Busy baking cookies in the kitchen, Ms. Gina was told that her daughter-in-law, Radit, had come to visit. Dipping both of his hands in the apron he was wearing, he quickly took off his apron and rushed to meet his daughter-in-law who was waiting in the living room.
Arriving in the living room, Ms. Gina very much hopes that there she will find her daughter, Widya. However, given the condition of her son, it seemed impossible that she would come with her husband here.
Moving from his seat, Radit saluted him and apologized for not being able to bring Widya here with him. Perhaps the daughter-in-law saw a look of disappointment from her face when welcoming her earlier.
Letting her daughter-in-law sit back down, Ms. Gina commented a friendly smile at her. "No need to apologize, Dit. Mama knows that you definitely will not allow Widya to come with you because of her sick condition. Your arrival here alone has made my mother very grateful and happy."
Folding both hands in his lap, Radit twitched uneasily in his seat. "I know that Tan... Ahem... Mama must have missed Widya a lot, but right now she has to rest a lot so that her legs recover as quickly as ever."
"Yes, Mama understands. No need to be so tense, Dit. We are already a family, so just think of this mama as your own mother" Gina smiled softly. "By the way, what are you doing in town, Dit?"
Relaxing his tense body muscles, Radit finally felt relaxed a little by Bu Gina's hospitality to him. "There's some business I need to get done with the buyers here, so I'll come by here for a while."
"Oh so," said Bu Gina, listening seriously.
Suddenly, Bu Gina clapped her hands and got up from the sofa. Jolted in shock by the sound of the clap, Radit opened his eyes in confusion seeing Bu Gina's eyes twinkling at him.
"Mama just remembered. The plan today is to send a cake made by mom to Widya through our driver, Mr. Aaron, but since you came here better leave it to you, you don't mind, Dit, wait here a little while mommy's back taking the pastry that's almost done?" ask, get ready to go back to the kitchen.
"I don't mind, Ma. Just relax, no need to rush," said Radit, raising his voice slightly to be heard by Bu Gina who had walked into the kitchen.
Radit was so grateful that he decided to stay here for a while. At least when he comes home later, Widya will be very happy to find he has brought souvenirs from his mother.

Replacing the television channel over and over again, Widya gets bored when no one else comes to visit after her grandmother left a while ago. If only his feet had healed he would have gone out of the house looking for activities that he could do. Although he could not think of what kind of activities he would do out there under these circumstances. Turning off the television, he lay flat on his back looking blankly at the ceiling of his house.
What should I do to fill this boring spare time? Going back to sleep will only make my head dizzy.
A slow knock was heard from the door of his house. Glancing at the wall clock, Widya immediately got up from where she was lying. It must have been Ririn who had come home from school. He finally came too.
Following the carelessness of his sister-in-law was better than staying silent as it is now. Opening the door, Widya looked surprised to see Mila turn around preparing to leave her house.
Hearing the sound of the door opening, Mila turned her head from behind her shoulder. She looked as surprised as Widya. Smiling doubtfully, Mila waved her hand.
"Hi, Wid. Long time no see" he said awkwardly.
"You're right too" said Mila.
Reversing her body, Widya told Mila to come in and told her to wait on the living room sofa, as she took a drink from the kitchen.
Preventing her from going to the kitchen, Mila touched her hand. "Not bother, Wid. I'm just gonna stop by for a second."
"Even if it's just for a moment, it'll be rude if I don't serve a drink to a guest who comes to visit."
Leading her slowly to sit on the sofa, Mila smiled. "Let me get you a drink for both of us. You just sit here sweet."
Before she threw out a protest from her mouth, Mila had already walked quickly towards the kitchen. Sighing in resignation, he let Mila do the same thing, as his grandmother did when she came to see him. It feels so silly to let a guest provide a drink for themselves.
Returning from the kitchen, Mila placed a tray containing a bottle of orange juice from the refrigerator as well as some snacks from inside her kitchen cabinet.
"Enak also had guests who understood the taste of his host," Widya joked, observing the dishes before him.
A small laugh came out of Mila's mouth, hearing her joke. "I am honored to serve you, Princess," said Mila, posing as a noble servant.
The two of them laughed together by that ridiculous joke. Sitting next to her, Mila shuffled uneasily as the laughter of the two of them had stopped. It seems that his friend is confused about where to start the conversation from. Helping her to relax a little, Widya finally started the conversation first.
"I don't see you coming to my wedding reception." Mila's body instantly turned stiffer than before. "Don't feel guilty like that. I know you did that because you weren't ready to see Radit marry another girl, let alone that guy me" she said frankly.
Twisting her hand that was on her lap, Mila did not dare to look into her eyes. "I hope my attitude doesn't hurt you." Looking up at her, Mila put on a sad face. "But you take it easy, I've thrown away my feelings for Radit. Hence, today I ventured to meet you to say this directly to you."
Mila grabbed his hand and grabbed him so firmly.
Patting Mila's hand gently to calm her down, Widya smiled gently. "No need to feel so guilty, Mil. I really know how deep you feel about Radit, so it's impossible that you've forgotten him so soon."
Removing her grip from Widya's hand, Mila looked down at the hand on her lap again.
"Calm down, Mil, I'm not going to scold you for still liking Radit Yah, as long as you can guarantee that your feelings will not interfere with our household harmony anyway. For example, flirting with Radit without my knowledge," he said, jokingly.
Unfortunately, the joke even made Mila shed her tears.
"Jeez, Mil, I was just kidding. I know you won't do such a thing to me. "Widya patted Mila on the back, trying to stop her sobs.
