CHAPTER 2: Alexa Recognition

Days change, and Mac duff can't yet bring Evangeline to see Ardiaz's condition. However, the girl tried to toughen up and still live her life as usual.

He also continued to do his duties at Merciful, although there he was increasingly reminded of Ardiaz.

While in the hospital, Mac Duff, who continues to be outdoors Ardiaz, always refuses to get treatment for his injuries.

Alexa who several times came and persuaded him always failed.

“Do you want to come with him lying dying there too, huh?” exciting Alexa.

Mac Duff still remained silent. Only the tail of her eyes glanced at the sexy woman, and then looked straight ahead again.

“Delta, I know you're devastated by this incident. But you also still have a responsibility to take care of him. If you fall too, do you want that Martin to take your place to keep Alpha?” ask Alexa.

Mac duff is still on his feet. It made Alexa upset and eventually turned to walk away from there.

Mac Duff could only look at the woman's departure with a flat gaze, as if he cared nothing more than for Ardiaz's safety.

Before long, Alexa returned with a stroller containing medical tools that she borrowed from the nurse post on the floor.

Mac Duff turned his head because he heard the sound of wheels rolling on the floor, and found Alexa who was walking pushing something.

“What are you...,” ask Mac duff.

“Sit!” exciting Alexa.

The woman pulled Mac Duff to sit on the waiting chair that was there. However, the man brushed aside Alexa's hand violently.

“Do I need to drag the little girl here and ask her to take care of you, huh?” alexa was upset.

Mac Duff stared intently at the woman, with a frown and squinting eyes.

“I know you're watching the girl. The girl who's been coming to your club lately, and even made a date with you,”.

Instantly, Mac duff's mind was fixed on Evangeline. Apparently, Alexa thought that Ardiaz's wife had a relationship with him.

The sexy woman who always teases Ardiaz, seems not to know that at that time Evangeline was looking for the existence of her husband through Mac duff.

“Why? Do you really want me to drag him here?” challenge Alexa.

Mac Duff remained silent and seemed unconcerned. This made Alexa even more upset.

The woman then pulled out the phone from the bag that was on top of the stroller.

He seemed to be contacting someone with the thing.

“Go to Merciful. Bring here an intern there named Evangeline Hemachandra. Now,” exciting Alexa.

Mac Duff immediately turned his head when he found out Evangeline was an intern at the camouflage company.

The other day they found the girl unconscious in the basement parking lot of the building, but she didn't think Ardiaz's wife would go that far to find her husband.

He had even figured out how the girl could get there, yet he did not get any data as if someone was covering it up.

Alexa saw the reaction clearly drawn on the face of Mac duff. He kept his phone and folded his arms under his chest.

“Why? Are you wondering how I knew he was interning there while you weren't? I thought you were smart, so surely by now you would have guessed it no,” Alexa said.

“Since when?” ask Mac duff.

“Heh, now you're even interested in talking to me because of this girl. Really very clear your relationship,” Alexa quipped.

Alexa, who had been smiling cynically since then, was now staring straight into Mac duff's eyes, as if penetrating the two gray black beads belonging to the sexy man.

“Since I saw you holding her unconscious in Merciful's parking lot, and taking her in the car that night. I saw you panicking so much. Isn't that interesting, when a player like you cares about a bod*h girl like her?” said Alexa.

Mac Duff did not answer. The two looked at each other with faces that were both hardened.

Elsewhere, in the multi-sectoral company Merciful, Evangeline, who was working on her internship, had just left the personnel office.

Di requested that his internship be accelerated, considering that he also had to compile a report. Besides, the data obtained was enough for him.

Personnel are considering, and remind Evangeline that she has signed a pre-apprentice agreement, in which she cannot publish anything from a confidential company.

Evangeline knows that and she knows exactly what kind of report to put together. After all, he is the future successor to his father's business, which has struggled to keep Hemachandra's company from being destroyed, when Aaron injures her.

The process will last about two to three days. During the wait, Evangeline still had to work there as usual.

Right now, he was standing in front of the elevator, and was about to return to the marketing division. However, suddenly a group of men in black suits walked up to him and made Evangeline startled.

“What are you named Evangeline Hemachandra?” ask one of the men.

“Be... Is correct. What are you looking for me?” ask Evangeline confused.

“Let's come with us,” exclaimed the man earlier.

Evangeline appears to be retreating, but is soon captured by the men. The girl was terrified because she did not know where she was going and what was the reason she was taken away.

He thrashed out trying to break away, yet they seemed indifferent and continued dragging Evangeline away from there. As hard as he tried, his strength could not possibly match the strength of these men.

Everyone saw her and no one dared to help her.

“Let me go. What do you want to take me like this?” ronta Evangeline's.

His hands were until it hurt because their grip was really strong.

“Release!” squeak Evangeline.

Arriving at the parking lot, someone was waiting for them and opened the back door.

Roughly, the men put the girl in the car, and flanked her until she could go nowhere.

“Please explain what is this? Where are you taking me?” evangeline manga.

However, no one wanted to answer his question. Evangeline's getting scared.
