WHO ARE YOU?(1)

Fertihall County of Fertiphile

In the shopping center in the city of Fertihall, there were so many people passing by. Although the sun is right over the head, but trading activity here is still a lot. The scorching rays of the sun do not deter traders from selling their wares and the same applies to buyers who want to sell their wares.

Of the many shops and stalls that exist, there is a pub that is quite crowded visited. This is one of the places that adventurers often come to. Of course it is not because the drinks and food here are delicious but because the price is friendly in the wallet.

Inside the pub were quite a number of people enjoying their drinks but almost half were carrying weapons such as swords, arrows, armor, up to shields. Of course since this place was a pub frequented by various types of adventurers, it was not strange to see armed men here.

In addition, the owner of this bar is not a beautiful woman or a dandy man but a middle-aged man with a fat body and rough skin.

So you could say the aesthetic value in this pub is not a priority.

"[It was the time of Man, at the command of Heaven

Emerging from the promised Land

It was a divine covenant

And the guardian angels sang this song; and;

Empiria, Empiria rule of the Land:

Empiricism never never never shall be slaves!]"

An old bard with a burning spirit sang an ancient lyric inside the pub. Although his face was flushed with drunkenness but his passion for singing could not be underestimated.

What he had just sung was a traditional song that contained many historical stories. It was a song sung to remember a hero during the first holy war between humans and demonoids. It is believed that almost the entire human kingdom in South, West, and Central Laurentia was on the same banner - an ancient empire. Quite a number of sources record the time but none are as comprehensive as the notes of the Pontifex Maximus St. Lucius II, who recorded the stories of the hero who managed to repel the demonoids and in his notes there are a verse 'Empiria rule the Land' and 'Empirian never shall be slaves'. It was a meaningful piece of writing on this continent, Empiria which is defined as the human race at that time was the ruler of this continent and they are free people and not enslaved by any race including the demonoids.

Although it was an ancient song but it seemed like everyone was memorizing the lyrics. Most likely the song was often sung by the bards so that when the ref, everyone was singing loudly.

Then the old bard went back to singing with another song. It is a song of his own creation.

"[I wish I was in the land of corn,

old time there is not forgotten;

Look away! look away's! look away's! Othilia.

In Otilia where I was Born,

Early on one frosty morning,

Look away! Look away! Look away! Otilia

Then I look Alex was in Otilia, hooray! hooray!

Alex the brave will take his stand to live and die in Otilia,

Away, away, away down in Otilia

Away, away, away, down in Otilia.] "

"Oh that's a good song. Did he invent it?"

One of the visitors asked enthusiastically.

As it seemed that the old bard did not hear and continued to sing the song, another visitor replied.

"Yes, it was a song of his creation and it was very famous in this area.  Looking at your equipment it seems like you are an adventurer. Are you new to this area?"

"Ah, yes it is. I'm from Morhust and I just got to Fertiphile two weeks ago."

"Oh as I thought. That person's song became very famous especially because he often sang it in public. From what I heard the old man had a family living in Otilia. That was why when the feudal war broke out there and the eldest son of the Lord of this region came to Otilia's aid, he became very happy and personally made a song for the eldest son of Lord Fertiphile."

klang!

Who would have thought that while the two were busy chatting, an unknown robed person appeared with a drink in his hand. He sat in an empty chair not far from them.

The man took off the hood of his robe and the face of the beautiful woman appeared before the two men.

The faces of the two men then turned red. After all, the two were only young men who had never met a beautiful woman.

"Sorry to interrupt, but can you tell me more about the war in Otilia and who is the eldest son of Lord Fertiphile?" she said with a mysterious smile.

The Barony of Alexandreia

Rain can relax a little. After a blind training, he was finally given time to rest. The last few days his body felt like it was going to break. Rain had never imagined the training of being a magic warrior would be this intelligent.

That's why his teacher, Barnard still has a heart, Rain must really take advantage of this leisure time.

Unfortunately, he doesn't know where to go. This barony was too small and no place caught his attention. He was also tired of the forest. Anyway if he had to go to the county just for the holidays it would be like torturing his body. To get to the county, it would take a long time on the way so it was not a good option.

But Rain also felt bored in the mansion. Ever since his master became a baron, his master had become extremely busy. He had to commute back and forth from the barony to the state capital many times.

Justin is also seen to have been a workaholic with his working hours exceeding eight hours.

Rain was also too lazy to play with brats like Merry and Alven.

Finally after much consideration, Rain decided to go to the barracks.

There, he sees Grain, the main instructor who is sparing with Riven. They were conducting a mechanical battle regarding the second sword technique. The young warrior candidates were currently watching their Sparing. Rain also looked at the sparing of the two from afar.

The match ended with the defeat of Riven who was the head of the barony security authority.

"Rain, what are you doing here?"

Grain who was wiping his sweat with a towel accidentally saw Rain standing not far away.

Rain smiled and approached the two.

"Sorry to bother Mr. Grain. I'm just going around a little."

"Oh you're bored?" ask Grain.

"Well that's natural. It's just a small area. What if you test your sword technique here?"

"Really?" exciting Rain.

Although Grain and Rain had only known each other when they were in Alexandreia, they quickly became familiar. Rain also finds out that Grain and Riven are friends with his master while at the county barracks. How surprising.

Currently inside the training arena, Rain would be sparing. This was not the first time he had spared in the barracks. So when he was about to do so, all the young disciples and warriors here became very enthusiastic. They had already seen Rain's extremely high swordsmanship skills.

"So who's my opponent this time?" ask Rain.

"Obviously not me. My waist hurts so much now" Riven replied.

It seems like when Riven and Grain were sparing, Riven accidentally fell and injured his waist.

"I am also very tired right now. You can challenge the young soldiers here" Grain said.

Hearing their instructor's words, everyone became enthusiastic. They had long been looking forward to being able to spar with strong people.  As well as to test their own sword skills.

One of the young soldiers rushed into the arena.

Since the gap between the two was very visible, Riven decided the sparing this time had to use a wooden sword and Rain had to refrain from using his supernatural energy.

The spark! The spark!

With just a few sword swings and moves, Rain could make his opponent fall.

"Well! As expected of Mr. Rain."

The audience could not help but be amazed.

Rain was also at first unable to believe this ability. Whereas before he was just a slave who used to work on farms and mines. Now, he was already a respected magic warrior in Alexandreia.

As he sat on the floor to rest for a while, Rain saw a stranger enter the training room.

Rain knows the guy. He was one of the servants in the mansion.

When the maid saw Rain who was resting, she came to him and saluted Rain.

Although Rain was nominally a slave of Alex's, in fact he was more often treated as a barony official when he was in the mansion of the Alexandreia Family. That's because Rain's status as a slave was never made public by Alex. Even in Fertiphile only a few servants knew that Rain was a slave. While others think Rain is a free man loyal to Alex. So everyone in Alexandreia's mansion treated her like they treated Justin the butler. They would bow or salute respectfully whenever they saw Rain. At first Rain was not used to it but as time went on and the emergence of new servants who did not know his background like the waitress in front of him made Rain have to accept all the rigid treatment.

The waiter bowed respectfully to Rain. Then report something.

"Mr Rain, you got a letter from my Master Baron."

Rain stood up and asked the waiter.

"Where's the letter?"

The waiter opened a small bag on his hip. Then handed Rain a letter that was still seamlessly sealed.

Rain opened it and read it one by one. Fortunately even though he was a slave, he was not illiterate.

"!!!"

Rain was surprised by the contents of the letter.

*I have to go to Hadalon? *
