...CHAPTRE 24...
...PUNISHMENTS...
"He started the fight first, professor," roared Clark, glaring at Rosaline.
Rosaline hissing reply. He groaned as he crossed his arms to the front of his chest a little offended by Clark's words. "Yes, it's because he's bothering Asher, professor!" Added.
Professor Watson could only massage his head dizzy. Ever since the two of them were brought into his room, they had only glared at each other. Both of them still look filled with anger that exploded as some questions were thrown by him.
"Miss Riley's? It seems like talking to these two people is useless, so mind telling me what happened there?"
Not getting an answer from the two girls in front of him, professor Watson finally turned towards the girl trembling beside him. Yeah, that girl Asher. The girl who called out to him when the quarrel between Rosaline and Clark happened in the bathroom.
He seemed hesitant to answer. He occasionally stole glances, glancing at Rosaline and Clark who were glaring at him. The girl subconsciously swallowed her own saliva out of nervousness.
Because honestly, the incident in the bathroom happened because of it. If he's not there, no! If he wasn't at Westminster from the start, Rosaline and Kaylie wouldn't have been in trouble.
Kaylie won't be suspended like that time and Rosaline, I don't know what's going to happen to her after this.
Rosaline noticed the worried expression on Asher's face as the girl occasionally glanced at him. With a smile as warm as the morning sun.
With that smile, Rosaline said she was fine and Asher didn't have to worry about it. So it's better that he tell the truth.
"That's okay," He whispered. "I'm fine. Tell me everything."
Asher only smiled heartily reading Rosaline's mouth movements as the eyes of the two of them met and nodded his head. But unfortunately Rosaline's words just now didn't help at all. It did not reduce the feeling of anxiety in his heart.
"Miss Riley's? You hear me?"
Professor Watson waved, knowing that the girl beside him was deep in thought. So, with the rest of his patience still in store, professor Watson touched the girl's shoulder and drew her attention back.
"I-iya professor," replied Asher. He played his fingers and then continued, "Rosaline's words were right, professor. He's bothering me."
Without mentioning his name, professor Watson already knew who the girl was referring to. Sure oes. Clark Sadie Jenkins's. Who else if not him.
Professor Watson shook his head as a heavy sigh came out of him. I don't know how many times he's sighed like that since Rosaline and Clark became friends, or more precisely since the golden money was in Westminster.
"Miss Jenkins's. Just because you're the son of a member of the golden money, doesn't mean you can act arbitrarily here. I'm sure your father told you about this. No more violence in this area, right? Then why are you still doing it? Still think you're a great guy?"
Rosaline could hear moans coming from the girl beside her. He turned around only to see Clark putting on a mocking expression towards Professor Watson at the moment he also rolled his eyeballs lazily.
As if he didn't care what Professor Watson said.
"You've been involved in two fights this year. Getting you out is not the right decision. The college board will definitely be furious right away, but giving you a little punishment doesn't seem like a big deal.
"Miss Jenkins's. The big project will be held in two months from now on and when the big project takes place, you will not get a partner or partner to help you. You'll do everything yourself."
"What the? The professor! I want to pasa—"
"I don't care. After all, everyone here would want to see the ability of a golden money to manage a project. They want to see how perfect the golden money is in this business."
Rosaline grinned, looking at Clark's face that looked so defeated and embarrassed. He only groaned in dislike as he walked towards the door and went outside after slamming the door hard, leaving Rosaline with professors Watson and Asher.
"I'm sorry for not being able to do anything Miss Riley. I don't have the authority to do that."
Yep. Anyone knows that man has no authority there. Even the college board. They are all under the watchful eye of the golden money. All actions and even decisions, as if decided by the governing organization.
"It's okay, professor. I'm fine," he said softly, "please, don't punish Rosaline. All this happened because of me," he added.
Anyone who heard her voice could tell that the girl was frustrated. But unfortunately, professor Watson has to punish Rosaline, however she starts the fight.
"I'm sorry, miss Riles. I have to punish him. But take it easy, I'll try to keep him from getting kicked out of here. Maybe suspension is enough for this."
Clap up!
As the door of Professor Watson's room closed, Rosaline let out a sigh of relief.
"Thank you, Asher," said Rosaline. Happy not to be kicked out of Westminster.
"Together" he answered.
"This is the first time I've heard your surname. What's your long name if I can figure it out?"
"I'm Asher August Riley."

So here he is now. Lying on the couch and watching television or maybe the television is watching it. Since then, he had only directed his gaze there without paying attention. He was drowning in his daydream.
"What project did Professor Watson say? I never heard it."
Rosaline turned around as Daniel stepped inside as the stairs creaked. The man looked very tired after calling Julian. Of course, tell him about the punishment that rosaline is going through.
"What did he say?" Rosaline asked curiously, wondering what kind of reaction Julian had put out after knowing what his foster son was up to.
"Proudly" replied Daniel.
Rosaline giggled amusedly. At first he remembered his school days. Where he quarreled with his schoolmate and Julian came in haste, grabbed him by the shoulder and asked, 'who won?'
"Well, sounds like him as always."
Daniel laughed as he sat down beside Rosaline, bringing her some snacks and drinks. He picked up the remote on the desk, changed the television channel to another channel.
"Why did you hit him?" While chewing on potato chips, Daniel asked. I didn't look at Rosaline at all. "I heard it from Reagan earlier, but I also want to hear your version."
Rosaline pouted but the girl immediately replied, "He's bothering my friend."
"Isn't he your friend?"
Rosaline hush. "I don't know. I don't think I can call him a friend."
"Why?"
"He's rude. Snippy. Too proud of himself as the golden money, and I hate him. I hate his behavior."
"Then why were you friends with him from the beginning?"
This time, Daniel's question was only answered by the headband of Rosaline. He had no intention of even turning his head towards Daniel just to make eye contact as the man flashed a questioning gaze at him. Because to be honest. Rosaline doesn't know why.
