ENCEACHMENT(1)

Arcentioch, Capital of the Kingdom of Artchania

On a sunny day and what should have been a break for many, on the front page of the office of the prime minister of the Kingdom of Artchania, hundreds of people had gathered since dawn. They are news hungry journalists.

There's only one cause for all this.

An issue suddenly spread among journalists and the elite. The issue is:

[Impeachment: a truth or a diversion of issues?]

[Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Artchania loses a majority in parliament?! Cabinet disbanded?]

[Count of Westwealth: The Norchaster Coalition is a political frog.]

[Breaking News: Prime Minister impeached!]

All the news that was broadcast had provocative titles. This has never happened in the history of the kingdom. Generally the journalists would not dare to make this semi-provocative title unless this was news order from influential people.

Everyone patiently waited.

Their eyes were like an eagle looking for a rat on the ground.

Whenever the horse-drawn carriage came or went from/to the prime minister's office, they would swarm in and ask if the prime minister was there.

Due to enormous public pressure who want to know the clarity of the status of their current government, in the end the current Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Artchania, Marquess Beldon Ellison Hornwall finally walked out of his office and met with journalists.

Of course, its appearance has been awaited by many people. Fortunately the marquess appeared escorted by many soldiers so that unrest did not occur.

Before the media, Marquess Hornwall confidently announced that she had not lost a majority in parliament and was not impeached.

"No, no, that's not true. I did not lose a majority in Parliament. The issue must have been spread by people who were unhappy with me and my government."

Every word of the marquess was immediately recorded by everyone. They must not lose a single word, especially very rarely a prime minister will come out and give an opinion directly in front of the media.

"My Lord, what about the news that came to the public regarding the Norchaster side withdrawing support for my Lord's government?"

One of the journalists asked loud enough that everyone heard. The journalists again prepared their pens and books to record each word of the marquess.

"That's not true. Norchaster still carries out their commitment as in the memorandum of understanding between us and them to create political stability."

Journalists recorded all of his statements. The journalists who are here are not only from domestic journalists' unions, even journalists from other countries also come to get interesting news.

Before questions were raised, the prime minister took a stack of documents from his assistant. He then showed the file in public.

"I will soon meet with His Majesty Our Believed King to submit this document. This is a document containing the names of the great nobles who gave support to my government."

"Wow!"

Some people cheered in shock. They then described the prime minister's actions into their records.

Because in this world the existence of cameras has not been found, so journalistic reports come from all descriptions written by journalists without visual evidence such as images. That's why when the prime minister shows documents that prove his political support in parliament, everyone quickly describes his actions into their respective records.

After enough dealing with the media, the prime minister re-entered his office. He prepared to immediately go to the king's palace to provide evidence that he had not lost the majority in parliament.

The day changed.

But the political turmoil and turmoil has not subsided.

This time there was a leaked information that was spread that today the Duke of Sandwealth, was, the leader of the largest coalition as well as the main opposition in parliament will soon meet with the king to convince the king to open a parliamentary meeting for the impeachment of the prime minister.

As the journalists had gathered to the mansion where the duke lived in the capital, they saw one by one a luxurious carriage entering the mansion grounds.

Everyone realized that it was the nobles who were members of the Sandwealth coalition. It seemed like Sandwealth was going to have an audience with the king while bringing along the members of his coalition.

But what surprised everyone when everyone saw a luxurious carriage that was familiar entered the mansion grounds.

The Duke of Norchaster!

The arrival of the Duke of Norchaster, the royal Grand Chamberlain to the residence of the Duke of Sandwealth shocked everyone.

The surprise was then added to the Duke of Sandwealth who came out of the mansion and immediately greeted the Duke of Norchaster at the door of his mansion.

Then one by one the chariots of the Norchaster coalition nobles also came into the mansion grounds.

Then after all the nobles gathered, together they went to the palace to create a luxurious carriage.

Unlike the prime minister who voluntarily met and spoke before the media, Norchaster and Sandwealth did not give any information at all.

But everyone realized that the event they had just seen was the beginning of a new event that filled the long history of the kingdom.

Some people realize that this is the end of marquess rule but some also realize that this is the origin of national political instability because the rivalry between dukes is too obvious to hide.

Various parties had met the king in his palace. Both the government and the opposition claim that they have a majority in parliament. In the end the king gave permission to reopen the House of Parliament and ordered the Grand Chamberlain to summon all the nobles to gather to the capital.

The third prince was Prince Albert Ferdinand Ignitus Augustus. He is currently meeting with the Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Artchania, Marquess Beldon Ellison Hornwall.

The prime minister can only sit nervously. Of course, he was currently aware of his position.

There was tremendous political turmoil among the nobles and he felt that his position might soon be shifted.

"How did this happen?"

Prince Albert asked the prime minister a sudden question.

"My Highness, I don't understand either. How can Sandwealth and Norchaster join hands" the prime minister replied.

"Huh .. this is bad" murmured Prince Albert.

The reason the marquess coalition succeeds in executive power is because the other two coalitions, Norchaster and Sandwealth, have a track record of high rivalry.

Each of the two dukes felt that each other was the main enemy so they sometimes did not care about the position of the marquess. As a result, by cooperating with one of the coalitions led by a duke and together making a memorandum of understanding, the marquess was able to form a cabinet until now.

Prince Albert, who was also one of the successors to the crown throne, was also aware of the changing political constellation of the nobles.

He had political support from the marquess coalition so it was natural for him to provide support for this coalition. But now the marquess coalition is in danger. It is very likely that in the near future they will experience impeachment which signifies the end of marquess power in executive power.

"It would be bad in the future if you fell. What exactly happened that Norchaster and Sandwealth were able to work together?" prince Albert said.

Especially now the image of the first prince and the second prince is very good in the eyes of the people. It would be bad if it continued like this, Albert thought.

The first prince, William Frederic Charteris Augustus has been remembered as a hero who won the Ibeltian-Artchanian war.

The second prince, Henry Francois Gregory Augustus has been praised for his role in reconciling Otilia and Canadia.

While he was, the third prince did not have any proud achievements.

If it continues like this he could be disqualified in the succession competition of the crown.

"My Highness, is it possible that this all began with the raising of the topic of the Otilia-Canadian fief war in parliament?"

The prime minister suddenly remembered the parliamentary session that had not long ago passed. It was the only moment that many nobles across the coalition were in the same location. There is a possibility of a deal between them.

"Then for the achievements achieved by the first prince, what was probably the idea of the first prince who wanted to take Norchaster with him" he continued.

"So that means my brother feels so confident because of his achievements in the war that he dared to make peace with one of his rivals? It seems to make sense. Damnit damnit! Looks like my two brothers have conspired to bring me down!"

Prince Albert hit his desk. The stream of aura that enveloped his punch caused the table to instantly shatter.

The prime minister just kept silent and looked at the broken table made of golden skeletons with just one punch.
