Evangeline.
Hearing the words of the wife, Ardiaz now understands what makes the girl continues to moody since.
He threw his gaze forward without answering Evangeline's question earlier.
The atmosphere was silent for a moment. Both look awkward. Until suddenly, Evangeline moved from her position and invited Ardiaz to return to her room.
“Let's go in. The air's getting cold. You can get sick later,” said Evangeline.
The girl prepared a wheelchair and took a blanket from her husband's lap.
But Ardiaz grabbed his wife's hand, but was pushed over by Evangeline.
“Here too many people. It could be bad if someone complained to Emperor,” said Evangeline.
Ardiaz also let out a long sigh at Evangeline's sulking attitude. He got up and moved to a wheelchair.
The man allowed Evangeline to push the object and bring it back to the nursery.
Along the way, both of them were silent. Mac Duff who saw the awkwardness of the two people also felt strange.
Now, the two are in front of an elevator that will take them to the floor where Ardiaz's ward is located.
When the door opened, someone seemed surprised to see Ardiaz sitting in a wheelchair, with a nurse who looked like the girl he knew.
Likewise with Ardiaz and Evangeline who were no less surprised to see that person. So did Mac Duff who saw it from a considerable distance, making him immediately approach the two of them.
“Doctor, you better not get in our way,” between Mac duff and those three.
The doctor who was none other than Malcolm was again surprised by the existence of Mac Duff with these two people.
“You... You either? So, all this time you guys cheated us?” ask Malcolm.
He turned back to face Ardiaz. The doctor alternately looked at the man sitting in the wheelchair as well as the girl behind him, who was currently disguised as a nurse.
“Even you also covered it from me, Eva,” said Malcolm disappointed.
“Actually what makes you this disappointed, huh? Didn't tell me I was alive, or was it because I was alive?” ask Ardiaz.
“What do you mean? Of course I'm glad you're alive. But why didn't you tell me all this?” suhut Malcolm's.
“Are you sure because of that? Aren't you disappointed that you really can't have Eva?” cecar Ardiaz's.
Malcolm was silent.
“I knew you were close to him after my departure. But sorry, after this please stay away from my wife. Understand?” Ardiaz.
Seeing the elevator open again, in order to avoid this awkward situation, Evangeline immediately pushed her husband's wheelchair and left Malcolm still sculpting.
“Since the beginning you were a part of us. But since we're in this town, we'd better not get involved with each other again. That was my last suggestion as a friend,” Mac duff told Malcolm.
The Duke entered and escorted Ardiaz and Evangeline back to the room.
After the elevator doors closed, the young doctor turned his head and looked at the iron door.
Without them realizing it, there was someone who had been hiding in a dark corner, looking to grin after seeing all the scenes that were happening in front of him.
“Good. I finally have your dead card,” murmured.
That grin looks so terrible. The mysterious man leaves his place, leaving Malcolm filled with disappointment.
