CHAPTER 2: Hospital

The next day, the husband and wife were seen still at home on the bed with hugging each other.

Although both of them had been awake since morning, but it felt reluctant to move from there.

Moreover, Evangeline, who felt her body was still sore and uncomfortable, made her continue to hug her husband and hide in the chest of the field.

At first, Ardiaz was unaware of his wife's condition. He only knew that the woman was indeed always spoiled for people close to him.

However, when Ardiaz tried to look at Evangeline's face, his hands cupped the woman's cheeks and felt the temperature rise on her.

Apparently, Evangeline who felt her body was not too good, as well as pain in the groin, made her body have a slight fever.

“You have a fever, Eva?” ask Ardiaz in a panic.

“Ehm... Might as well. I just feel uncomfortable,” said Evangeline.

She went back into the arms of her husband. Again Ardiaz distanced the woman and looked carefully at her condition.

“We're going to the hospital. You must be checked,” exclaimed Ardiaz.

However, Evangeline again hugged her husband and was reluctant to get up.

“I just want to be like this. I'll take some medicine. Definitely healed soon,” said Evangeline.

However, Ardiaz did not want to listen and immediately released Evangeline's embrace. He got up and walked towards the bathroom to wash his face.

“You must comply. We're going to the hospital now. I don't want anything to happen to you,” exclaimed Ardiaz

“But, aren't you hiding from them? How about you get caught?” ask Evangeline to worry.

“This is not the time to think about it. More important is your condition,” said Ardiaz.

The man had now put on his pants and picked up two jackets. One for himself and one for Evangeline.

“Are you going to wear this outfit?” ask Ardiaz.

Evangeline tried to wake up. However, dizziness makes it limp and back sitting on the edge of the bed.

Seeing that, Ardiaz also swiftly held the body of the wife so as not to fall.

“Just tell me what you need. Let me get it,” said Ardiaz.

Evangeline says what she needs, and Ardiaz goes in and looks for her closet.

The woman asked to be taken a knee-length dress and immediately replaced it when the husband managed to take it.

“I'll be out. You change first,” exclaimed Ardiaz.

After a while, Ardiaz came back in and saw that Evangeline had changed clothes. He was even combing his hair, but it felt even more painful as the hair loss was plucked in the comb.

When he was finished, Ardiaz put a jacket over his wife's body, wrapped the scarf around her neck to cover the visible red marks, and helped her walk to the exit.

Evangeline immediately refused, “I just have a fever, not can not walk. Enough papah me.”

Ardiaz immediately took him to the hospital for a check-up, fearing something might happen to his wife.

Arriving there, they waited for a queue in the registration waiting room. Ardiaz seemed alert to the surroundings, just in case anyone recognized him.

Although his face has been covered by a mask, but a track seeker will be very familiar with his target, even if he makes a change of face.

Evangeline who realized that was also worried about the condition of her husband.

“We'd better go home. I'm really okay,” Evangeline said later.

But just as the ardiaz was about to retort, his eyes suddenly caught the presence of a person with a Lucifer tattoo on his hand.

He immediately hid his face under the tip of the hat, and made Evangeline even more panic.

Suddenly, someone just appeared in front of the two of them, wearing a white robe.

Evangeline looked up and saw the whereabouts of someone she was very familiar with.

“You...,” says Evangeline.

Ardiaz looked up to realize that someone was standing in front of him. Looking at that person, Ardiaz even directly stood up and faced him.

“You come with me,” she exclaimed, before Ardiaz could say anything.

Evangeline and Ardiaz threw each other a glance as the person walked ahead first. While Ardiaz, back to look around and no longer find people with Lucifer tattoo there.

Ardiaz who was still standing, walked over to one of the nurse counters and borrowed a wheelchair from there.

He then took her to where Evangeline was.

“Aliklah,” exciting Ardiaz.

Evangeline was then helped Ardiaz to move into a wheelchair. They followed where the man in the white coat went.

Apparently, the person was still waiting for the couple and walked back when he saw the two were approaching.
