Ep. 6 - Search for it
He said 'Ready' and the sign he agreed or he said yes.
"really?" Anastasya asked in surprise.
He simply nodded quickly and fixed his sad look on the grass. He needed help, he thought as he felt the sadness that was hitting him.
Anastasya tells her doctor, Dr. Jason, about everything that happened. He is shocked to hear that Anastasya broke Alex's shell. But in the end, Anastasya is just a patient, which means there's no reason why Dr. Jason should trust her.
"You recovered very quickly." The doctor winked at her at the end of their long conversation, "and I believe that you will do more miracle things afterwards. That's what I want from my patients to stay strong."
Anastasya kept looking at him. His confidence in his abilities was truly shocking.
"Don't let that mental disorder beat you!" he whispered in a determined tone as he placed his hand on his shoulder, "You beat your illness."
"Thank you doctor" he said confidently.
"Together." He replied as the doctor began to leave his office, he stopped. "Ohya, before I forget her." she turned around and approached him.
Anastasya curiously watched him as the doctor pulled something out of his pocket. And it's like a coupon.
"Here, take!" he said while handing it over.
"What's this?" whispered, not sure what to do.
"The ticket!" he laughed, "That deal, you remember?"
"Ohya I remember the doctor" Anastasya smiled, as she recalled the gift, "hmm, I mean no."
Doctor Jason looked at her in confusion.
"I don't want to take it!" Anastasya shrugged, "i mean, I didn't do any of that for this ticket. Well maybe at first yes, but I realized that I actually did all this for her sincerely rather than doing it for the reward I got."
The doctor analyzed Anastasya's words for a moment in silence.
"Stay," he began, "I promised, so take it!"
"No! I don't want to!" he said sincerely.
He knew that he was leaving, the doctor was confused. It was true that he wanted the ticket at first, but right now he wished he could help her more. Because he doesn't deserve to go through the phase he's going through right now. But he's been through it and if he can help him get better then why not help, right?
"Are you sure?" The doctor asked and smiled.
"Yes, sure!" anastasya replied firmly, "Just give that to your girlfriend!"
He laughed at her and said, "I don't have a boyfriend."
"really? So, nurse Lisa's nothing to you?" anastasya shrugged his shoulders.
"That's him there"
"Yeah Yeahh," the girl interrupted with a nod, "I hope one day you'll find the courage to tell her how you felt before some guy took her away and you just stand up like a criminal just let her go."
The doctor looked at him in surprise. All the time he tells the story of the possible future of his life.
"You know?" he sighed, after a while, "I think you have a point as well. I need to talk to him."
"Duh! say something I don't know!" he smiled and they both laughed.
It was now around 5pm and Anastasya was doing the usual thing around the hospital and suddenly he liked the atmosphere around him.
"Maybe I should try to find him!" He said to himself, "Who knows we can chat and be friends"
"Where are you?" someone shouted behind him. Anastasya turned around quickly, clutching her chest.
At first, he thought that someone was working on him.
"What?" Anastasya stopped when he saw that person.
"Where are you?" he screamed again.
Captain Alex pointed a dagger at him with his eyes. He seemed so tired and angry that he looked frustrated.
"What's? I. I'm here." He muttered, unsure if it was the right thing to say.
What happened to him now, why him? Looks bad.
"hmm how are you?" he asked, still hesitant but happy that they were at least talking to each other right now.
He sighed in anger and looked away from his face. Then he looked at her in a threatening manner before saying,
"I thought we had a mission and I thought you were waiting for me. Those lunatics let me go a few minutes ago and the first thing I did was go to the pool and look for you. And I think mission is important." Said.
Anastasya smiled with caution.
"Wow, he came looking for me. Only me? No one's ever done that before." Thought triumphantly. "That's a very unexpected thing, does that mean he's already starting to recover?"
Anastasya only hoped that his current attitude was a good sign.
"What's the mission?" he asked, looking more frustrated.
The question hit Anastasya like a ton of grenades this time. He really didn't think about this. The last time another doctor came and took him away, once they saw him actually talking to him. He can then escape from the topic of the mission. In fact, he secretly wished that he had forgotten all my words about the mission.
"Letda Alex Ardiansyah from the Infantry Unit."
hmm I. think that's all I can say, while my heart beats.
"Are you lying to me?" Alex asked, emphasizing every word.
At that moment he really thought, his eyeballs seemed to bulge out and that Alex would strangle him to death.
"Well, I'm looking for a mission right now! As it is today." He thought as his breath increased.
"You wanna play games with me?" he asked again with gritted teeth, approaching his face with a menacing face.
"Gosh, she looks sexy. No, I mean he looks like he wants to kill." He thought while swallowing. "No, I have to stop this before he kisses me. I mean killmem. What the hell happened to me?" He thought as his eyes looked at him.
"You think you can mess with me without consequences? Uhh." he said with a creepy tone.
"Sir Alex," Anastasya suddenly managed to speak up, but his heart was still beating so fast, "His mission was to infiltrate the criminal's headquarters and retrieve evidence of drug smuggling and classified documents belonging to the army. We only have 15 minutes from now."
"What did I just say? Gosh darn. No, did I really say all this?" he thought, not sure of himself.
"Ready, go ahead." he nodded quickly leaving with a grin, "Let's go!"
His expression changed in a few seconds. He now seemed excited and ready to complete his mission.
"Yes, let's go," Anastasya said back, hoping nothing bad happened after this.
