The canteen.

"So, how did you think you could change ideas? It was so cool the times! This is the first time I've seen you paint something like that. Usually you like the picture of the scenery," said Feline who was chewing donuts in one hand with ice cream in the other.

"I originally wanted to paint a scene, but suddenly a new idea came to my mind. So I tried it on the canvas" Felice said, wiping the food stain on her sister's mouth with a tissue.

Feline moved her face closer to her brother so Felice could comfortably wipe her mouth. This intimate behavior makes Gracia and Derrick realize exactly how close the pair are.

Before Felice's rebirth, the interaction between Feline and the original Felice wasn't this close. Feline certainly also realized the stickiness of the brother who suddenly became more possessive since half a year ago. At first Feline was confused and somewhat embarrassed, but over time she got used to her brother's attention.

"Have they always been like this?" gracia whispered to Derrick, who had been the closest interlocutor to the sisters.

"Yes, it's not too often" Derrick said in the same small tone of voice.

An amused feeling struck Felice as soon as he heard the whispers of two young children who thought that their voices would not be heard.

Julia ordered a plate of fried rice in the cafeteria for these children once it was a bit of noon time. Although he said it would be more convenient if they talked here, children and adults did their own business.

Felice, Feline, Gracia, and Derrick sat together at the other side of the table, while the adults drank coffee and tea to talk about past memories.

After lunch, the children went to play alone outside the cafeteria when they were bored. It was Feline who first offered the idea of returning to the exhibition area to encourage their teachers. No wonder Feline made such a suggestion, this little girl could never stay in one place like a mushroom. Adult conversations are not at all interesting to him and he is not the type of child who is reluctant to voice his opinion. Therefore, the four children lined up with Feline as the head and voiced their desire to get out.

"Sorry kids, we're ignoring you. Go play if you want" Julia said with a gentle smile as she patted Felice and Feline's heads.

After the children left, the atmosphere among these adults was also somewhat stiff. Actually Julia herself had run out of topics before the children came to cut their conversation, but when she was thinking hard to find other topics so that Grandpa Andy did not feel bored and ignored, the old man smiled and started a conversation.

"Your firstborn is very unique."

A sense of pride re-emerged in Julia's chest. Who is unhappy when their child is praised?

"Yes, Felice has been showing something unexpected lately. It's also my fault for not paying attention to Felice, so I didn't even know she was this talented and passionate about painting" Julia said with a slight sense of unrealness that still left her numb. How not, Felice's painting that was really shocked his mind.

He had heard about paintings that could channel the emotions and meaning of paintings to observers. Of course it is the type of painting that contains the highest artistic value that cannot be arbitrarily produced even by famous and professional painters.

Julia wasn't very keen on art, but she knew Felice had produced an incredible work. Not extraordinary in the sense of technique and beauty in the eyes of observers, but extraordinary because the painting can channel the taste and affect the emotions of the observer. It was as if they saw and felt for themselves what the existence of creation meant.

"Maybe my words will be a little hard to hear for you, but I don't think they should have been produced by the hands of a child, let alone a child growing up in a warm environment."

"Sir, can you please explain in more detail why you came to that conclusion?" marvin asked as he lowered back his coffee cup with a look of contemplation.

Marvin is not the type of person who likes art, but he can still see that every painting Felice is quite extraordinary and valuable in the market. Especially the pair of eyes. It was originally the process of using colors that for him were a bit ugly, but the end result was not bad right? Moreover, the sound of praise and appreciation given by the audience at that time proved that Felice's painting was at least fairly good for them.

Mr. Andy stirred his tea with a systematic twist and asked, "Those pair of eyes when you see them, what do you feel, what do you see?"

There was no answer, but the parents immediately understood Mr. Andy's intentions.

When Felice painted, she used a dreary mix of colors then molded it into a pair of eyes that seemed to have gone through a lot.

Julia is a psychiatrist. He knew that children in general would not choose a mixture of dark colors that would not please the eye if given the choice. Indeed, every child must have their own preferences, but when told to choose colors, they will definitely choose colors that they consider beautiful.

Especially children who grow up in a happy environment, in general the colors they will love at first glance are mostly bright and striking colors. They will automatically choose colors that they think are warm and comfortable in the eyes.

But Felice is different.

Felice was supposed to grow up like Feline, cheerful, happy, and free.

But those eye paintings...

Julia involuntarily felt her heart again beat back full of emotion. A pair of eyes that had seen all the tribulations of life, a pair of eyes that looked dull yet at the same time extremely alive as if the owner of that pair of eyes had experienced a life forged in the darkness of the world.

A pair of eyes

"true."

Julia regained her senses from her daydreams and looked at her former teacher who gave her a sad look.

"The "painting exuded no small amount of negative energy. The gloom, the sadness, the despair, the anger, until it finally becomes indifference."

"Painting is a form of applying emotions to a painter on a canvas. Whatever is produced from the painter's hand is a reflection of their heart."

"That's why I'm telling you that the painting is impossible and shouldn't have been produced from the hands of a child Felice, unless the boy himself had a difficult experience to say."
