WHO ARE YOU?(2)

"So, are you sure this will work?" alex hesitantly asked an old witch named Warfoy.

One night, Warfoy meets Alex. He talked about the partnership between Norchaster and Alex. As Alex had expected, what Norchaster asked of him came from the interests of the Witch Union.

Alex is not surprised anymore when he realizes that Warfoy is also a party who knows the contents of his deal and Norchaster.

"Truly Sir. I've thought about it. It's gonna be fine. We'll use the Invisible Cloth and use the magic item to pass through Hadalon's wall."

"Hm ...."

Alex is doubtful.

"But still, why choose day instead of night? Do you think the timing is too inappropriate if you want to infiltrate the city," asked Alex.

"We are also aware of it, sir. But the magician was not an assassin who possessed high mobility skills. In addition, we are also not a ranger who has a good sensibility. So daylight is the only time to infiltrate the city."

"Just say it's because Eagle Sensing can't be used at night."

Warfoy could only bow down in shame. After all Eagle Sensing was one of the pride items of the Mage Guild. So when when Alex said the weakness of the object caused a mental blow to the witches, one of them was Warfoy.

"Don't worry, sir. We can give an excuse that my Master is holding an emergency meeting with the heads of the witches in the Witch Union faction. I'm sure they'll accept that excuse."

After nothing was talked about anymore, Alex walked out of the tent. This is a private tent belonging to Warfoy as the leader of the magicians of the witch guild. Earlier, he begged to speak one-on-one with Alex while Alex was checking Eagle Sensing performance.

When Alex came out, he saw two witches in charge of guarding the tent door. On the arm of one of the magicians was a high-class magic item. It was a magic item that resembled a watch that had the ability to use [Silent] spells so Alex and Warfoy's conversation would not be able to be heard by an outsider.

The day that was decided, Alex was at the promised place. That is still the area of the Witch Union post. He was asked to enter the meeting place. Although it was just a fake meeting, in reality all the high-ranking magicians from the witch guild warriors were gathered. It seems like they are trying to make it as realistic as possible.

The meeting began like a meeting in general where they began to give opinions and plans for the future. But during the break, Warfoy and Alex quietly leave.

Before giving away the magic items, the two first wore their respective hazmat clothes.

This fucking stuffy shirt again, Alex thought.

"Sir, use this."

Warfoy gives Alex a pair of shoes. The shoe was a middle magic item called Wing Shoes.  It was a brownish-colored shoe that had a pair of white wings like pigeon wings. Wing Shoes are similar to the shoes of the god Hermes but certainly have lower specifications. Wing Shoes is a magic item capable of producing a level three [Fly] spell. The [Fly] spell was a spell capable of making its user fly through the air. But the weakness of this spell was its speed. The flying speed of [Fly] was slow enough that its users were vulnerable to long-range attacks like those of rangers.

Alex took the shoe and put it on without asking.

Warfoy then gives Alex another cape. The robe is called Invisible Cloth. A Middle Class Magic Item that can produce a level three [Invisible] spell is magic that makes its user invisible for a certain duration depending on which amount is used.

After putting on all the required items, Warfoy helped Alex activate all those items.

"Sir, you'd better hold my robe. When the items are activated, we won't be able to see each other" Warfoy said.

"Good."

Suddenly the bodies of the two began to be transparent and invisible to anyone.

Then, by shouting at [Fly], the two of them started to soar into the sky.

With a speed that is not too fast, Alex can see everything under him very clearly. But he was not too amazed as an archdeus, he had seen something much more interesting than all this.

"So where are those Norchasters?" ask Alex.

"By using Eagle Sensing and the help of spiritual witches and oracles, we managed to find their place in the food storage area" Warfoy said.

As they floated in the sky, the two chatted lightly.

From above, Alex can see the quiet atmosphere of the city without a single person passing by.

"It's hard to believe, a city that was once very crowded is now deserted like a dead city."

Alex's mind was represented by Warfoy's murmur.  He was also surprised to see the atmosphere of this no longer living city.

"Sir, do you think there are still people living here?" ask Warfoy.

"Okay, but as you clearly have directed, surely Norchaster's men are still alive or at least they're still breathing."

"Yes, your Master is right."

After flying for quite a while, the two finally reached the Canadia food storage center. There are so many warehouses there.

The two eventually went down and looked around the existing warehouse environment. They also release the effects of Invisible Cloth.

"So how do we find them?" ask Alex.

"Yes ... it .. maybe we should check the warehouses one by one."

"So you haven't thought that far?" ask Alex.

Warfoy was embarrassed. It was because the fact that the plan that had been arranged by his people was not one hundred percent accurate. In the end they still had to try to find those people. Fortunately he was wearing hazmat clothes so his embarrassment could be covered up.

The two went around looking at the warehouses one by one.

They checked every contents of the warehouse. Either that by breaking down the door of the warehouse or peeking out of the wooden gap in the existing warehouse.

Since they no longer use Invisible Cloth, they can split up to find the location of the people they are looking for. The two of them agreed to meet again at the point they both landed earlier.

But in the end Warfoy returned with unsatisfactory results.

"Sorry sir, I can't find them" he said.

"It's okay, follow me" Alex said.

"You found them?!" warfoy said enthusiastically.

Alex just nodded. Then he reminded.

"Oh yeah, don't forget to wear your Invisible Cloth."

"Sorry sir, but why do we have to go back to using that item?"

"Just do it."

"Good!"

After reactivating the Invisible Cloth, the two left of course Alex this time was the one to lead. While Warfoy must follow by holding Alex's cloak so as not to separate.

Actually Alex has long found the hiding place of the Norchasters. It was all thanks to his skill named [Eyes of Esoteric] which was the ability to see energy like aura and mana. It just so happened that those Norchasters were the users of supernatural energy so Alex could easily find them by looking at the flow of energy in those people's bodies. But of course Alex is not sure if the person he saw is from Norchaster. That was because he had absolutely no information regarding those people from the Mage Guild nor directly from Norchaster. That was why he had Warfoy wear Invisible Cloth just in case it turned out that the person he met was not the one they were looking for.

But strangely Alex did not immediately tell Warfoy. He just waited and saw the old man walking around the warehouse area. Maybe Alex just wants to work on it.

"We're finally here" said Alex.

"really? Really Master?" reply Warfoy who asked in confusion.

Right in front of Alex was a warehouse with a closed door. But he could clearly see that there were people with supernatural abilities in them.
