From the beastman story, though, Alex is informed that the beastman named Mai who is the same age as Merry is a beastman who comes from the federation of the largest khanate beastman in the world named United States of Avargia located in East Laurentia. Currently on the Eastern battle front, there is a prolonged war between 4 different blocks, namely the Iscaria Empire Block VS the Mancuria Empire Block VS the Muramachi Empire Block VS the Avargia Union State Block. The plot of this prolonged war even makes children less than 10 years have remembered the countries that participated in the war.

Mai and her brother Mio were among the civilian victims of the war who were enslaved after several annexations of territory and population.

All of Mai's past stories make both of them unaware that the food has finally arrived. Mai's eyes were very bright when she saw all kinds of food present in the room. The previous awkwardness slowly vanished as expected of a child.

"Eat," said Alex.
