A Love To Killer's

A Love To Killer's
CHAPTER 2: Disappointed

The night began to crawl late. Two people who had just finished dinner together were on their way home.

Evangeline was silent a thousand languages in the front seat. It was very different from when they left, where the girl kept joking and chuckling with Malcolm.

The doctor is not much different either. He doesn't look good at all. Clearly disappointment emanated on his face, and made him also silent a thousand languages.

In the car was completely silent. No one even wants to listen to music to throw off this awkwardness.

It all started when Malcolm took her to dinner, and wanted to introduce her to someone special.

Who knows, apparently what the doctor wants to introduce is the father, Morgan Andara, the CE Andara Corporation.

At dinner, Evangeline tried to look ordinary. Even as Morgan asked this to her, she continued to answer him politely.

However, his face completely changed when Morgan alluded about their closeness, and Malcolm replied that he wanted to get serious with Evangeline.

At that instant, the girl turned cold to Malcolm again. He just didn't show it in front of Morgan, for the sake of keeping the doctor's face in front of his father.

But everything changed when dinner ended. After delivering Morgan Andara who left first from the restaurant, Evangeline immediately walked towards the highway and was about to intercept a taxi.

This made Malcolm chase after him and managed to grab the girl's hand.

“Release!” exclaiming Evangeline flat, while brushing Malcolm's hand.

“Eva, I can explain,” said Malcolm.

“What? You want to explain anything else? Everything you said in there. Are you crazy? You want to be serious with me while you know I'm a married woman,” tepis Evangeline.

“Are you still thinking about Ardiaz? He's already dead. When are you going to be like this? Life must go on, Eva,” argue Malcolm.

Evangeline smiled at the doctor.

“True. Didn't the news come from you. Does this have anything to do with you?” evangeline suddenly said.

“What do you mean, Eva?” ask Malcolm not to understand.

“Forget. I'll go home by myself,” Evangeline said.

He turned around to leave, but was again arrested by Malcolm.

“Ev...,” call him.

“REMOVE!” it was Evangeline who kept turning Malcolm's hand away.

“Eva, can't you open your heart to me? I can replace Ardiaz for you. I can make you happy, Eva. I sincerely love you. Can't you see him at all?” malcom.

Evangeline seemed to reveal her hair that began to fall apart due to being blown by the wind, plus an interesting pull that made her body shake.

“If you are sincere with me, just appreciate my decision. Hasn't it been since Wisteria that I told you that I am Ardiaz's wife, and will forever be like that, whether she lives or dies. Do you understand?” evangeline said firmly.

Hearing that, immediately made Malcolm look really disappointed. He thought Evangeline could start receiving it little by little, as the attention she gave.

But apparently, the girl had completely sealed her heart off from anyone, and kept Ardiaz inside.

He also let go of the girl's hand which he had been holding ever since.

He paved the way for Evangeline, and pointed towards the parking lot.

At first Evangeline still wanted to call a taxi and was reluctant to get in Malcolm's car again. However, the young doctor persuaded him again.

“I just want to be in charge of bringing you back. Please understand. Can't this be?” persuade Malcolm.

Evangeline seemed to close her eyes, while rubbing her bangs upwards. A heavy sigh was clearly heard from the girl.

He knows Malcolm is a good man. It was just that his heart was already filled and crowded by Ardiaz, even though their relationship was really very complicated.

Finally, out of respect for Malcolm, Evangeline gets into the doctor's car, and they leave the restaurant without a word.

Arriving at the apartment, Malcolm continues to deliver Evangeline until she arrives in front of his unit.

“You can get me here,” said Evangeline, as they arrived at the door.

When the girl finished saying this, she turned around and was about to enter. At that time, Malcolm suddenly pulled back his hand, making the girl stagger and hit the young doctor's burly chest.

Evangeline had to go back a few steps to balance the body.

“What else is it?” ask Evangeline ketus.

Malcolm looked down for a moment, then he looked straight into the girl's eyes.

“I'm sorry. I know I've been pushing myself too much. But, at least can we still be friends?” malcom.

Evangeline appears silent by trying to look inside Malcolm's black bead. The girl saw the turmoil that the young doctor was currently experiencing.

Malcolm looked so disappointed, but also felt guilty. Although they had not known each other for long, Evangeline admitted that the doctor was really sincere when he decided to accompany her in the darkest moment of life.

Evangeline should have opened her heart to him, but her heart could not be lied to, and she chose her husband over anything.

Evangeline rubbed her forehead, sighing deeply. He rubbed his nape, and slightly pressed the passage as he felt dizzy with all of this.

“Good. We can still be friends. But it all depends on yourself. If you're still like this, maybe I choose to stay away from you,” Evangeline said.

Malcolm smiled faintly. But that smile felt so lonely.

“Good. Thanks, Eva. Then I'll go home now. Good night,” Malcolm said.

The man then turned around and left from there.
