Happy reading ....

City of Fertihall, the capital of the County of Ferthile. This county was one of the strongest areas located in the Kingdom of Artchania. The county was ruled by a count, and the count had three children.

One of the count's children has raised two children, one of whom is me, Alven. The second adopted son by the eldest son of the Count of Fertiphile.

I saw the sun shining brightly on the first day of spring. The cold air still continued to blow vigorously. The white snow was still wide as far as the eye could see. It is not only the beginning of a season but it is a new journey of my life.

Alven Clovis Alexandreia, now that's my name.

I used to only be called based on numbers that had no meaning whatsoever.

Alpha, A-25, whatever the name is now gone.

Now there was only Alven, a new name given by a Young Master from a large noble family.

I have been raised to be his son by bearing the burden of a new family named Alexandreia.

In early spring, Merry and I were snowing together. This is the last snow of the year. I became a little melancholy because this was the first time I liked this cold and white thing.

While Marry looked serious enough to write in the snow, I built a sizable snow puppet. Unlike me, Marry is not very good at writing or reading. While I've mastered both materials.

On the next day, I along with Brother Rain tried to practice some things that Mr. Alex had taught me. Unlike Merry, I still have not dared to call Mr. Alex with the call of father.

When Mr. Alex came, he immediately checked our progress. If any of us do not improve, then we will continue to repeat the same training until we both succeed.

Fortunately today we both achieved Mr. Alex's wish.

Then Mr. Alex started giving me new material.

What we both learned were things related to magic. But this is not an applied lesson. We only know a very basic introduction to witchcraft such as the theory and and history of magic.

But unlike me, Brother Rain has more duties. In addition to learning about magic, he is also required to be able to master swordsmanship.

Sometimes it makes me confused and a little discouraged.

Why wasn't I taught swordsmanship, too?

But Mr. Alex still refused and just told me to keep reading.

You better master magic than swordsmanship, that's what he told me.

One day, Mr. Alex took us to the countryside. It's pretty far from the city. It took me a few days to get here.

Houses in the countryside look much simpler than those in the city.

The train we were riding kept moving in.

From the train window, I could see the villagers starting to do their activities. As this was early spring, they began to cultivate the land and plant grain and shoots.

In doing that task, in one land can consist of several people.

We didn't stop at a building.

The building looks bigger and more luxurious than the houses in the village but looks much simpler than the mansion we lived in before.

In the meantime, I am still studying seriously.

The books I had to read became more and more elusive.

I sometimes feel like this means too much to me.

But I can't give up. I've been given a new life so I should at least be able to make Mr. Alex feel no remorse for adopting me.

There was one thing that confused me when Kak Rain whose ability suddenly grew very quickly.

He had been with Mr. Alex for a few days. When he returned he suddenly locked himself in his room.

Sometimes I peek at him and see him meditating for hours.

Maybe others couldn't see it but somehow I could feel the air change around his room becoming warmer and slower.

If it was me, maybe I wouldn't know what happened. But I have read various books and books that I have read give me information that the air change is caused by mana.

I realized that my progress was very slow and I kept falling behind the others.

Days change, months change.

I realized the slow pace of my growth had kept me depressed. I'd like to ask for more intense guidance from Mr. Alex. But unfortunately before I ask, Mr. Alex is summoned to the capital. Now I can only practice self-taught.

I know Mr. Alex is such a busy person that he sometimes doesn't have time to take care of my training.

I am currently in the middle of a pile of books. One day, Mr. Alex created a private library containing various types of books specifically about witchcraft.

That's where the literacy of magic is getting more and more I learn and understand.

However, that does not mean I understand all the content in the book. It's not uncommon for me to have to see Mr. Alex to explain.

Unfortunately Mr. Alex is not here at the moment.

Even though it seems like I have mastered some basic things about magic but I am still unable to use it at all.

It seems to be true, practice is much more difficult than theory.

Feeling depressed, I decided to go outside while breathing the very fresh countryside air.

This is an area that is not full of frenetic as in the city.

Not bad to live here.

Not far from home, I saw various magic plants that had grown very well.

In the past these plants did not even have sprouts at all, now they have grown quite tall. I'm sure Mr. Alex would love to see this plant grow.

According to the book I read, all magic plants have different effects so they can be processed into various things such as medicines or food.

Moreover, each plant has its own level.I don't know what Mr. Alex will do to all these plants but I'm sure these all have their own purposes.

To get rid of fatigue, I decided to take a short walk. See the trees and some insects in the countryside. Unfortunately, the house is now quieter.
