Evan didn't want Andre to use his poor acting skills on me and 'wish' I could celebrate my 'happy' birthday', he's going to ruin my dad's 9th birthday and I've felt my birthday was messed up by it and this time I'm not going to sit around waiting until he ruins my birthday again.

By the way, I have another friend, her name is Cathy. She has a baby sister named Cullas.

So Cathy and Leo helped me to get rid of Andre forever, do you want to know how?

We used Leo's joke ideas and we set traps all over the house without damaging things, so mom wouldn't punish me. No one came to the party except uncle and aunt and some children from school, the others did not.

I took the chance that Anita was hanging up the balloon, Cathy was watching Mom and Anita and I went to Andre.

He looked up and down at me, not in a good way, he snorted on and sat on his knees.

"Hey, happy birthday!" She said.

So I told her that Anita had a surprise for her in her room, I went with her to Anita's room and the trap Leo set seemed to attract her pants and show her bright pink underwear.

Andre stood up while smoking, then it was Leo's turn to make the next move.

I stood there, listening to what Andre was responding to Leo's voice-changing app on his father's phone, Cathy puts Alan's uncle's number on Andre's phone and names him as one of her friends' contacts.

It's time for the truth to come out of his mouth, today is my birthday and it's not wrong, I want Andre out!

"Yes, mate, at Anita's house, the boy's birthday, ..." Cathy called me to leave her alone so she could get out everything Andre wanted to say, Leo was in my room, talking to Andre in a fake voice. Cathy recorded it on her mom's phone and she gave me a sign to go and call Anita and mom.

"Mom, mom, mom!" I pulled the dress.

"Yes, honey, do you like your party?"

"Mom, you have to come with me! Andre!"

"He's proven that he's a good man, Evan, you don't have to worry" he said.

"Come on! And take Anita with you. This is important! It's my birthday!"

"Ugh, all right, let's see." He said, calling Anita who jumped up the stairs and went with me.

"Haha, I know, Evan is so annoying that the little boy, with his stupid friends, man, I'm just waiting for this month to pass and I'm going to dump Anita, she's a lowly woman. I'll dump him when I take away his chastity and it's all over!" Mom gasped and Anita knelt in tears.

"How dare he?" Mother says.

Then Alan's uncle was right behind us, he opened the door, Andre toyed with Anita's pants, smoked his cigarette and his cell phone was still in his right hand.

"Hello, Andre, this is Jericho talking, you've been arrested, put your hands up because there's no way out for you, thank you, good game, have fun," leo said by phone.

"I recorded everything, you can't try to deny anything" Cathy said, showing her mother's cell phone.

Uncle Alan punched her in the face and kicked her out of the house, my birthday was messed up, but at least I got a present by driving Andre away, Anita was crying in her room, refusing to go out and mom begged him to come out, in the end he did, Aunt Kenny hugged him and talked to him for hours.

Me, Leo, and Cathy, were on the swing, which we built together, do you remember that day?

I'm so proud of you, son, you're already a ten-year-old boy!
