Fourteen Yakuza lay in the courtyard of the temple. They are unconscious. Sweat flooded the bodies of the four men who were still standing.
So wet were their clothes that one gust of spring wind could not dry them. Two of them approached the body for the sake of the body, collecting weapons carried and or hidden under clothes. The kimono worn both were ragged, hit by a katana and the like in the previous fight.
"Disarm all their weapons, lest anyone be left behind!" mahiru warned.
The man no longer wore a zori. The footwear of the skin has been broken off, leaving the white tabi that has been covered with dust.
Not far from him, the young priest was in love with Eiji putting aside his terrible breath. He carefully searched the rolled up bodies and replied, "Well, Senpai!"
While another is stuck. A cold sweat thread the size of a corn seed descended his temple very quickly. His neck was suffocated by the iron rod he was laying. The person behind her did not want to relax the giggles, even though she had difficulty breathing.
"Take your friends away from here if I don't want to finish!" Abrizar was just bluffing. He didn't really want to do the dirty work.
The man Abrizar took hostage gave a reply, "Good."
His voice sounded broken because the esophagus was still depressed. After seeing all his comrades subverted, the Yakuza lost its guts.
"It's good that you understand Indonesian. So, I don't need a translator." Abrizar grinned. He lowered his wand, pushed the man's back, then continued saying, "Hurry up and do your job!"
With trembling knees, the yakuza walked up to one of his companions. However, when he was about to touch the body of one of them, Mahiru stopped him.
"Wait!"
The priest laid down his weapon of discovery. He dragged the one that had finished being searched, then handed over to the half-bending Yakuza.
"Bring him first!" he continued to pat the palm of the hand after throwing the body.
The unprepared Yakuza fell on his friend's body. He got up and dragged his friend. The priest smiled at his passing.
"Good idea leaves one person to clean up this mess." Mahiru praised Abrizar's decision.
"If not, who will take care of these people?" Abrizar tapped his wand to the surface.
Breathing gasps. His stamina was depleted after facing six formidable opponents at once. However, he still uses his ecolocation ability to anticipate someone who is secretly hiding.
"You're right. Fighting them alone was exhausting enough, let alone having to move them out of the temple." Mahiru laughing.
In his heart, Abrizar counted, "Two stand, one crouch, thirteen lie down ...."
That includes himself. He expanded his range by once again sending out vibrations. Two people sitting in the room. Abrizar believes it must be Anki and her grandfather.
There's another one near the entrance gate. The Yakuza was talking to him. Abrizar did not understand the content of their conversation. He felt something was lacking after researching it.
"By the way, thank you for not committing murder in this sacred place," Mahiru added while looking around.
There's a broken part of the building. His junior is picking up the remaining weapons. The various weapons were stacked in one place, forming a small mountain. The orange glow shines, making the metal surface sparkle.
Apparently, it was quite a long time that they had spent crippling all those people. Not felt, the clock just passed.
"Senpai, what are we doing with these things?" The junior stood up while carrying several revolvers.
"Sell away! Maybe the money will come in handy."
Mahiru understood his junior's doubt. The current condition of the temple is quite messy. He immediately connected, "Now, just save everything to the warehouse! Do that after clearing the temple!"
"understand." The junior nodded obediently.
"Sorry can't help. I have to report to Raiden the same first." Mahiru said goodbye after giving up all business to her junior. He took Abrizar back to the previous room.
Before walking away, Abrizar asked, "Uncle, how many people have passed out?"
Mahiru turned back to the scattered bodies. He noticed a number of bodies lying down. "Thirteen are here. What's up?"
"It's okay," replied Abrizar covering up his suspicions, but his mind wondered, "Is it possible that my calculations are wrong? Or was it just some of the people around?"
The strangeness became the mind of Abrizar. However, he tried not to think too much about it. He follows Mahiru to the room Anki is in.
Mahiru reported everything that happened without exception. Including Sanubari and Eiji who made it to the hospital. Anki's anxiety diminished after hearing that. But this is not over yet.
"What did Eiji do until all this could happen?" Raiden gave a rough sigh.
"Non-faultless."
"It's not because of Eiji. There's a leader of a human trafficking syndicate who's after Anki. I think the men came here to take Anki back on her orders." Abrizar goes to defend Eiji.
"How did you know?" Raiden's question represents everything in the room.
Everyone's attention was immediately drawn to Abrizar. Anki alone as a victim does not know who is behind the kidnapping, how can people who are not on the scene can know that far?— such questions disturb Anki's mind.
"I kept in touch with Sanu as he tried to free Eiji and Anki from the man's captivity. At least, I know what's going on" Abrizar's alibi, who hasn't yet revealed himself.
"Sanu?" Anki remembers her brother coming with Sanubari to get her out of the room this morning. He thought, maybe Eiji called Sanubari, then Sanubari told Abrizar.
However, after rethinking, a new question came to Anki's mind. How did her sister know that she was there when she had not communicated with him at all? The business of these men is confusing him.
"How is this, Raiden the same? Given that the people were not reluctant to riot at the temple, I was worried that they would return soon. This place is no longer safe," Mahiru revealed her anxiety.
Suddenly, a commotion broke out again. Everything happens at a very high tempo. When everyone was flabbergasted by the sounds of fighting, the walls had been broken down.
The door was forcefully opened. Someone fell down in their midst, spewing out a mouthful of blood. The wood is broken, the paper wall is torn.
"Yato!" Mahiru exclaimed approaching her junior.
The person who had just kicked Yato's stomach observed Anki, before finally shouting, "Minna, kanojo wa Koko ni iru zo!"
The man looked cautiously at Abrizar, Mahiru, and Raiden. His partner had previously warned him. He had to be careful with the men in sunglasses and pastor—they were tough fighters.
Abrizar's feelings were not wrong. Apparently, there are indeed Yakuza members who left the temple area first. The man informed Shima of the conditions, and prepared an army. The second wave arrived faster.
No more than a minute after the Yakuza yelled, the place was completely surrounded. In fact, there was a section of the wall that was cleaved with a sword, creating a new door. They surrounded the whole army.
Abrizar, Anki, Raiden, and Mahiru stiffen. There is no way out for them. Abrizar had lost most of his power. Plus, he had not had time to eat due to this series of events. His body began to limp from hunger. Either he was able to face them to completion or not after this.
More than a hundred Yakuza gathered. They filled the inner area of the temple, until it spilled into the body of the road. That night, for the first time, the temple bustled in the evening outside the festive days.
