For some time that felt so long, Gilang and Radit faced each other. It seems that they both have the ability to speak through the eyes only. Such was the conclusion obtained by Widya, when the two friends threw sharp glances at each other.
Already unable to bear her position in Radit's trap any longer, Widya pinched her husband's arm stretched out on the side of her head to resuscitate him from a face-to-face fight with Gilang. These two people seemed to be continuing to talk through telepathy, if he continued to allow it.
When there was no response from Radit, Widya remembered that her husband was numb every time he pinched her stone-hard arm muscles. This time, she was determined to attract her husband's attention. However, it was not Radit who responded to the dehumanization, instead, Gilang responded.
"I don't think Widya feels comfortable in your support. You better let him go from there," he said, warning Radit without hesitation.
"What do you know about my wife?" reply Radit ketus, showing a sense of displeasure towards the pretentious attitude of Gilang to him. "I don't feel comfortable because you're here. If you have self-awareness, you should get out of here. Don't you see that you're bothering both of us right now."
"I don't mean to bother you two, just so you know," replied Gilang, offended by the insinuation. "I'm here because I've been told by people out there to help you here. The people out there are worried when you haven't finished your work here yet. That's why I was told to come here to see things here."
Widya could only look back and forth at them in turn. Seeing these two friends arguing with each other because he was directly, what a very entertaining sight. But at the same time it was also very stressful, because he was afraid that these two friends would fight each other, if he saw from the furious expression between them.
"It turns out it's good that I'm here. The people's allegations are true" he continued, casting an accusatory look at Radit. "See what you're doing here? It could be that in the middle of this kind of gotong-royong activity, you attacked your wife here!"
BOOM UP! Like a bomb thrown in the middle of a war, it detonates something inside Radit. Evidently from his arm muscles are increasingly stiffened on the side of Widya's head and his breathing is so fast. Lowering both hands from the side of Widya's body, she walked over to Gilang with a posture that was so stiff.
As the debate got more tense, maybe as soon as he had to stop this debate, Widya mused nervously.
"What does it have to do with you I attacked my wife or not here? I'm free to do anything to her, because she's my wife, not yours, man!" furious Radit, smacked his fist on Gilang's left shoulder so strong.
The blow made Gilang take a step back. From where he stood, Widya saw Gilang's eyes glittering with wrath at Radit's rude attitude towards her. Then he pulled Radit's collar while raising his fist.
Running in a hurry, Widya separated the two of them by slipping her body between them. Panic the two will really fight each other there and attract the attention of the citizens who are out there.
"You two stop! Where do you think you're at?" hiss Widya, looking back and forth at the two. "If you want to fight, just fight there in a place where there is no audience! A fist fight here will only attract the attention of everyone out there."
"He who began to smash his fists at me!" exclaim Gilang wrath.
"I'm just telling you the truth, you grumpy bull!"
"But you've crossed the line by interfering in my affairs with Widya, you son of a bitch!"
"You two stop swearing at each other!" hissing Widya, trying not to raise her voice so as not to be heard by others out there.
As if Widya's warning was just the wind then, the two of them still cursed at each other. Even more upsetting, Radit pulled his arm roughly to get away from Gilang. She felt very unhappy that Widya was that close to her old best friend.
After he thought carefully, this was not the slightest comforting sight. Watching it directly even aroused a sense of anger within him. Especially if you remember Radit's words earlier, which likens Widya like an item that he has the right to do. How dare he say that about Widya, in front of his friend Gilang as well.
Though he had been careful for days he treated Widya no more than a housemate, whom he had no interest in touching at all. Now what? He showed his sense of ownership towards Widya in front of Gilang. Deliberately insinuating his friend, who would never have the chance to have it.
The longer she listened to her husband's arrogant babble, Widya was worried that not only the two of them were fighting each other here, but he was too. Of course, that fist she would aim at her husband's haughty face.
"Alright, just continue this stupid fight of yours. But, don't include me in this commotion."
After conveying that, Widya stepped foot leaving the two childish friends at the book house. He doesn't care about them, his throat will be dry if he stays there. It is up to them if they want to fight each other there until battered, he does not want to know anymore.
"Why!" call Radit, "Where are you going?"
He stared at Widya's departure with a look of disbelief. Radit was flabbergasted by Widya's unwilling attitude. Who does he think has caused this mess? Turning his attention back to Gilang, Radit looked at his friend with a hostile expression.
"Deploy the task here to you!" Radit placed the broom he held into Gilang's palm. "We'll continue another time of our debate."
Finally, a man left Gilang in the book house. Glancing at the broom that was within his grasp, Gilang then scanned his surroundings with a sense of disbelief. The state of the book house is still in a state that is still not too clean, even the books are still many lying carelessly on the floor.
Gilang came here to help the couple, but now he is left alone in this book house. Clean up all the mess that the couple left behind. It was clever of them to run away from this task and hand it to him shamelessly. He was very sorry to obey the will of the people who told him to come here earlier.
