A Love To Killer's

A Love To Killer's
CHAPTER 2: The man in the wheelchair

“Where are you going, crybaby girl?” call someone from behind.

Evangeline instantly stopped, after hearing someone shout so loudly. He felt that the voice was so familiar to him that it made his heart beat.

Cannot be. This must be just my hallucination, Inner Evangeline.

The girl was afraid to turn around, because she did not want to be disappointed and thought it was just a hallucination.

He apparently squeezed the handle of the strong suitcase, before finally returning to walk forward.

“Hei, Eva! Stop or I'll drag you home!” scream that guy again.

This time, Evangeline was getting less and less able to cover up her nervousness. He squeezed out his padding coat, as his heart almost jumped as the person clearly called out his name.

He did not believe what he was hearing, and was still afraid to look. However, his feet moved, making him turn around and see who was behind there.

His eyes were fleshy, with both hands smothering his mouth tightly. Tears instantly melted down his face, looking at who had been calling out to him.

A man is seen sitting on a wheelchair, being pushed by another man older than the man sitting.

There was even a short-haired girl, who was none other than Joy, his best friend. But Evangeline's focus was on the man sitting in a wheelchair.

His knees were limp and unable to support his own weight. Evangeline sat down on the floor with a gaze that kept staring at the person in front of her.

Seeing the girl collapse, the man got up from his wheelchair, and walked quickly to Evangeline.

He crouched down in front of the girl, and directly hugged the small body of Evangeline that was shaking from her cries.

Not strong enough to hold tightness in his chest, Evangeline screamed loudly. His cry broke out instantly, deafening the ears of anyone who heard it.

Many people passed by, watching the crying girl inside the man's arms. Her crying sounded so bitter. He roared, no longer concerned with the views of other passengers.

“Calm down, Eva. It's all okay. I'm already up. I will always be with you from now on,” he said softly behind Evangeline's back.

The girl made her cry even more, hearing the voice she so longed for. Yes, she is Ardiaz, the husband who has apparently woken up from his coma.

He arrives with Mac Duff and Joy to catch up with him at the airport, to prevent Evangeline from leaving.

Ardiaz continued to hug Evangeline, and patted her on the back gently, wiping her reddish black mane.

“Say this is not a dream. Please say this is not my hallucination,” Evangeline said in her tears.

Ardiaz kisses Evangeline's temples with teary eyes. He broke his embrace and looked at the tear-filled face of the wife, with puffy eyes and a reddened nose.

His hands cupped the girl's cheeks, with his soft thumb wiping away the tears still flowing from her eyes.

“Sorry, because I didn't tell you this right away, Eva. Ii'm sorry. I really am awake. Look,” said Ardiaz.

The eyes of the two of them clashed, as if diving into each other's minds.

Evangeline's hand was raised. The girl touched Ardiaz's face which still looked pale, with fine fur beginning to grow there.

His eyes were back in tears, and his sobs were heard again. Evangeline wrapped her arms around Ardiaz's neck and hugged the man as tightly as she could.

Evangeline cried again with the position of hugging each other.

Joy was seen several times wiping the melts that came down from her eyes, when she saw how the friend who finally could be together again with her husband.

Mac Duff, who was standing next to him, grabbed something from his pocket and reached out to Joy, who was grabbed by the girl to wipe away her tears and snot.

Suddenly, Mac Duff saw Ardiaz's hand propping him on the floor, with fingers clenched firmly as if he was enduring pain.

He approached them and squatted down beside Ardiaz.

“You okay?” tanyakanya.

Hearing Mac duff's voice, Evangeline broke her arms and turned to the man, then looked back at her husband.

It was obvious that Ardiaz was frowning as if he was holding back the pain. Plus his hand was holding his stomach, where there was a gunshot scar that had been operated on.

A cold sweat even began to appear on his temples, making the man's face even paler.

“Diaz, what's wrong with you? Are you sick?” ask Evangeline to panic.

Ardiaz tried to smile, though his forehead creased back.

“Delta, get me my wheelchair,” exclaimed Ardiaz amid his pain.

Mac Duff turned to Joy and asked her to push the wheelchair.

Immediately, the short-haired girl approached carrying what she was asked to do.

Mac Duff swiftly lifted Ardiaz and sat him back in a wheelchair. While Evangeline continued to hold the husband's hand with a worried look.

“Diaz, what happened? Brother Mike, what's wrong with my husband?” ask Evangeline.

“We should be back to the hospital right now,” says Mac duff.

“I... I'm coming,” pinta Evangeline.

“Terlarah. But don't do it while there,” says Mac duff.

The man then quickly pushed the Ardiaz wheelchair, and immediately headed to their car which had been outside the entrance gate.

Joy and Evangeline follow behind, with a large suitcase Evangeline takes to escape.
