Parliament has a higher position than the executive because it has the authority to appoint the prime minister and his cabinet. The House of Parliament is the highest institution in the Kingdom of Artchania. The House of Parliament has the following duties and authorities:
1. Lifting and dropping executives.
2. Refuse or change king/royalty decrees.

The House of Spritual is one of the state legislatures. Although referred to as a religious institution, the House of Spritual contains only regional leaders in the Hexatheism religion. This institution holds the duchy of God and is representative of Pontificia in the Kingdom of Artchania.
The members of the House of Spiritual consist of leader Pontheum (Pontifex), leader Presbhenon (High Priest), and leader Presbheum (Priest). (Can be delegated)
The House of Spritual has the following duties and authorities:
1. Establish a statement about religious law.
2. Expanding or minimizing interpretation of laws (mala prohibita) and norms (mala in se)
4. Recommending the Magistrates to the king.
5. Overseeing\, criticizing\, and advising the Institute of the Nobility Court.
6. Gave a view on behalf of the Holy Templar of Pontificia in the Kingdom of Artchania.

C. The Right Honourable the Lords of Temporal of Artchania Kingdom in Parliament Assembled (House of Lords)/Worldly Nobility Council of the Kingdom of Artchania
The House of Lords is the state legislature of Artchania. Each member is the head of a noble family that is passed down by generations.
The nobles who were members of the House of Lords were the heads of families with titles: duke of marquess, count, viscount, and baron.. (Can be delegated).
The House of Lords has duties and authorities:
1. Planning and passing laws.
2. Nominating a candidate for prime minister (min. 2 persons) to the House of Parliament
3. Supervise, criticize, and advise executives.
4. Suggesting the impeachment of the prime minister and the dissolution of the cabinet to the House of Parliament
5. Approving the State Budget Draft Revenue and Expenditure (APBN)
