Anastasya spent so much time, yes the time he used just to try to get the soldier to talk to him, but he still did not succeed. He knew it was a futile thing. But what can he do? He loved the challenge and the prize was worth it. He decided that he would do all he could to help her. He had to get the soldier to talk, well at least one word had to come out of his mouth.
So the next day, he went back to the park and looked for her, but Alex wasn't there.
"Hey Jeni!" he called out to a girl sitting on the bench, maybe he knew where Alex was.
"leave me alone!!!" yells. "Can't you see that I'm in trouble?"
"but what are you doing?" she asked.
Jeni is 25 years old and she has negative hallucination symptoms. For someone who is experiencing positive hallucinatory symptoms, such as Anastasya treatment is a good method to help them recover. However, doctors told Anastasya that those suffering from negative symptoms were much more dangerous. They usually do not respond well even to medications as well.
"I got on that yacht, even though I shouldn't have boarded it," she said in a panicked tone as she brushed her hair in disarray.
Anastasya looked at him sadly. He hopes that he will recover too.
"Be careful Jeni" she whispered as she placed her hand on her shoulder.
A Nurse comes and joins them and starts talking to Jeni to calm her down.
Anastasya took a deep breath and walked towards the pond, hoping to hold back the tears that were flowing in her eyes.
As soon as he stepped on the edge of the pond, a gust of cold wind blew over his face and he closed his eyes to prevent dust particles from entering it. After a while he walked closer to the fence blocking access to the water, he then saw Alex.
"Hi who's there?" Anastasya. He didn't look back and he just stared at the water.
"Alex?" he called again but, there was no answer at all.
Now he must find a way to make her respond a little. The last time he changed his behavior was when he talked about military language. Maybe he should do the same or maybe make things worse.
But he has to try and hope it will bring good results. He had to start by calling him like his superiors were calling him a soldier. In movies, they always call warriors by their names.
"Letda Alex! Did you hear me?" he said with a loud bellowing voice, which only made it startle himself.
Oh gosh. What the hell did I just do? Anastasya thought frantically as her heart started pounding. Is he crazy or what? Why is he screaming like that.
Silence began to follow his crazy screams, even the birds decided to keep quiet.
"Ready to hear," he looked up in shock as soon as he heard a voice. His voice....
He opened his eyes wide as he said that word. Did he actually say something, hear it or did he have another hallucination?
"Monitor" he said hesitantly, using another technical term from the army. He felt the need to ask for something more to make sure that he was actually talking.
Anastasya recalls having heard the words used in military movies. In fact, all of the technical words he used came from the military movies he watched. He had no idea that one day he really needed those words to help someone.
a long silence followed.
"Please" he whispered.
He's talking, he's really talking. He finally made her say something. Three words, so there is hope for his recovery.
"excellent," he said and smiled at her happily, but he did not look at her.
He was so excited at this moment that tears began to shine in his eyes.
"What are you doing?" he said then stopped.
He must speak with the military code of ethics. But what should he say? She wanted to talk to him so badly, why didn't she know anything. Maybe because he talked to her only after all these days.
"humm me," he was so excited that he couldn't even formulate the right words.
He should have said something that would make them friends. This way, he would talk more often.
"Humm sir, will you.." Anastasya began to say the strangest thing. "Will you.." with a deep breath, afraid of his reaction, "do you want to be my friend to carry out a mission?"
There's no answer.
He watched Alex as his eyes slipped rapidly from one place to another until they stared. He took a deep breath but, it seemed that Alex was also thinking of something.
Very slowly he opened his mouth slightly and with a quick nod he replied in a confident tone, "Ready".
And this was the best thing in his life, he was really going to help him recover.
