Upset by Radit's indifference to her, Widya walks over to the side of the bed where Radit lies.
"Can't you sleep on the floor just so I can sleep alone in this bed. The important thing is that we sleep in the room, different beds are certainly not a big problem" Widya suggested.
Still in a state of closed eyes, Radit answered the question in the middle of his mouth. "Why don't you just sleep on the floor?"
"How much you do!"
"Yes, I do. So, stop talking to me, I'm sleepy."
For a few minutes, Widya gritted her teeth, trying to refrain from biting Radit right then and there. Her hands clenched tightly at her sides, resisting the urge to grab her cruel husband's hair was so brutal.
Opening one eye, Radit glanced at Widya who was still standing beside his bed. "Stop looking at me with that kind of murderous look, I might have a nightmare." Directing his index finger, Radit pointed at a chair that was near the window of his room. "I see you're an expert in coiling like a bundle, I suggest you just sleep there if you don't want to sleep on the floor."
Following the direction shown to her, Widya glanced with interest at the long chair that was nearby. He felt that at least it was better than sleeping in one bed with Radit, who had now begun to fall asleep. Taking the sleeping equipment next to Radit quickly, Widya did not forget to also take the blanket that Radit was wearing to cover herself.
"Why did you take my blanket!" radit exclaimed, waking up from his sleeping position, his eyes glistening furiously at Widya who was busy looking for a comfortable position lying on the chair by the window.
"I need this blanket more than you do, if you don't accept it, open the door to my room so I can use my own blanket" Widya replied to her back.
His suggestion did not get any response from Radit, turning from behind his shoulder Widya saw Radit go back to sleep again with a pillow covering his face, his body sideways to Widya. It seemed like he would rather sleep without a blanket than go take his blanket from the room.
Raising her pillow, Widya was eager to throw her pillow at her annoying husband. Slamming her pillow back on the chair, Widya prepared to go to sleep. She was too tired to start fighting again with her husband. Therefore, he decided it was better to sleep alone than to provoke Radit's anger in the middle of the night.
Time passed, but Widya did not fall asleep. He did not know how long had passed when all he had done since then was to go back and forth on the chair where he lay. Perhaps because the chair was so hard, Widya did not feel comfortable lying there, moreover this was the first time she had slept on the chair.
Frustrated drowsiness did not come to him as well, Widya woke up while directing an annoyed look at Radit who had fallen asleep on his bed. Exasperated by Radit's attitude of still being able to fall asleep soundly without feeling the slightest guilt had placed him in this ominous position, she immediately carried all her sleeping equipment on the chair to take her back to her husband's bed.
Widya deliberately threw her pillow and bolster next to Radit so that her husband woke up. In fact, it did not wake him at all, Radit turned to his back. Throwing her blanket roughly onto the mattress, Widya takes a position to kick Radit.
Deployed all his energy to kick the body of the husband irritated him, and his kick succeeded, Radit immediately fell from the bed. The THUMP on the floor of the room sounded so loud in his ears.
It turned out that what her grandmother said was true that Radit's falling voice felt like an earthquake, the floor shook strongly once in the soles of her feet, Widya thought amusedly.
Reaching the side of his bed, Radit's hand grabbed the edge of his bed with all his might while trying to stand up.
"Are you crazy!? Why are you kicking me like that!" she shouted loudly, her hands holding her waist as she stood facing Widya from across the bed.
"You can't fool me, I know you made me fall out of bed. If you really intend to shift my body, you will not be that strong to push me to fall." His eyes glared angrily at Widya. "Not enough of my waist still hurts from falling in your grandmother's house, now you're adding to her pain by pushing me out of my own bed."
Plucking her body on the mattress, Widya immediately took a position to sleep, patting her pillow next to her with a plain face.
"Rather than arguing about my mistake, you better go back to sleep so that tomorrow the pain in your waist is somewhat relieved." Positioning the bolster beside her, Widya gave a boundary between the two of them. "I warn you, never cross this line. Just be careful if you dare to oppose it."
Then he immediately enveloped himself while closing his eyes.
"Basic is shameless. Been caught lying, a lot of rules in people's beds." Slowly Radit lay back on his bed, pulling the rough blanket worn by Widya. "It's my blanket, so, I have a right to wear it too. Since these blankets are pretty big we can share them together."
Widya's face wrinkled up irritated by the suggestion. However, he complied without any protest. Because what Radit said was true, the blanket was his, so, there was no harm in sharing.
Turning their backs to each other, they both fell silent for a moment. The silence made Widya finally start to feel sleepy. Just now Widya was almost asleep, Radit suddenly said something that made him open his eyes again.
"I think you'd rather sleep in my bedroom chair than sleep in one bed with me. What made you change your mind, did that chair make you uncomfortable?" tanyanya.
Widya only answered him with a murmur because he was too lazy to answer at length. Closing his eyes again, a question Radit asked woke him up.
"That means you're more comfortable with me?"
"It's not so I mean, either" Widya sizzled.
"Then, what do you mean?" ask again.
"Can't you keep your mouth shut for a few hours? I'm already sleepy. So stop talking to me. You can ask me that tomorrow morning" Widya replied in an impatient tone.
"I doubt it." Radit shuffled in his bed.
"Song, what do you mean?"
"I doubt you're sleepy. It must be that you don't want to answer my question because you're embarrassed, right? The proof is that you're behind me" Radit sneered.
At once also Widya turned her body to face Radit whose voice sounded so clear behind her. His mouth that was ready to open to reply to the words again closed when he realized Radit's face was so close to his face. They both face each other so deeply. Slowly Radit's eyes look so cute, his eyes trace Widya's face slowly, his breathing now began to hunt so felt in front of Widya's face.
