"My eyes!" Sanubari shouted in shock. The eyeball actually jumped and rolled, then stared at him. That gaze triggered a heartbeat, which then made the heart pause, drastically reduced blood flow, and caused Sanubari to faint instantly.

Mikki and Lance were still glued. They noticed a weakly swaying eyeball on the deck. Their reasoning was not up to imagining how the cornea could be thrown like a tennis ball thrown with a ball-shooting machine.
