In Arcentioch, the capital of the Kingdom of Artchania is being held in a grand ceremony.  On this sunny day, all the nobles from every corner of the area, the temple officials, to other important people were currently gathered at the Parteric Palace right where the king was staying. This is not an event that is often seen by everyone because on this day a new great nobleman will soon be inaugurated by Sri Paduka Bagina King Theodore II.

In contrast to Alex's appointment as a baron who was a low-ranking class by the Otilians, Alex's appointment as a grand noble was entirely the king's right. No one other than the king has the right to raise a great nobleman.

According to the Archentioch Charter of the King's Privileges, the matter concerning the rapture, deposition, and detention of a great nobleman and his dynasty is the prerogative of a king. However, in de facto power, the king must still consider parliamentary votes. If until the king's decision causes the majority of parliamentarians displeasure then the decree of appointment, decline, or detention can be rescinded by law through the House of Parliament.

Based on the majority vote, it is known that the majority of parliamentary votes have supported Alexander Ivanov Fertiphile as the new ruler for Canadia. This support is no doubt the result of a compromise within the Sandwealth Coalition. Sandwealth realized that if he forced his will to choose Yorksall as the new ruler, it was certain that his coalition would break with the worst potential was that he lost Fertiphile, Morhust, and Otilia. That's why for the sake of the unity of his coalition, he also ended up supporting Alex as the ruler of the new Canadia region.

The event was held in the throne room with the beginning of the Grand Chamberlain and the prime minister, Duke Louis Edouard Norchaster, who announced the arrival of the king. Behind the king, the princes also entered the throne room.

Except for the pontifex, everyone knelt down whether it was the duke, or the marquesses to bow their gaze and kneel before the highest temporal authority in the kingdom. The king had just announced Alex as a knight and a new ruler of Canadia. Now following royal tradition, the Canadian region changed its name to Alexandreia following the dynastic name of its ruler.

Then again the appointment was announced. This time, the Grand Chamberlain loudly announced the king's decree.

In addition to the name Canadia which has now become Alexandreia, Alex's last name is also automatically changed. Once upon a time when Alex had formed the House of Alexandreia and with his position of a baron, the House of Fertiphile was nominally his main dynasty. Because the rank of the House of Fertiphile as the ruler of the county is higher than the House of Alexandreia as the ruler of barony. Now that the House of Alexandreia and the House of Fertiphile were both equal rulers, Alex had to change his last name. In addition to preventing misinformation about the location and dynasty, it was also an announcement that the territory of Canadia which is now Alexandreia was the territory owned by the Alexandreia dynasty and Alex was the patriarch of that dynasty. That is why from today on with the blessing of the king, he is now known as Alexander Ivanov Alexandrius. A unique fact, although Alex's last name has now changed, in fact, he is still a legitimate heir in the order of succession to the Fertiphile throne.

In addition, due to several things, Alex did not get the title equivalent to the previous ruler, Marquess Canadia who had the title of marquess. Alex only gets a count degree that is one level lower than the marquess. It doesn't matter to Alex. The March of Canadia has been renamed the County of Alexandreia.

The nobles who knew Alex could not hide their happy feelings. Harol and Clara smiled proudly when they saw their son had reached this position.
