He stood up, stomping hard on the thigh of the man who closed his eyes, making sure the person did not pretend to faint. Meanwhile, Sanubari opened the masks of the other two who had also lost consciousness. His gaze was locked on one of them

It feels like Sanubari met him when he first entered the Onyoudan office. There were so many people back then. However, this person looked the most conspicuous of all. Sanubari was terrified and wanted to retreat before actually entering Onyoudan as well because of him.
