LXI - Morning Activities (II)

Finally, Idris put on his nightgown and walked up to me. I took my eyes off to another place as Idris got out of bed and walked towards the wardrobe with great confidence. I was in a hurry to finish my tea as fast as I could.

“Is your body okay, My wife? Did I not overdo it last night?” Idris asked who was sitting next to me and drinking his tea.

“Ya, there you go.” I slept really well last night. “Will Rose Hindley not be looking for you?”

Idris's face turned grim. “Why did you even talk about it when we were alone?”

“What's really why? Can't I talk about my husband's own cheating?” I glanced at Idris with a sharp glare. “So ..., you want me to be happy and harmonious without caring for him?”

“My wife, do not make this beautiful morning so damaged just because of one woman,” said Idris. “The most important thing is that I am with you right now. Not with him.”

I just kept quiet, and Idris peed at my forehead for a few seconds.

“Chloe has prepared breakfast for both of us. Do you want to come down now?” I asked Idris.

“Ugh ..., can we stay together a little longer, My wife?” bargain Idris.

“Maybe next time. Dress neatly, I will wait for you in the dining room,” I said as I got off the sofa and walked out of the room.

“Are you sure?” ask Idris again.

I didn't say anything and left Idris as soon as I could. I went downstairs and found Anna watching the work of the palace servants who were busy cleaning the floor and the display on the shelves and tables.

Everyone who saw me immediately lowered their heads. I smiled at Anna who had absolutely no intention of doing the same. Let it be, I'm not at all crazy respect either. I'll replace Anna with a more competent butler than her.

“Good morning, Queen,” greet Anna. “Did you sleep well last night?”

I'm nodding. “Good morning too, Anna. Thank you for watching me, last night I slept very well,” I replied to him. “By the way, where's Chloe?”

“She was in the dining room, preparing breakfast for you as well as the Emperor ..” Anna replied.

“Good. Just continue with your work, I will go to the dining room,” I said to Anna and the waiter beside her.

“Good, Queen!” yell them all.

I opened the dining room door and found Chloe who was busy putting breakfast on the table. He nodded when he realized my presence. I just kept quiet and sat down on one of the chairs neatly lined up next to the long dining table.

Chloe continued her work and after that Idris went into the dining room dressed as well as I had asked. Idris sat right in front of me and waited for Chloe to come out of the dining room.

“What if we take a walk to Bevram? I mean, we're on our honeymoon there,” Idris suggested in between our meals.

I glanced at him for a moment and went back to chewing my food. I'm not interested at all. It's possible that Idris wants to honeymoon and take care of political affairs with King Bevram. Because they fit perfectly with each other.

“Do you not want?” ask Idris again.

Idris laughed for a moment and his actions offended me a bit.

“Sorry, Wife. I just feel if you're so innocent.” Being told innocently by the cheating man made my self-esteem look like it was being smeared. “Bevram is very open with the Imperial family. They helped us in the war a few years ago with Avnevous. Don't think a no-no about them.”

I just kept quiet and kept eating.

The dining room door was forcefully opened from outside. Someone who came in made me understand his rude behavior. That's Rose Hindley. With a waking face, mismatched dresses and shoes, even hair that looks unbrushed. Rose Hindley managed to cheer me up because Idris was upset.

Idris stood up and put on a shocked look. He probably didn't expect Rose Hindley to come here. But I know Rose's character now. He really came.

“Rose? What the fuck?!” exciting Idris.

“Why are you even going on a honeymoon with Miss Charlotte?! Was it not enough that I gave you freedom last night?!” scream Rose. “Do you want me to suffer because you're making out constantly with her?!”

“Enough!” scream Idris. “Why are you even making a fuss in the Queen's Palace?! And don't call my wife 'Miss Charlotte', call her Queen!”

Hoo, what kind of sight is this?

“What?” Rose Hindley was shocked by Idris's remarks to her. “You yelled at me?! You ... You have faith in me, Idris ..”

Idris looks sorry to have yelled at Rose Hindley. Just as Rose was about to cry, Idris approached Rose and hugged her. Ah, my breakfast got bothered by two humans who were falling out of love. I'd better get out as fast as I can.

“I'm done,” I told Idris, who then got out of the seat.

Just now that I wanted to get out of the dining room, Rose sassyly pulled my arm so as not to come out. I looked at him sharply and brushed his hand off my arm. How dare he.

“What the fuck are you?” just pissed.

“What did you do to Idris?! You must have done something to him, right?!” rose Hindley. “Basic cheap women!”

Dewi .., let me remain patient with a woman like Rose.

Idris pulled Rose from before me. “You've gone too far for the Imperial Queen!”

“Yes, what my husband said is true. You could be hanged for insulting the Imperial family. If you trouble me one more time, I don't know what your fate will be in the future ..”. All of you, Rose Hindley.

“S-My husband?!” Rose glared at Idris. “You ... have such a call with him?!”

I was in a hurry to leave before Rose grabbed my hair (who knows). I sighed and was surprised to find out that Anna and some of the other servants were eavesdropping outside. They got it wrong because I caught wet.

Chloe came out of the kitchen and looked at all of us. I gave him a code to follow me into the room. Let me leave Rose and Idris fighting. Their problems are none of my business. I'll just eavesdrop from my room. Even without magic, I could hear their words clearly because they were talking while shouting.
