There have been many changes that have occurred over the past three months, in addition to the physical development that is seen to be ramped up, it turns out that in the realm of bureaucracy there are also some reforms that have occurred. The status of Barony of Alexandreia.

It has been decided that the territory will be demoted to its status as an area directly integrated with the County of Alexandreia. So the barony of alexandreia was now turned into Alexanderburg, a small town in the exclave of the County of Alexandreia.

He went to Hadalon as requested by the letter. Dwight was shocked to learn that he was asked to become Chief of Alexanderburg.

At first he had doubts because his career was a prosecutor not a politician. But who would have thought, in a lightning training that was less than two months, he was trained by Justin to manage the territory.

As for Justin's position still remains butler or de facto, he is Alexandreia's 'prime minister' given the many duties charged to him.

While to help Justin's work pile up, Alex decides to give him a subordinate. Department of Finance or chamberlain filled by David Patinkin. He was one of the merchants Alex met while on a mission in Canadia. David is from the Gale trade group, during the time when Alex became Interim Governor of Canadia, he has helped Alex a lot in financial affairs and management. In addition, Rain had been appointed as the Chief of the County Security Authority which made him the person in charge of the security and military power of the county. Rain of course trembled when he heard that. He has never done that position. Fortunately he got training from Riven.

Later Riven was appointed mayor of Hadalon City. The turnaround was fast enough that it was feared it would cause problems but fortunately it seemed like the two people had the determination to learn.

As for Grain, his position was appointed as the county's main instructor. Not too different from his previous position but at least it was a higher post.

The rest for other positions such as mayor from other cities outside Hadalon are still held by old officials. But of course Alex has an audience with all of them. Alex had previously held audiences with Canadian officials and local nobles around him when he was an interim governor. All of them showed a cooperative attitude. Looks like they realized that Canadia was hopeless. The dynasty was destroyed along with the severing of the dynasty's family tree. They also realize that Alex is indeed the new ruler of this region.

Alex is back at the audience. But this time, he will do it one by one. It does drain a lot of energy but this is the only way to get back to seeing which people are truly competent.

Alex is currently in a meeting with two important officials. They are

Coenwulf Edward Eccuin, mayor of Coralburg and Beornred Offa Lichseal, mayor of Seaburh .

Coralburg and Seaburh are the two port cities of Canadia. As a coastal region, both cities are important for trade routes that connect access to the sea. Not only for Canadia but also for the kingdom.

When the isolation policy of Canadia was put in place, the economic pace of the two cities fell. The loss of Canadia's authority as ruler led to the lack of clarity of rules in the conduct of voyages. When everyone in the two cities heard the state of affairs in the capital about the presence of the plague, they were also engulfed in panic. In contrast to Hadalon, both Coralburg and Seaburh are known to lack many incumbents. Although there are some but it is not as passive in Hadalon and its surroundings. Overall, the massive outbound migration from Canadia comes as there are rumors that the country will shut down access in and out of the region.

As a result, for two years the port in both cities was not used and was only filled with ships leaning on the dock.

"You go back to your place and send me the data of every ship and their company that has docked in the harbor for the last 10 years. I want you to gather all that data and send it to me as soon as possible."

"Both My Lord," cried the two.

Alex thinks if they can't call the merchants quickly then just buy their ship. Perhaps this could create a financial burden for Alexandreia Investment. But Alex is not too worried because the country still has a debt that they have to repay to him.
