A Love To Killer's

A Love To Killer's
CHAPTER 2: Disappointment of the son

Night came, making the atmosphere in Evangeline's outpatient room so quiet. The woman was still asleep, though her lips were often delirious and wept softly.

Ardiaz felt guilty for his wife, because she had to know the painful reality in this way.

He must have been devastated, Inner Ardiaz.

The man continued to hold his wife's hand while occasionally kissing her.

Suddenly, Evangeline was heard again attacking softly, with her head moving unsettled. His forehead was wrinkled with eyes that seemed to close tightly.

Ardiaz got up from his seat and gently rubbed the top of his wife's head, whispering something in Evangeline's ear.

“Sayang... Be calm. Honey,” call Ardiaz.

Instantly, the woman's eyes opened. She looked at the husband who was right in front of her.

His eyes returned to tears, and it made Ardiaz could not stand it, then hugged his wife tightly.

“Tenace. Let him go quietly, hem. You have to let it go,” said Ardiaz in a trembling voice.

The man tried with all his heart to endure his sadness. Right now, he was the only one Evangeline had. Ardiaz cannot be weak when his wife needs a backrest.

“Why should this be? L'm... I didn't even know he existed. What kind of mother am I,” Ruk Evangeline to herself.

“Darling, it's not your fault. He's still too small. You haven't even felt any reaction. Calm down, hem,” persuade Ardiaz.

Evangeline was crying in her husband's arms.

However, his eyes were fixed on an object lying on the table. He suddenly breaks Ardiaz's arms and tries to sit down.

He stared in a direction, and Ardiaz followed his wife's gaze. Seen a bunch of chrysanthemums that Ardiaz had picked for him this afternoon.

“At least, I want to do my duty as a mother,” Evangeline said.

Ardiaz turned his head and looked at the wife's face. Evangeline looked back at Ardiaz with a faint smile.

“Let's make a funeral for him,” continued Evangeline With teary eyes.

With a chest that felt back tight, Ardiaz also agreed to the request of the wife.

...❄❄❄❄❄...

Days pass. It hasn't been a month since Evangeline's abduction.

The woman has now returned to the apartment. She and her husband delayed their return to Wisteria, wanting to escort Morgan's court proceedings.

Currently, the court is almost entering the final round, where the verdict will be read to the next court scheduled two days later.

Although the movement has been crippled by Lucifer, but Morgan can still eliminate key witnesses to the massacre of one family ten years ago.

Howard, as the only witness in the case, suddenly disappeared and was soon found dead floating in a large river that passed in the middle of Orchid City.

The discovery of Howard's body even had to make a stir in the city, and became a warm news because the figure has a connection with a suspect in a severe criminal case.

However, Morgan still hasn't given up. He was able to eliminate Howard because he asked for help from his allies who also had worked together during the incident at the dock.

Luckily, Lucifer moves quickly so they can get rid of Morgan's henchmen and get the villain back in the way.

The doctor hoped that Morgan could reflect on his mistake, after being caught. However, the middle-aged man actually became and returned to making crimes.

His disappointment grew, however, when he visited his father before the verdict took place two days later.

“Until when will you continue like this? Your actions will only increase the length of your sentence,” said Malcolm.

“Shut up! You're a real useless kid. Your father did all of that for you. So that your life is always enough. So you don't have trouble like me. Butwhat? You are not willing to help your father at all, and instead join the enemy against me,” maki Morgan to his son.

Malcolm smiled bitterly at the attitude of the father who was completely unknown to him.

“You said this for me?” ask Malcolm.

The doctor was fed up with his father's words.

“One thing you need to know, I never asked for a life like this. You know, I've always been lonely. I was always alone in your big house. What I need is not a treasure trove, but a father figure who can be my role model.”

“If it had started because of me, I would have left behind all the luxuries you gave me. Your words have made me even more confident in the decision I have made,” Malcolm continued.

“Do you think you can live without all those treasures, huh? You're just gonna be the same bastard as Lucifer's delinquent,” maki Morgan.

“At least they still have heart. Their relationship was really close, though not blood relatives. Unlike me who did not even feel the warmth of my own father's embrace,” said Malcolm.

Morgan was not happy with Malcolm's response.

The young doctor was not able to linger with his father, who at this time he really did not know at all.

Malcolm got up and walked outside. But when he opened the door, he stopped and looked back.

“I will not be present at your trial the day after tomorrow. My plane leaves tomorrow. Hope you'll never feel lonely,” said Malcolm.

He then walked out leaving the father who looked inflamed inside there.

The sound of Morgan who again berated Malcolm by shouting loudly, until it could be heard to the end of the hall.

Malcolm walked outside the prosecutor's detention building without looking.

Arriving in front of the prosecutor's building, Malcolm appeared to turn to look at the government office.

He stared at the place. Then all of a sudden, he bowed his body to ninety degrees, as if he was paying respects to someone he respected a lot.

For a long time he bent until his shoulders shook. It seemed that the young doctor was crying considering the hardness of the heart of the father, who to the end was completely unconverted, and regretted his actions.
